Staff welcoming and pleasant room
Had booked bed and breakfast but on arrival we were told they no longer did breakfast but reimbursed us £10
4.1
Room was clean & tidy
You could only pay by card for everything no cash accepted. No breakfast but still the same price although we were allowed to have £10 bar tab for drinks which is not as much as 2 breakfasts.

Nice size room comfortable bed
Very low on toilet paper. Shower door not good
Kitchen closed so no breakfast with out B&B
They did give us £10 behind the Bar but still had to pay £30 for outside breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable.
The bar was very busy when we arrived and the bar staff were preoccupied serving customers. There was very limited parking. We were initially shown into the wrong room. The fire door from the bar to bedrooms was locked overnight. There was no breakfast available due to a staffing mix-up.

Lovely full English breakfast and tasty coffee.

Lovely cooked English breakfast, great location, free parking, very nice typical Yorkshire pub with a variety of real ales. Our room was perfectly adequate with coffee/tea making facilities, towels and toiletries supplied. The Pub is centrally located with restaurants and other pubs nearby, and a short distance from Chevin hill and the river parks, great for walks. All the pubs appeared to be dog friendly as well as walker friendly. But what really made the stay memorable was the staff. Cannot praise the staff highly enough, very polite and attentive, went out of their way to help. A credit to the pub.
Shower was a bit small.

It was in a central location eith easy parking. The room was lovely, it was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and was very quiet. The pub served good beer and the smashed avocado was lovely at breakfast.
Nothing.

Clean throughout, friendly staff, good rooms with very comfortable beds. The place has changed hands since we last stayed 3 years ago but the standards were just as good if not better and the pub had been given a facelift which was noticeable.
There was a shortage of cereal and fruit juice on the day but the cooked breakfast was excellent notwithstanding that.

Comfortable room and bad
No food available from bar even though it was early evening. I was told this was because as it was 2nd January and a bank holiday.

Excellent breakfast, Every staff member was pleasant. Very clean room and corridors. Our room was at the back of the pub so we faced the car park which was fine. It was probably quieter than the front of the pub. Can’t complain about anything.

Convenient for centre of Otley, with car parking which is a godsend in Otley
staff were welcoming, rooms clean and fully stocked with everything you’d expect
The breakfast service was slow, to say how few rooms they have and despite been asked what time we wanted breakfast, only two other tables also seated at
that time. We came down at 8.30 as agreed but did not receive our hit breakfast until three quarters of an hour later. Couldn’t understand the delay.
Glad we went heading for the airport or on a tight timeline.
Also for the price of our stay was surprised to not being offered unlimited fruit juice or any cereal, just an either or option.
Having said that my husband had full English and I had the bacon and egg bap both of which we enjoyed.
That was our only complaint.

Lovely room, great meal and breakfast.
Bar closed at 10 p.m. which was disappointing. Our sister wanted to have breakfast with us and we would gladly have paid, but this request was refused, which was disappointing.
