Very poor

Central location.

Room and bathroom were dated and dingy, and needed a deep clean. Shower over bath too awkward for safe access. Noise from restaurant and nearby rooms.

Recommended and good value

Spotlessly clean throughout. Typically Spanish is style. Staff very friendly. Resturant was closed the night we stayed but not an issue at all as lovely local alternatives.

Found gaining access a little difficult but probably because we don’t read Spanish. 😉🙈

thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. food in the restaurant was very good indeed.

Staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Owner Antonio a delightful man and very hospitable.

Good

Breakfast was basic but the chef was very accommodating and provided alternatives to accommodate our vegetarian diet.

The cleanliness of the bedroom was lacking, particularly the bed which had someone's hair in the sheets and there was a used condom wrapper under the bed.. Also, not being able to flush toilet.paper down the toilet was unhygienic.

Pleasant short stay in El Bosque

Breakfast simple Spanish style, room comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and location great, good for a short stay if your in the middle of Andalusia

Bathroom air not very fresh, common problem with Spanish plumbing

The food was amazing! One of the best I had in Andalusia. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to stay here.

A comfortable Spanish hotel with exceptional food.

This is a small hotel which takes food seriously. Our evening meal was exceptional - beautifully cooked/presented, good quality ingredients and excellent service. If you stay the night be sure to eat in.

All good, no complaints at all.

A great place to stay in El Bosque.

We had a great stop in this pretty village. A hotel with a lot of character, well fitted-out and an excellent breakfast. Very helpful and kind.

Super stay in El Bosque

The hotel and rooms are absolutely ok and like a ”Hotel rural”. The rooms are very clean. The staff is absolutely excellent and the food as well as service was exquisite! I’ll definitely come here again for a couple of meditative days and another walk aling the river.

excellent base for exploring the PN Grazalema

Breakfast- the fresh rolls (molletes) were exceptional. service great. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was much more sophisticated than I expected. Packed at lunch- so I assume very popular locally

the only (minor ) issue that I had was with the lighting in the room, which was poor. but this is nit-picking
