Fix your tv’s

Love the property

The tv didn’t work called the front desk. The girl said she’d bring up a new remote and never did. When I pay $200 a night for a room I expect the tv to work. And she was rude

Straightforward hotel.

Breakfast was great, central location to mall and attractions a big plus. The price per night for a trip scheduled only a week in advance was great.

Got what we paid for, a few frills room with scratchy towels and maid service only every other day so our room was not cleaned and linen not replaced.

Clean, well kept property on hill. Super nice staff, hot breakfast included, waffles great. Accommodating, cool discounts offered and available. Close to a mall and many restaurants and shopping.

Beds were a harder/firmer than we are used to. Some mold in the shower - in corner by faucet and in the center by soap holder. Pool room was very strong smelling of chlorine and pool had a film on top of water. Breakfast - scrambled eggs sitting in water every morning, no cheese for kids eggs available. Stay was in a more residential area than expected.

For the most part it was nice..

The breakfast and staff was good..

The bathroom wasn't clean.. there was hair stuck in the wall in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner bottles... Dirt ring around the tub..

First of all! When we registered in the lobby, the person that he attended us he was attended someone else and he offered them drinks and snack. He never offered us anything, I think it's not good. Second. The principal was the bathroom,it was so dirty in the shower! The carpet of the room it was dirty! The curtain of the room it wasn't work! The bathrooms it wasn't comfortable The clothes iron did not work. It was broken I really don't recommend it. The price that we paid it wasn't worth it! I never back to that place.

Will not stay at a Hamptons again

The Bed was comfortable.

We asked for extra regular coffee, did not realize it was decaf till morning. They could not find any creamer. After driving twelve hours we got ready for bed. I needed to sign into the wifi to check emails for work. I could not sign in. I called the front desk and they told me that some rooms have a hard time signing in, I had to go downstairs to sign in and then go back to my room. This is unacceptable. We passed through a few days before and stayed at the Aloft. Much better accommodations.
