One look and it'll have your heart beating fast, which is why it's called Hummingbird Hideaway! This Texas Hill Country dream comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

This unique property is perfectly arranged for any type of gathering. Upstairs is where you'll find the living area that's designed for comfort, featuring comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV mounted above the fireplace. Behind the living area is the well-equipped, stylish kitchen stocked with all cooking and dining essentials, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island that provides plenty of seating. The dining area is right next to the kitchen and offers additional seating for 6 as well as gorgeous views of the lake. You'll also have deck access, perfect for dining outside or relaxing after a great meal.

Head through the kitchen where you'll come upon the master suite complete with a king bed, deck access, and a large, luxurious, attached bathroom. Just off from the living area is the second bedroom with a queen bed and an additional attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Downstairs is perfect for the kids, or the kids at heart! Down the stairwell is where you'll find the game room with a ping pong table. You'll also find the third bedroom that includes a king-size bed and TV as well as the fourth bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds. No need to worry about bathroom time as there are 2 additional full bathrooms conveniently located downstairs.

The beauty doesn't stop there. Step outdoors where you'll be greeted by the beautiful patio, swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen space. Follow the steps into the fenced backyard to let the kids run free while you enjoy the native flowers and plants. A short, 2-minute walk from the backyard grants convenient access to Canyon Lake, where you can fish, swim, float, or simply bring a lawn chair to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds at the water's edge.

The house exceeded our expectations! There was more than enough space for our party. The hot tub & ping pong table add to the fun. The location was close to hill country towns, but the view was show stopper.

We had an amazing time at Hummingbird Hideaway! The house was beautiful, plenty of space for us and the amenities were exactly what we were expecting. It's a great house to host a weekend girls getaway. The leaving process is also extremely easy. I would love to find an excuse to stay here again. Thank you!

The House is amazing! Absolutely beautiful! Perfect for family of 11. The pool was perfect, the grandkids had a blast. The view is stunning, even with the lake 16 ft low. Communication with property management was excellent! Highly recommend!

We stayed for Mother's Day weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We had a hiccup with the coded but the property management responded fairly quickly and got us in. This house is not lacking in any area. It is perfect for families big and small. We loved our stay and plan on coming back next year. The hot tub was amazing.

A fantastic home with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay!! Property managers were great to communicate with. There was a storm one night and first thing the next morning there was a pool and maintenance person there cleaning all the leaves and branches from in and around the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, incredibly spacious home, awesome pool and jacuzzi.... It was the perfect getaway for our annual girls trip! Would definitely return!!

We had a great time at the house and outdoors. During our visit on April, saw lot of birds, Buterflies and deer roaming arounds. There is access to the lake but there is no beach. We went to River Rose Tavern for dinner on Saturday night. Food and drinks were good. Service was great. Live music and DJ. Friendly people. Caring and most helpful uber driver, Ginger. Only negative thing is check in is so late of the day at 4 pm and check out is early at 10am. I wish they change that with out extra payments.

We just returned from a week at this lovely and spacious home. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. Everything was as described and so incredibly beautiful. Very clean. The kitchen had every pot, pan, dish, and utensil we could have needed. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was a bit chilly for the pool yet. We had a very relaxing week. I highly recommend this home. If we vacation in this area again I would definitely return here.

I can't describe how perfect this house was for our family gathering! Hummingbird Hideaway was so much more than the pictures show! The property was easy to find, sparkling clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The layout of the home gave everyone room to relax and have space without ever feeling crowded. If the family wasn't gathered around the massive island kitchen they were playing pingpong or relaxing in living room watching football! The kids absolutely loved the hot tub/pool while the adults enjoyed the amazing view from the upstairs patio. Property managers were friendly and quick to answer any and all questions we had. We can't wait to return, we truly had an epic experience!

It was a perfect few days away from the big city at the perfect time of year with absolutely perfect weather. This VRBO was so great! Exactly what we needed for our family. The adults could hang out on the main floor in the kitchen/living room and chat , watch TV, or play games and the kids could play ping pong and watch movies downstairs. It had beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Super cozy beds and the balcony in the evenings were so comfortable. We will save this property for another getaway! Thank you so much!!!

This property is gorgeous and super quiet. We spent nights in the super comfy living area watching movies, had wine in the hot tub, coffee on the balconies with gorgeous views of the lake and spent two days shopping in Wimberley. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, lights and drawers are all labeled, and the rooms and bathrooms are very high end and comfortable. Lots of personal touches. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome getaway for a quick family weekend from Austin. Other than running to the grocery store on the corner, we didn't leave the house. We just relaxed in the hot tub while the kids swam in the pool. The views were gorgeous and the kitchen was very well equipped for our cooking needs. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful place to stay for a long weekend or more!

Not sure if rating means 1 the best or least bu for my family it is the best! Beautiful and exactly like the pictures. So well maintained and just lovely. Perfect for kids and adults. Peaceful and restful or tons of activities. This is our second year and we want to plan to go back again next year. We love it!

Beautiful home with a great view of the lake. Wonderful outdoor spaces and a large backyard/pool/hot tub right on the water. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for family/friends to all have their own space. Would definitely book this house again - only change would be that I would book it for a longer stay!

Home was fabulous, hosts were highly responsive. The swimming pool and hot tub setting could not have been better, lots of shade and beautiful landscaping. Kids had fun picking up seashells on the lakeshore, but adults & kids spent the vast majority of their time in the swimming pool. Well appointed kitchen. We rarely left the property. We'll be back.

Very nice property. Good access to lake. Nice layout of house. Great kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Pool area was great gathering place and the outdoor kitchen was very convenient. Plenty of bathrooms. We had extended family come over for dinner, not much extra parking space. Gave cleanliness 4 stars because of the pool, not as clean as I would have hoped. All in all, it was a great place and we had a wonderful time!

Love the layout of the property. Great view. Pool clean and and the lights and heater on the got tub working well. Kitchen was welled stocked and loved the labels on the cabinets and drawers. Will come again. Only issue is not enough bath towels.

The Lake views from the balcony were somehow even more stunning than the photos represented in the listing. The house is cozy and clean. There were no issues that needed to be addressed during our stay, everything was perfect. We hope to return in the future.
