Good for the price with free breakfast. Park on the street and drive to downtown

Good price. Parking available for free. Reception. Good Wifi. Free coffee for breakfast.

I had a big room. They could have put a desk there so that one can work on their laptop. Also one of the light bulb was dead. It is a bit of a walk to the old town. If you parked outside, you can use your car to go, but if you parked under the hotel, the parking spaces are so tight that, you might say its not worth moving the car. There is a neighbor dog that was barking between 6pm and 8pm. Fortunately at sleeping time it went quiet.

Very good

Very good hotel to stay in the north of Portugal, very good relation between price and service obtain. Breakfast is good and the staff is very kind and they always try to keep costummers satisfy. We will came back for sure!

We stayed for a week, and were pleased that our beds were always made and the bathroom cleaned.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and fresh. The coffee was hot and the bread was fresh. The staff were attentive to replenishing the food as it was used.

One day, a table leg was uneven and the table moved so my coffee spilled a bit. The toilet seat was not the same size as the toilet

It was excellent!!!

The location was great, proportionate a good walk via the river bank until the roman bridge. The bedroom was good and beds comfy. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, if they had extractor fans it would help them a lot. The breakfast was good too but no gluten free options. I always look for that since I'm a coeliac

Very good

The hotel keeps the atmosphere of the 1970s with traditional Portuguese furniture and everything is in style. The white paint is fresh and everything is very clean - they clean the rooms and change towels every day. The heating was working as well as hot water. On the overall a nice place to stay.

A bit far from the city centre. The breakfast was ok, but they could add eggs, yogurt or some fruits.

Ideal for an overnight stay , friendly landlady.

A short walk into town , the room was a good size with a comfortable bed . Generous breakfast included in the price, great to have a real espresso.

Our room was dingy and in need of redecoration and overlooked a noisy main road, so lack of sleep.

Really good value

Excellent value pitstop for a motorcycle trip, clean room , clean bedding, 24/7 desk service. Off road covered parking for motorcycles. There is even a car accessory shop across the road if you need any tools. Breakfast was good as well which given the price was a pleasant surprise. No frills excellent value accomodation.

Pleasant

The price is very good, but of course you pay what you get 😊 The room was clean and the staff super friendly, either at the reception or at breakfast. The breakfast had a very tasty bread and coffee. It was a good price quality ratio.

They said they gave us the Wi-Fi password but it never worked, always said incorrect password for both me and my bf. The bed was not amazing, a bit small and old. The room had a bit of a dusty smell and the biggest issue was that you can listen to everything that happens on the street with the windows closed. It’s like they’re open. But it was OK I took earplugs and was very tired so I slept ok.
