It was nice to have the bar and restaurant. The Hotel was in a good location. It was decorated nice and the TV was easy to work.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
The sliding doors were heavy and made a lot of noise. The toilet was right out side of the shower.

The property was very nice, room was clean, staff was nice and gave you privacy. Will definitely be rebooking a room.
Not too many dislikes. I just wish you go straight to the parking garage from the main elevator, but nothing major.

Decor was nice
Parking and location. The staff was not friendly and I overall was not happy .

The property was in a beautiful and tucked in location. The lobby was clean and smelled amazing! The staff was so friendly and attentive.
Everything was amazing!!

The best hotel bed and pillow combination I have ever experienced.
They don’t have a market in the lobby to get drinks or other items. Once the restaurant closes you’re out of luck
4.3
Closeness to the university
Coffee not served after 10:00am

It was in a nice location in relation to the other events we had planned.
The parking garage for the hotel was super cramped. We chose the parking deck across the street as an alternative.

Clean and good location
nothing

Beautiful interior and bar area and rooms are comfortable.
The cable kept messing up on the tv

Good location near South Park. New hotel with very nice rooms and amenities. My husband loved the bath sheets.
The front desk representative was so rude at check in that my husband wanted to leave. When he spoke to the manager that night, she was indifferent. You have to pay for parking but there are inadequate parking spaces. The entrance is poorly marked so you’re not sure where to go to check in and it states ‘no parking at any time’ in the only parking area for reception. There is currently a lot of construction in the area.

This hotel could have been nice but a few things about it were frustrating - the parking situation is difficult. If you leave after 9pm the parking garage is full on return and you can’t park in the garage directly beside the hotel or parking lots near by without risk of being towed. I was told I was out of luck essentially if their garage and street parking was full - for 200+ a night I shouldn’t have to stress over my vehicle being towed do to their inadequate parking. The thermostat in our room wouldn’t work and the water pressure in the shower was very disappointing.

The hotel is clean and the location is great.
The parking was awful. There is no sign to direct you to the hotel parking underground. I was not notified of another option for parking until I found I could not park in the garage. I was charged $10.00 a night for parking and could not park my vehicle. The hotel is nice and clean, but the parking is hit-or-miss.

We checked in Friday night around 9pm, my room still wasn’t ready but the girl at the front desk was very nice and told me they were sold out and had groups which I understand. There was a guy yelling at her causing a seen and she handled it so well. This hotel was beautiful and so clean, I would definitely come back here again.
Nothing

Beautiful place. Everything was clean! The bedrooms have so much room. Loved the decor as well!

It was in a quiet neighborhood

Chic. Modern. Great vibe. Nice restaurant and bar. Comfortable beds.
Siri directed me to a different building. And then parking seemed as if it would be labor intensive— but turned out fine.

loved the marketing manager!! Young black female!!
Front desk staff took no accountability in charging me they gave me a run around about when the front ends manger was coming

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.
Check in was at 3, arrived at 4 and had to wait an additional 30min bc my room wasn't ready. Very inconvenient after driving 2hrs, in the rain to have to wait. Nothing was offered for them being behind and us having to wait.

The whole hotel. Beautiful, very clean, & neat idea with the reusable water bottles. Texting guest was a great idea.

Clean facilities, nice staff
Restaurant food was so-so; but staff were nice
4.3
Hotel staff and room was excellent. Top notch. The unspoken hero is the onsite restaurant. Outstanding food at reasonable prices. The chef cuisine is really talented. Best food we've have in a while and worth visiting even if you don't stay at the hotel. Drinks from the bar were exceptional. Even though our waitress was overworked as they were shorthanded, she was awesome. Complementary coffee in the lobby is better than most coffee shops. This is a great hotel with a phenomenal restaurant and bar

The look of the room
