The staff were very sweet.

Breakfast was good . I love the fact that the rooms were all on the inside and the lobby was awesome.

I could feel the springs in the bed. The clerk was so busy with work he wasn’t at the front desk. The pancake maker was out of order.

Lots to be desired.

The staff was nice and always accommodating.

There was sticky stuff on the floors throughout the place. The location was not great either. On top of this we got stuck in a room combined to another, which was weird as a family.

The hotel is average. You get what you pay for.

Breakfast offered, however, the pancake maker was not working.

The sink in our room was clogged which was an issue with 4 people using it.

Unclean unkept room

Staff was friendly, breakfast was convenient

There was mold in the shower. Stains on the walls and beds. Sheets were ripped on one side of bed. The beds also moved all over the frame. Mold and dust on the vents. I've stayed in Tru hotels before and never had problems like these.

Nice, clean hotel. Great value. Would stay here again.

This was a repeat stay for me. The staff is great, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. It is convenient to many restaurants, shopping and major highways.

We had an issue with noise in the room next to us but after speaking with the front desk, the noise stopped.

We enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. We like most of the Tru by Hilton hotels we've stayed at.

Location was good. Staff was pleasant. Rworking.Room was clean. They fulfilled my request for a room on the top floor, away from the elevator.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping in a hammock, no support. The breakfast was so-so. The pancake machine was not working.

Overall, a great place to stay!

The location was great and the facilities were phenomenal.

The breakfast wasn't that great and the beds were uncomfortable to me, but my husband didn't have a problem with it.

Place was definitely a great location. Near the shopping plaza and about 10-15 away from the good places!

My stay was nice, relaxing and peaceful in the hotel.

I really liked the 1 floor with the poll table. There was nice books for the kids to read too and Jenga. There were good snacks in the lobby too. The hotel room was very nice, clean, and the bathroom was very clean and nice. The 3rd floor view was amazing as well.

There wasn’t a microwave in our hotel room but we didn’t have food to warm up so it wasn’t a problem but if we did have food that was something I didn’t like.

I won't use you again

Bathroom was dirty. Sheets were wrinkled as if they hadn't been changed. Stayed up all night on the desk chair.

Disappointing

I liked the fact that it was close to everything restaurants and shopping 🛍 area's.

There was no microwave in the room we stayed in. They charged me $75.00 a day for my 8 pound pomeranian. Other resorts I've stayed in charge only $30.00 a day. House cleaning was vacuuming outside my room very early in the morning 🌄 and I couldn't sleep. I didn't like the dispensers in the bathroom. No closed in closet, only a small opened area.

Very Very nice - would use again.

Nice new building maybe only 2 years old. Had a King room which was a little on the 'tight' side but more than enough for our one night stay. We were told that this hotel was not designed to have dressers ( which there were none ) but it did have plenty of large hooks everywhere and very useful. TV worked better than most places we have stayed. Breakfast was great !!! Staff was also great !!!

I would have loved a FIRM pillow. Will have to bring my own next time.

Multiple night stay. Slept well. Good shower.

Bed was comfortable. Good shower. Helpful staff. Usual breakfast with healthier options available. Ample parking and easy to find.

Laminate floor, which is nice, was not thoroughly mopped-my feet got dirty after shower. A few things broken (toilet paper holder etc.) which didn’t effect my stay too much. City location, so busy with patrons from nearby hotels and local pedestrians and higher rates over weekend and due to a popular local event in town.

Great stay at a great value!

Very nice for the price! Close to a variety of restaurants, clean room, friendly staff, and a comfortable bed. We were only passing through for the night but I'm very pleased with the stay and the value!

Water pressure is low but that wasn't a major concern for our one night stay.
