Everything about the property is magical. A real gem. Thw best service imaginable. All the staff were fabulous. The peacocks and cockatoos are a big bonus. The spa is amazing in its design and so special. Very good design of indoor outdoor space. Great location to walk around. Don’t miss going to the Robert Bradley museum.
The bathroom was old and needed some paint and plaster and plumbing upgrade. But it wasn’t a big deal. The food however was quite suboptimal, really mediocre except breakfast. Go elsewhere for dinner. Try the Verdesalvia. It’s worth a $3 Uber ride.

Comfort, architecture, good service , definitely the Spa Orlane. Breakfast and steaks were very good.
The first night we were offered a wonderful and spacious Patio Room. The second night although they sent us to a “Ventana” room across the street. This room was pretty basic and faced the street with less privacy and comfort. Both rooms although were priced at the same rate which made absolute no sense. The Ventana Room is Too pricey and not worth it. You can find much better rooms in other similar hotels (like Hacienda Cortes) for half the price.

Las Mañanitas is a beautiful experience - professional staff, gorgeous setting, wonderfully large and comfortable rooms. And peacocks!

This is an amazing property. It was for me, a super cool find. i doubt many people from the US would venture out to Cuernavaca, but if you do, please stay here. It is truly amazing. Just bring nice clothes, felt a little under dressed.

Grounds are very nice. Restaurant and lounge space good. Room was spacious, with character. Some rooms are much better than others.
Room was dark. Some things very dated, run-down in room - especially the bathroom. The tv kept jumping channels, even after taking the batteries out of the controller.

Excellent service. Polite and professional staff. Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely style of the buildings and beautiful gardens.
The fountain in our room courtyard stopped working. The Wi-Fi is old and was a bit difficult to connect at first.

The food was ok, but I think it could have been better.
Provide information in the room about wifi and how to get room service.

This hotel is fabulous, not only because of its perfect accommodations and superb gardens and swimming pool but also and mainly because of the friendliness of both the reception desk, the housekeeping, the people serving at the restaurant, the valet service. I went with my mother who is 87, so just had a very long trip coming from Europe, we were visiting a friend of hers who is living nearby, and they were incredibly helpful at all times.
The only thing I might suggest as a change, considering the age of my mother ( 87) is a sort of breakfast buffet, as is usual in many hotels, where you can choose what you put on your plate, but on the other hand, I really loved the Mexican version of breakfast, as travelling means discovering different tastes and cultures. The food was always excellent.

This is a first class restaurant with a small hotel, not the other way around...so the food is exceptional. The breakfast included in our rate was fantastic. True Mexican food in a most beautiful environment. For art lovers, the hotel has a collection of Zuniga sculptures that are museum worthy.
The rooms are in a colonial house with tile floors. This is beautiful, but if you someone in a nearby room checks out early (like 6am) and rolls their suitcases through the corridors I am sure they wake up the whole place.

Did not have breakfasts
The shower with a small old jacuzzi; it is better to get rid of the jacuzzi and only have a shower
