Solo si estás con poco presupuesto elegí este dpto...

La ubicación y ambiente familiar. La playa excelente aunque partes con piedras. El complejo habitacional tiene todo lo necesario, pequeño y completo mercado, restaurante variado, gym y limpieza en las instalaciones del complejo. El baño del dpto amplio y bien caudal de agua caliente. Parque acuático recomendado para niños solo abierto Vie sab y Dom

El propio departamento una mugre total. La cocina está compuesta por microwave y dos hornallas electrónicas. Normalmente nos conformamos con poco, pero está muy dejado abajo el dpto. Si solo lo vas a usar para dormir y playa, está ok esta prácticamente sobre la playa. No pretendas mucho más. Si querés mayores comodidades estira un poco más y por 50usd vas a estar más cómodo. Dato: eramos 4 y solo había 3 toallas , no contaba con escoba, sillas y cubiertos suficientes anfitrión no contesto mensajes en ningún momento. Ojalá pueda mejorar la dueña (Greta) ....consejo, cobra un poco más, ponelo en condiciones y vas a ganar más plata vos y menos comentarios negativos.

O quarto é bem grande, literalmente a melhor localização do hotel em frente ao mar, silencio total, o hotel, praia e o mar é maravilhoso!

O chuveiro é quente e tem banheira porem ele é em forma de chuveirinho e precisa ficar segurando enquanto toma banho. Achei que poderia ter mais toalhas e tapete na entrada para não molhar o quarto todo quando entra. A comida do hotel é muito boa porem esteja disposto a pagar bem caro por ela.

Todo el predio hermoso, pero en la habitación no se podía estar de los mosquitos.

La playa sin lugar a dudas y el área externa del complejo.

En la habitación habían muchos mosquitos. Avisé en 2 oportunidades al encargado/a pero nunca me contestó una pena porque arruina todo. No hay wifi, un servicio básico que debería de tener y los precios del restaurante muy elevados.

I loved that we were just few steps away from the beach. A/C was great and the apt has the essentials to cook. Beds were okay. They have tv

The shower didn’t have hot water and shower was broken and you have to hold it with the hand. The silverware was dirty. The kitchen towels were dirty too and had a terrible smell. We were 4 people and there were 3 towels.

Very good

The location where you can enjoy and exclusive private beach and several pools. It also has a small Waterpark for the little ones.

Owner didn't let us get into the property until 3pm and we almost can not access the condominium because owner has to send an email to the front security. So if your flight arrives early in the morning this is not the right place for you, specially if you travel with kids. It also doesn't have towels for the beach, take your own ones.

DISASTER! NEVER AGAIN. ONE ADVICE TO WHOEVER IS VACATIONING IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: AVOID THIS PLACE

The host was less then helpless. She didn't show up or solved any of the problems I encountered on the apartment. Shower not working; dirty balcony; faucet in the kitchen spilling water; the balcony door was almost impossible to open; the air condition was not enough to serve the mezzanine area where the bed was located; not blackout on the glass door; poor and old kitchen and cooking tools; receptionists where useless, didn't speak any English and were lazy and unwilling to solve any issue. It was almost impossible to communicate with the property owner, Greta, who almost never answered the phone or the messages, showing not knowledge of the hospitality business. The whole thing was a disaster.

Terrible!!! Dont go there !!

The complex and beach is nice

Gretta the owner was not nice and didn't risponse my problem. Towels were old and shower was dirty alot of mosquitos smell in bedroom was bad we didn't take a shower. The owner charge me much more then it says on Booking reservation ,I had to cancel my card as I was afraid she will use it as she charged me an amount much bigger then it was. When you arrive they charg you 10$ to use the pool and enter the place and it was not mentioned on the reservstion, the gym is for the use of the owner only and it was not mention on the page as well. The owner change us to other apartment that has bugs in bed . We left a day earlier and she didn't agree for any refund eventhough we suffered so much. Don't make a mistake and choose other property at this complex as place itself was nice.

Location

The Fan did not work. AC leaked and did not get fixed. We had to live in the heat. Upholstery was torn and did not get replaced by them. Not a good experience overall.

Horrible

Initial room was nice and in good location

My reservation was not logged with security delaying check in, AC didn't work at 1st room and no response from host on requested crib, after I confirmed Ac didn't work I requested from security ( only poc available after 5 although office maybe closed before advertised time) help, I was shown a second unit. After my baby was put to bed for the night I discovered mice/rat droppings all over the unit. No response then and again by host in AM so I had to find, pay, and move again to a 2nd hotel. In late PM host replied and wanted to show me a 3rd unit while was aware by her cleaning lady whom I told I'm leaving as refuse to stay in these conditions. Host then later that day and original check out date refused to refund both or even 1 night.

WORST HOST EVER

The waterpark

Greta the administrator of the apartment it's a really unpleasant person, she never told us why they charge us more that what booking say on the first place. Also she never let us in the perimeters before 3pm and we asked for check in at 10 am and they never told us it was an extra charge for it until we where there. The room was really hot and smell bad. Also the air conditioning was not very good. The kitchen doesn't have ventilation so when you cooked you get the apartment fill with smoke and just smell like food. We don't recommend this owner or administration person GRETA cause she was really mean and didn't ever solve us any problem .

Stay safely away book elsewhere

Worst place ever. This property is run as a scam. Stay safe booking elsewhere. You have to pay in order to enter the compound where the property is located but they only inform you about this once you have paid for your stay. You won't be able to complain about anything once you have paid as booking does not care and the property is an apartment and no one will be there to show you in.

Property was a complex of private owners, staff were great and friendly, beaches were beautiful and beach facilities good

When I booked this it was mentioned in the description on booking.com that there was a gym, which indeed there was, but it was apparently for owners only. The room on the complex is privately owned and we asked the owner if she could arrange for permission to use it especially as we had booked here specifically because of this but although she said she sent an email I knew she wasn't really interested, and when we arrived we had to contact her for the key code for entry which meant we were hanging around outside with our luggage for ages. the facilities were poor minimal facilities in the kitchen like camping out really. Also it was at the end of a road and a long trip to other places. As far as I'm concerned the owner was only interested in the money and had no care for her guests as she stopped replying to my messages on WhatsApp despite the fact that I could see she was online. In the end it was so bad for us I booked extra days at the next property and took the financial hit in my opinion DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

The apartment is in a resort complex, with swimming pools, on the beach. The apartment is clean, spacious. The apartment is with sea view, the Caribbean Sea. Superb view. Very good communication with the owner.

The restaurant of the resort is not good, the food is not good, is very expenses. Rating 1 . The resort is 13 km from the town, where you can find many restaurants.
