not good for family stay

location of the hotel was fantastic with a great view. size of the room was also acceptable.

very stupid uneducated staff. no facility for cleaning babies' milk bottles so not good for families with small babies. but the house cleaning was very good. very old noisy air-condition and I feel they got them 20 years ago.

Overall a good hotel especially its proximity to the ferry linking Lincoln Harbour to New York .

Didn't have breakfast has it wasn't a buffet which made it unattractive to the rest of my family and expensive.

Room wasn't prepared to accommodate all booked guests.

Einschlafen mit Blick auf die Skyline

Die Lage ist grandios. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick über den Hudson auf die Skyline Manhattans. Die Fähre legt direkt vor dem Hotel ab und fährt alle 20 Minuten. Für 10 $ ist man ohne Stau innerhalb weniger Minuten direkt in Midtown. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück ( a la carte) für amerikanische Verhältnisse wirklich toll.

Zu den Stoßzeiten gibt es beim Frühstück schon mal etwas Wartezeit, die man aber mit einem Becher Kaffee überbrücken kann.

Nice enough hotel. With ridiculous extra charges.

The room was comfortable and the bed was great. Nice showers. Beautiful view, which was the main reason to select this hotel.

Dumb legacy ways to scam customers for a few extra dollars. Paid parking. Not in NYC, in Weehawken, NJ. With a massive empty parking lot by the hotel. Paid WiFi. In 2024. Wow.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit allem was man braucht, wenn man dem Trubel von Manhattan entgehen möchte.

Wer dem Trubel dieser lebendigen Stadt etwas entgehen will, ist in New Jersey gut aufgehoben. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hudson River mit einem schönen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan. Diese erreicht man schnell mit der naheliegenden Fähre oder mit dem Bus. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, mit sehr bequemen Betten, was man in Europa nicht so oft findet. Im Hotel befindet sich ein hübsches Restaurant, wo man gut Frühstücken kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wenn es überhaupt einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt, dann die etwas unübersichtliche Abschlussrechnung. Wir haben uns hierfür per E-Mail entschieden und erhielten für das eine der beiden Zimmer gleich 2 Rechnungen bis dann die 3 endgültige Rechnung kam.

On rrecommande vivement cet établissement avec vue sur Manhattan.

L emplacement est idéal car on est dans Time square en 10 min en bus et l arrêt de bus est à 30 secondes à pieds de l entrée de l hôtel. On peut même partir en ferry en 10 min on est sur Manhattan . L accès au restaurant Beneci est un gros atout. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux. L équipe de service est au top. Dans les chambres la literie est idéale pour dormir.

Une personne du service de restauration au petit déjeuner est désagréable, il s agit d’une femme et nous y étions tous les matins du 16 au 24 août inclus.a part elle, le reste de l équipe est au top même pendant les rush

Mój pobyt w Nowym Jorku to było spełnienie marzeń.

Rezerwacji w tym hotelu dokonałem ze względu na jego lokalizację. Rzeczywistość na miejscu okazała się jeszcze wspanialsza. Hotel ma wspaniałą lokalizację. Ten widok - bezcenny! Ma bardzo dobry personel i obsługę. Bardzo blisko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy i kilka linii autobusowych na Manhattan. Jestem zadowolony z jakości usługi. Stosunek cena - jakość OK! Rezerwacja i przebieg pobytu bez najmniejszego problemu. Polecam wszystkim.

Nice hotel across the Hudson from Manhattan, poor housekeeping

Good location (bus stop 3min walk from the hotel takes you across the Hudson from Manhattan) and nice NJ coffee shops 15min walk away, spacious room with a nice view across Hudson and a very large comfy bed, decent hotel gym, good blackout curtains, nice, professional and courteous reception staff.

Poor housekeeping. Overall a good experience spoiled by three separate disappointing housekeeping/cleaning cases over a 4 night stay: (1) As we were leaving at around 11:30am I explicitly asked the housekeeping staff twice to please make up our room while they were working on other rooms nearby in the hall. They responded with a "yes" confirmation. However, when we arrived back it wasn't cleaned (I HAD placed the "Please make up our room" sign on the door knob as we left). (2) I left a large takeaway food box which had fish food leftovers on the trash bin in the morning before we left. When we got back at 2am late at night, the room had been otherwise made up, but the trash had been left there. Fish had been left there to smell. I had to go down to the reception in the middle of the night at 2:30am and ask where the closest trash container was on the street to dispose of it myself. (3) The next morning the cleaning staff woke us up by loudly knocking on our door at literally 8am, offering housekeeping. It's partially on me since I hadn't placed the "do not disturb" sign on our door knob in the middle of the night due to the distraction. But to be fair I also hadn't placed the "Please make up our room" sign either. The quality of cleaning work was also subpar. I politely gave most of this feedback to the reception staff during our stay. The other weird thing was no free wifi - it cost 10 USD per day if I'm not mistaken. I'd missed this when making the reservation.

Perfect location to explore NYC and NJ.

One of the most spectacular locations I have ever stayed in. Unbelievably convenient for both ferry and bus to Manhattan. Quiet, safe neighbourhood perfect for strolls along the Hudson. Good restaurants. Friendly staff. Good sized rooms.

Some of the small touches could have been improved. In particular, using the pool was a faff - the booking system was inefficient and there were no changing facilities near the pool, and you could see into the pool from the street meaning that changing poolside was an ordeal.

1 seule nuit, chambre avec vue magnifique sur Manhattan, excellent petit déjeuner

Nous avions 2 chambres. La vue sur New York était top (notamment sur the Edge et le Vessel)!!! Idéale pour voir, de notre chambre, les feux d'artifice du 4 juillet qui se tenaient cette année au-dessus de l'Hudson River. Nous étions fatigués, car arrivés le jour même et notre fille la plus jeune s'est endormie avant les feux. On a quasiment pas attendu avant d'avoir une table pour le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. Il était vraiment très bon. Avec la réservation Booking, on avait droit à un montant de 25$ par personne. On choisissait dans le menu. L'hôtel est à proximité du ferry NY Waterway, (nous ne l'avons pas pris) qui permet de rejoindre Manhattan.

Il n'était pas facile de bien comprendre tout ce que nous disait le personnel à la réception en anglais, car ils parlaient assez vite. Nous n'avons pas eu de chambres adjacentes. Elles étaient au 4e et 5e étage, mais étaient joignables facilement par l'escalier. La déco des chambres n'était pas très moderne. Salle de bain avec baignoire et non douche. La climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit!!! 2 TV dans la chambre, je n'en vois pas l'utilité mais bon.

Pour une nuitée rapide nous sommes satisfait.

L’emplacement est parfait, le stationnement n’est pas trop dispendieux comparé à d’autres dans le même coin.

Nous avions réservé une suite pour 3 personnes, avec divan lit. À notre arrivé le divan lit n’avait pas de draps, nous avons dû aller à la réception en demander et attendre un certain temps qu’on vienne nous les porter. Nous aurions aimé ne pas perdre de temps avec cela.

be careful the restaurant staff is really bad. and there is no room service

rude staff at the Italian restaurant where i went for breakfast. we ordered breakfast, but it never came and when i reminded, the waitress said " do you now want breakfast or not". i have never experienced such rudeness before

Comfy, great location, perfect for a young family to visit NYC.

The room was big an space, beds and baby’s crib were comfy, view from the room of NYC was fab, lots of variety at breakfast, really helpful staff. Also right next to ferry stop which is much easier to get into NYC with a pushchair.

There are limited facilities nearby re shops etc. This didn’t really impact us though.

L'emplacement est incroyable il est seulement à 10min du centre en bus ( 1 arrêt et plusieurs bus qui vous y emmène 158, 159..). Donc endroit super calme à proximité de manhattan. La vue de la chambre est waouh on voit toute la skyline. Lit super confortable est grand et chambre très très spacieuse. Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à NY je choisirais de nouveau cet hôtel.

La pression au niveau de la douche était bof mais pas dérangeant. Un frigo aurait été un plus mais bon machine à glaçons disponible à l'étage . Le dépôt de garantie n'est pas de 100euros mais plus selon la durée et si la chambre est prépayée ou non ( 500$ pour notre part mais juste bloqué non prélevé ).

-Custo-benefício maravilhoso. Muito mais barato do que ficar em manhattan e o hotel fica bem em frente ao ferry, que em 5 minutos te deixa em midtown, perfeito. - quarto muito confortável - tivemos solicitações extras que o hotel prontamente atendeu -funcionários muito solicitos

New York au calme

Le calme et la vue sur Manhattan. Grande chambre mais de possibilité d'aérer. 15 min en bus de Times Square. Bateau jusqu'au memorial du 9-11.

Le nettoyage à demander sinon personne ne passe en 3 jours. Piscine non accessible en libre service.

La vue sur manhattan, le calme et la sécurité, la facilité à se déplacer en transport.

At the end it was everything perfect

The view, the area, hotel itself wasn’t the newest one but still the room war huge and everything was clean and good.

The bus ti NY city! 🥴 as this was my first time in Ny i didn‘t understood the this hotel was in another State😯 so when you go to Ny you n the morning is not too easy to come back and go again to the city. It is in New Jersey, after all.
