It was a very pleasant stay.

Great service. Man that checked us in was super nice.

I wish the TV in the room was newer and had access to applications like Netflix, and Max. It just had cable which was a bummer. I would consider at the very least adding maybe a roku or fire stick to the tv’s so they had that capability.

Not clean…. No towels…. Service was not the best. I paid $230 for a dirty room Had to relocate at 10:30pm… had to go get extra towels because no one brought them! Had to wait about 10-15 minutes to receive as he continued to wait on other guest!!

NICE HOTEL AND LOCATION BUT NEEDS MORE STAFF. COFFEE IN ROOM NEEDED

I DID NOT TRY BUT WAS CHARGED FOR IT!

FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. NO WAY TO DISABLE AND HAD TO LEAVE ROOM. ONLY ONE COFFEE REGULAR IN ROOM AND IT WAS A LIGHT BLEND. NO HELP WHEN PROBLEM OCCURED

The staff used a text service to ask if we needed anything and was very helpful.

The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls and there was no water pressure.

The people there were great! Just not enough employees. The door to go out to the pool was locked from the inside and seemed more like a fire hazard than a good thing

Appreciate the amenities and walking distance to so many cool places to shop and eat.

Electric and USB ports at the table in the lobby were dead so I had to work in my room; Parking fee caught me off guard. I try to avoid parking fees at all costs.

The Hilton Garden met all my needs: courteous staff, ample bar, exquisite rooms.

Clean, friendly, expensive. Nice to have a bar that served food well into the evening.

Underwhelming for the price, but it was very clean

Room looked nice and was cozy.

They had paid parking for $10 a night when on Booking.com it was listed as free parking. Curtains at the window didn't work. For the price, several things felt cheap, such as the parking cash-grab, the curtains that didn't move, mini-fridge that didn't get very cold, and the ultra-thin tp.

The place to stay in Charlotte

Rashid was a complete gentleman. The team managing the breakfast menu was a complete delight. The room was as expected and the building was well maintained. The exception was the staff. I will come back because of the staff. They were perfect.

I'm struggling to think of anything I actually didn't like. Perhaps the parking could be organised better. But it is minor
