I would stay again if ever in town

It was quiet and we were able to sleep. The evening reception was nice. Anna was a great bartender and very nice. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in any hotel

The atmosphere was great, everyone was really friendly; my family had a great time.

The food options were great, lots of variety and the setup is nice.

The breakfast was okay, the cooking wasn’t great but food choices were great! Someone started smoking weed next to our room and made our room smell bad, however this is the for time a seen security and hotel staff handle it immediately! I am not sure who reported it but that was impressive!

Slept better than we had in weeks! So comfy!

Clean and convenient location with a lot of restaurant options close.

The breakfast area was confusing and congested with the same area for omelets as regular breakfast items. Service of regular items could have easily been self-serv to prevent backup.

Nice clean hotel good room for families.

Clean, room was very spacious. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Beds were comfy.

Sofa bed mattress was very poor, squished down nearly flat when my son lay on it and he is 150lbs so not a heavy guy. Jets in pool/hot tub were out of order. Had to go to front desk to ask for towels as they hadn’t been refilled.

Eventful in a bad way.

I checked in at at 4:30 pm on March 15, 2024. However, I was contacted by phone from the desk at about 9:30 pm by someone (a male) who asked my last name. Sometime later my bank issued several fraud alerts for additional charges from the hotel at which I had blocked my card while I tried to find out what happened. I checked my accounts on line and verified that there was an additional pending charge on my account. I then contacted the front desk and was told that I checked in at 9:30 pm which was not the case and that I needed to speak to a manager. I was told that I would have to wait until morning. The next morning I went down to the front desk to explain the issue and was told the same thing. I explained that I was put off by the phone call asking my last name and that if there was an issue I should have been asked to come to the front desk. I when I asked to speak to the manager I was told she would not be in until 3:00 pm. I ask if she would be available when I returned to the hotel at about 8 pm and was told yes, because she works second shift. Upon returning to the hotel I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager and was told again a manager was unavailable. I was told that my issue had been noted and offered the GM’s card. I explained that I was very much unhappy with the situation but took the card. I kept my card blocked my entire stay because I didn’t get the assurance or assistance I needed.

Pleasurable and upscale.

Location, breakfast and suite layout.

Refillable shampoo bottles were empty and of course you don’t know this until you’re in the shower. This is a frustrating common occurrence these days.

We stayed here on consecutive weekends.

Facility in general is very nice, well lit at night and safe feeling. The beds are firm and very comfortable. The breakfast is good and the evening complimentary drinks and snacks are nice.

Our room was hot when we entered. Thermostat was set to 74 degrees. The couch in the living area was worn and breaking apart. There were several stains on it with crumbs of food all over it. There was a dirty pair of socks under the table in there as well. We stayed 2 nights. I asked housekeeping for one new towel and wash cloth. She did not know what I was asking for and did not understand one word of English.

The reception area is beautiful

Cleaning knocked at the door around 8am while entering and walked in on my daughter getting dressed. Check out wasn't until noon. Garbage through the hallways. Fridge wouldn't stay closed. Only one wash rag. Dust everywhere like only minimum cleaning has been done for awhile. Jets didn't work in the hot tub area of the pool.

Tried to steal money

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is a good value for the money.

The hotel charged us a smoking fee without even notifying us -- none of us are smokers of any kind and we absolutely did not smoke in the room. I contacted the property and the receptionist was rude and no one ever got back to me. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Great place for a short or extended stay.

everything basically. beautiful property, building, and rooms. loved that they offered free adult drinks and apps, as well as breakfast. my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I loved the gym. lots of food and shopping nearby everywhere

pillows were like cotton balls stuffed into a pillowcase. breakfast was so-so. some items were great, others not so much. this is a dog friendly hotel so I wish there was a larger area for them to do their business and close by to avoid accidents.
