The property has everything you need, around the corner you have the bus stop taking you into NYC and it’s 3.50 one way. Convenient, clean, great value for money

Its nice from the outside.
The inside wasnt pleasant at all, we did get a room without a window, there was soo dark and depressing. Also got only one small and one big towel(no changing or cleaning whole week). The worst part is, that its not NYC anymore but Jersey state and you have to pay extra bus tickets even if you already have unlimited metro card. Would definatelly reccomend to choose different location. The wifi didnt work properly, took ages to browse something.

comfortable bed, TV, clean, easy check-in procedure, good customer service. close to midtown NY, just go in front of the postal office and take any bus (even private ones, all cost 3,5$ to NY)
room 6 had a recurrent issue regarding the toilet, didn’t flush properly. hopefully now it’s fixed. slow internet

Location. Easy access to Manhattan. 10 minute bus trip to Times Sq. The room has a kichinette and desk.

I liked the space of the room and how it was furnished.
Once in my room it looked very clean and decorated well until I scanned everything. There were no paper towels and there was about enough dishwashing soap to wash one dish. The blinds need to be replaced on one of the windows. The comforter on the bed had a crusty food stain that would be absolutely impossible to miss. That alone was just disgusting. In the bathroom there was trash in there that wasn’t emptied. There was a hair in the sink. There was a hair in the tub. There were a couple of hairs on the floor in the corner by the tub. We only received two towels and was told you had to ask for wash cloths. Yes when we got there Lucia was very nice and told me how to get around. The staff leaves at a certain time so you’re on your own when they are gone.

I liked how close it was to the city
Hotel was in a sketchy area, room had a foul odor, bed was very uncomfortable and noisy, no heat, noisy people outside at all hours of the day, was questioned about why we needed more towels and a blow dryer. Standing Shower had no door, dirty underneath bed and bathroom cabinet

The room was exactly as advertised, lots of stores, restaurant and bars within walking distance
Apparently not all rooms have private bathrooms (mine did) so there’s a common bathroom in the hallway so there was a lot of movement and door slamming all night. The microwave is on the first floor in the hallway by the staircase- no bueno. No hand towel or wash cloths in bathroom in the room.

Just the location
It's just shared place with CRAZY residential living above us. People were yelling and running around all night. No parking near by what so ever.
One of the Air conditioning dose not work!

Everything else was perfect! The location was very good, the price was excellent, the room was very nice and very clean. The staff was 👍 great! I'm definitely coming back!
For a hotel that doesn't offer wifi, TV is important. Although they do offer it, I was unable to see anything as the message " weak or low signal" kept appearing the several times I tried. I ended up reading a book, which was good for me, but others might not appreciate that.

Good location and easy transportation to nyc
They don't change bedsheets daily or towels

The perfect undercover hotel - it is not conspicuous from the outside, the corridor is slightly musty, but the room is perfect and the bathroom is luxurious. It's very simple to ride a bus to Manhattan.

I really like the room, clean spacious, minimalist, and it looks like what it potrays in the web
had a slight difficulty in checking in

The price and location
The furniture is very awkward and kinds of old. The AC was going directly to the bed.

The room itself was quite clean and very renovated. The person in-charge was communicative and helpful.
The building itself is very old, not attractive at all, noisy and smelly. There is no elevator.
There is street parking, but you must have a residence permit overnight - doesn't count as "parking available".
A credit card fee was added which was not listed on the Booking website. I didn't appreciate this at all.
Check-in after hours was not easy - had to communicate via app on where to find key etc.

I have been to NYC a lot of times, most of those i stayed on Manhattan, couple of times in Queens or Brooklyn, you know, residential areas, small places, airbnbs. Great but not comparable to this place. The neighborhood is awesome, you are in the middle of urban NJ Union City with all the great places around the corner. The hotel is easily reachable by car, parking is easy and free, the hosts are super nice and helpful. I had the private room with bathroom and all and it was great. Lot of space. Big desk (thumbs up!, i needed to work too) and the bathroom facilities clean, modern and fresh. Will book again when i am in the city. O, and transport to Manhattan if you want, is super easy by bus or ferry and takes you like 30 minutes and costs you a couple of bucks.
Absolutely nothin'! Say it again! :-)
