One of the most beautiful riads I have seen so far. Amazing bathroom with a bath tub and samples of black soap, rhassoul, etc. Very professional and kind staff.

Best manager assistant!
Nice bath facilities (scrub, douche), double pillows.
Hand over the key at any entry/exit

The breakfast was delicious and the room was so prettily decorated. Having an area for clothing & bags (like a walk-in closet) was awesome and keeps the clutter out of sight! Wifi was strong. Staff were super super nice!
The nature of the riad means that windows face an inner courtyard and the sound kinda travels, so it isn't the most quiet when people are in the courtyard (which they have to cross to get to their rooms). So bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We loved everything about our stay at Riad Tizwa! the property is beautiful-rooms luxurious and clean, good bathroom, nice terrace. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of food. Location is just on the edge of the Medina so it’s easy to find but still close to everything while being peaceful. The best part of our stay was the staff. Mohammad was very accommodating and kind. Merieme was extremely helpful in booking any excursions and booking dinner reservations. Couldn’t recommend more.

One of the best places I ever stayed. Everything was perfect from the location, to the beautiful terrace where we had a delicious breakfast each morning, the kindest host merieme who helped us with restaurant bookings and guided tours (all of them were amazing), the lovely riad and our super comfy bed. Stay was truly amazing and I would recommend it to everyone I know.
Everything was perfect

The staff were absolutely amazing they constantly made sure everything was of great standard. The breakfast was the best I've had in Morocco. The team would go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Mohammed, Younis and Merieme were such a great team they were very accommodating and constantly made sure if we need anything during our stay. It almost felt like a family. The hospitality definitely exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Beautiful riad with a rustic feel. Owners have preserved much of the original decor with wear from age giving the rustic edge. Fantastic location at the medina’s edge near the blue gate.
Mostly importantly, the place is managed by a highly capable & efficient manager, Merième. Everything requested got taken care of immediately and with great outcomes, from tours & restaurant reservations to breakfast requests.
Nothing. Initially conflicted over wanting a more updated accommodation but given price point and novelty of experience, it’s great value.

We had a very warm welcome from Meriam and the rest of the team, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The Riad was beautifully restored, the rooms with calm interiors - comfortable and spacious. It was a calm space away from the bustle of the medina The fire was lit every evening and we ate delicious breakfast on the roof top.

Merieme is a great host, very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely room and loved the breakfast. Riad Tizwa is a beautiful Riad and prices are fair.

The location of the Riad is optimal. It is at the entry of the medina: the taxi can therefore bring very nearby, whilst it is very quick and easy to go by walk to the medina for visiting/eating...
The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Amazing manager, she was most welcoming and informing. Felt right at home from day one.
Our room was clean, fresh towels, floors were clean; I walked around regularly without my shoes and found no issues inside.
The staff were super friendly and amazing to converse with, especially when improving our Moroccon historical knowledge!

This is a fantastic Riad. My partner and I really enjoyed staying here. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and in a great location right in the medina. We received some really good restaurant recommendations from the staff and really appreciated their professionalism, kindness and flexibility

Lovely hotel with warm and welcoming staff. Very well situated. The hotel is a beautiful typical Riad, beautifully decorated.
The hotel room we had had space missing for putting down toiletries. We struggled with placing toothbrush and toothpaste. Ended up keeping them on the floor. As well, the hotel would not replace the towels or soap / shampoo. Had to convince them to. I believe they thought we wanted to take them home, not sure.

Amazing riad. Very accommodating and helpful hosts particularly Anas and Miriam. Very hospitable e.g. offering morrocon tea at any time for free.
Good location to explore the old medina, less than 10min walk to blue gate.
Good breakfast and are flexible with timings.
Also flexible with check in and check out timings
Room is on terrace, so secluded at night time as it is only room in the terrace. Anyone can also have breakfast on the terrace. Be aware there is a few flights of steps to get to the terrace so might be tricky for some.

Where to start? What a lovely riad and such amazing and special people working there. Meriem and Anas made us feel at home instantly after arriving. They made us some tea and we started chatting right away. They also gave us some great tips for the area and they arranged a lot for us during our stay. Nothing was too much for them to take care of, they were so incredibly helpful! Because of Meriem and Anas the beautiful and cozy riad felt like a home to us. The rooms are so beautiful and clean and the open area and lovely rooftop terrace are free for everyone to use. The rooftop breakfasts are something special here. We often played games in the open areas and there was always hot tea for us. Nadia cooked us a home cooked meal one evening. It was so so delicious and so much that we could eat it two nights in a row haha. We had many lovely chats with everyone working in the riad and we must admit it was a bit difficult to say goodbye when we checked out. We definitely wish to come back to Riad Tizwa one day!

This was our favorite stay in Morroco, Anis and Merieme went above and beyond to make our stay in Fes easy and comfortable. They helped us to organised everything we wanted to do including a city tour which was amazing and visiting the local Hammam which was so great!
The location is perfect, really close to the blue gate where you can enter the Medina. Also the room was very clean and cute with nice touches such as a bathrobe and slippers.
The terrace up top was amazing with lots of space to sit and sun loungers to relax on!
Would 10/10 stay again, thank you so much!!

Merieme and Anas were the two most wonderful hosts and the property itself was stunning with its beautifully restored mosaics and incredible rooftop - just the tranquility needed right within the walls of the Medina!

I want to live here! Amazing riad with the friendliest staff. Couldn’t do enough to help. The fire in the downstairs communal area was perfect. Amazing breakfast every morning on the beautiful terrace (at a time that you ask for) and the room was enormous with a super comfy bed. If you want to be treated like a king look no further. Will 100% stay again in the future when I come back to fes
Nothing at all. The place is incredible for the price

Really good location, street felt pretty safe which after spending a few nights in Marrakech was a blessing.
Staff were incredibly friendly it felt like you were staying with someone's family rather than a hotel/Riad almost. Even accommodated a last minute request for flowers because I had just proposed to my girlfriend that morning.
Breakfast was also really good on the rooftop which *almost* has an awesome view but was nice nonetheless.
The room we stayed in the bathroom felt very cramped and several of the lights in the room were either dark or broken (flickering, switch breaking, etc). But because the staff were so incredible and the price is very reasonable I would still give this a 10/10 and stay here again if we ever go back.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Riad is very well located and easy to find.
Riad could be noisy when busy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Riad is perfectly located, full of charm and history. Merieme is a wonderful host who will make sure you have everything you need from start to finish and give you very good restaurant and sightseeing recommendations.
Some bedrooms are at ground floor, so make sure you pick your room carefully when booking if you prefer being upstairs.
