Breakfast was very good, the location was convenient (at one of the entries of the Medina, which is quite important if you have to carry luggage), and the interior of the Riad was amazing, very well taken care of, spacious clean rooms, great decoration.
The communication with the staff could have been better, and in more polite and empathetic terms.
4.7
Very professional and friendly staff ,especially Meryem was very attentive , caring and always ready to help, she made us feel like we were family.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.
The location it is perfectly located -in the heart of the old city-
We had a wonderful stay and definitely will come back
Thank you

The rooms are clean and peaceful.
The breakfast is quite standard. Too much of a sugery options. They can do better.

Alojamiento precioso, cuidado y limpio. Las habitaciones son comodas, la zona silenciosa, todas las facilidades.
El personal es educado, amable y muy cercano.Nos hicieron sentirnos como en casa, desde el momento de la bienvenida como en la despedida, compartiendo incluso una receta familiar!! Volveremos!!
Nada. Fue perfecto

We loved this exquisite riad ,It is a masterpiece. Our room was very spacious ,decorated in a traditional Moroccan way and very clean . Breakfast was generous and delicious with different kind of Moroccan breads, jams ,butter, omelette , olive, cheese , fresh orange juice and fruits. The most wonderful part were the staff, Meryem and Mohamed who were beyond kind, attentive and so accommodating to all our requests.
Thank you for making us feel at home.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect right in the centre of old town Fes.
Nothing not to like.

De hygiëne, host en ontbijt waren het toppunt. Zoals je de riad op de foto’s zien, zo is die ook in het echt.

Very nice owners and staff. Huge, nice breakfast. Good location. Unbelievably beautiful courtyards and doors and ceilings. A/C worked very well.
Too bad no plunge pool given how hot it was . . .

Amazing location and gorgeous Riad.
I did not like that breakfast was not earlier than 8:30AM. In the other Riads we stayed at they asked us "what time would you like to eat" I woke at 7AM and there was no ability to get a cup of coffee. There was nobody to help with bags also. The other Riads were just a tad more pro active. However, this was beautiful and in a great location but with 4 suitcases (we have been traveling for 4 weeks) and (2) kids, it was a lot.

This Riad is gorgeous and well located within the Medina. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Meryem spoke great English and was happy to help us arrange guided tours. Her recommendations were spot on. We had a blast, leaned a lot, and couldn’t have asked for more.
Nothing. Everything was great.

Beautiful interior, robust breakfast

Breakfast was tasty. Staff were very helpful. Location was amazing. The beauty of the riad was out of this world.

Beautiful Riad, very impressive decor, great location, right in the heart of the Fes Medina, but quiet for a good night sleep. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast in the morning is great. Our room was large and the roof terrace was great to relax or enjoy some Moroccan Mint Tea. They let us store our luggage whilst we explored after checkout before our flight at no extra charge and were on hand to help and advise when needed. Nice stay, thank you
The extractor fan in our bathroom wasn't very powerful. Be sure to keep the bathroom door closed after having a shower, our room and bedding got damp.

Beautiful Riad. Very pleasant and efficient staff.
Nothing.

The riad was simply gorgeous, and the staff were willing to offer help with anything we needed. A car to the airport was arranged for us on request, and we were given dinner recommendations in the medina and general travel tips for our time in Morocco.
The only thing, if I had to nit-pick was that we could hear some noise from the rest of the road from our room, since the windows faced the interior. But some earplugs did the trick and we were sleeping in the comfy beds.
4.7
Meryem and the team were fantastic. she even lent us local currency on our first day so we can go have dinner. Super friendly and approachable team. The Riad is very beautiful and has been around since 1300s so it feels very special to stay in a place like this. breakfast was great as well.
the room we had faced the lobby area and so it can get very noisy, you can hear the door bell every time it rings and the sound of people talking almost all the time. the bathroom fixtures were loose and the bathroom had a faint bad smell we could not get rid of. the staircase leading up to the rooms are very narrow and it can be challenging if you have large suitcases

Staying in Riad Sidrat Fes was like a dream - it was perfect: the location, the room, the breakfast and especially the hosts, merci beaucoup.
4.7
The riad is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the breakfast being served in the beautiful courtyard. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Don't miss the rooftop terrasse for some downtime.
I liked it all. If you like staying in riads like I do, you will not be disappointed.
4.7
Stunning Riad with great terrace. Very helpful staff. Good location.
Although I think I understand the reason, breakfast arrangement is inconvenient and takes 45 minutes. Breakfast itself is good but the late start, the duration and the seating are somewhat awkward. Unreliable WIFI.
4.7
Location was perfect, right in the middle of Medina. Breakfast was served as many dishes of traditional food, very varied and for every taste. The rooms, inner yard and rooftop make you feel like in a palace - very beautiful and unique.
Room wasn't very lit up (only 1 small window)

Close to the medina happy with the staff

Interior, staff, breakfast 10/10
The room was a bit dark

200 years old incredibly beautiful building (it doesn’t get better than this); top breakfast; top hosts (they really put in every imaginable effort, offered me fresh tea and some spicy snacks when I came home from exploring the city); it’s super calm and I slept like a baby; great bathroom; perfectly located; top price.
TOTALLY RECOMMENDED <3
the room was quite small and to get to the bathroom I had to exit my room and step into the common staircase before entering my private bathroom - but for my travel style that’s nothing to complain about:)
4.7
The breakfast with eggs, fruit, yogurt and a variety of breads and jams was excellent. This riad is near a gate to the medina so it is excellent. The staff was helpful especially Miriam. The best part of this riad was its beauty. Such a lovely place to enjoy breakfast.
inside a gate
There were too many stairs to our room and stairs to the bathroom.
4.7
this is a beautiful house right in the centre of the action of the souk at Fes, a more friendly manager you will not find and the breakfast ensures you will not need lunch, all just the other side of this unassuming door at the end of small lane off main thoroughfare of the souk.
4.7
Riad Sigrat is simply amazing and wont disappoint. Traditional in style, helpful staff and located in the the busy medina. The beds and facilities are very clean and the staff are always seeking to go above and beyond. You can book most tours and excursions with the help of the Riad’s host. Fes is a great Medina and simply under rated. I would 100% stay here again. 10/10 for a solo traveler.
Riad could sell small snacks and drinks, but you have all of the medina for this. Still a great service!
4.7
Rooms in local style, cleanliness, great staff, exceptional breakfast
4.7
The luxory interior.
I would have needed a simple map of the medina, eg two main routes and how to find to the Riad.
4.7
Nice location. Beautiful Ambience. Very Helpful staff. A special note of thanks for Mr Mohammed. He went out if the way to help us.
Not dislike but some notes for future guests
The hotel is located about 5 mins from the parking lot where a construction was going on. Travellers with big suitcases will require a handcart. The hotel can make the arrangements.
The top floors are accesible by stairs only. However the hotel staff will help in lifting the luggage.
The toilet and shower are separate.1
4.7
everything - amazing hospitality, beautiful interior and incredible location!

Beautiful courtyard, spacious room and balcony facing the courtyard. Maryam was extremely helpful with your bookings and all info required.
