It was really relaxing and quiet. Loved the free coffee, a cute detail. The common areas a 10

Just a tiny detail. I had a bag with babybel cheese in the kitchen counter and someone took them and that wasn't cool but everything else was excellent

Sans plus

L'hôtel est très bien situé, avec de nombreux restaurants autour. Les salles communes sont jolies et fonctionnelles et le personnel est agréable.

La chambre dans laquelle nous étions avait une forte odeur d’humidité qui après 2 jours était encore présente. On a pu constater des tâches d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Salle de bain qui était abîmée (trou entre les jointures des carreaux, une des 2 ampoule qui s’allume et s’éteint en permanence). On s’attendait à ce que la chambre ne soit pas complètement insonorisée au vu du type d’établissement mais la on entendait distinctement les conversations des autres hôtes, comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre.

Très bon séjour, tout était super, je recommande vivement !

L’établissement a dépassé mes attentes: les chambres sont spacieuses, les espaces communs sont très bien équipés et propres et le personnel est très sympathique et avenant ! L’emplacement est également idéal si vous souhaitez être proche du centre et de la plage.

J’étais dans la seule chambre qui n’avait pas de clé (il y avait des coffres à code à l’intérieur pour mettre les objets précieux) j’aurais préféré qu’elle puisse se fermer à clé.

Un excelente espacio de co-living en Biarritz

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, con una relación calidad-precio muy buena. Perfecta para una escapada de unos días, en un lugar céntrico y bien situado en Biarritz, a un pequeño paseo de todo lo que hay que ver y de las playas.

Las camas no fueron de lo más cómodo, notamos con los días que nuestra espalda acababa dolorida. Quizás necesitan algo más de firmeza, y los somieres de la cama son algo ruidosos e inestables.

Séjour sympathique hôtel très bien équipé pour les repas sur place et le prix très raisonnable !j’y reviendrai .

L’accueil chaleureux,la convivialité des autres résidents l’emplacement calme et près du centre a proximité des transports en communs,les équipements cuisines,l’espace salon et repas ainsi que le confort et la propreté des chambres,

Todo fácil, el acceso, la cocina y el ambiente del lugar. Muy bonito, cercano al centro de Biarritz, decoración práctica y mucha luz.

Coliving, mal aislado acústicamente. Depende de los clientes mejor o peor noche.

Net, còmode i estèticament ben cuidat.

Opinió coliving Concepto interesante, las instalaciones en general son correctas por calidad-precio, pero el tipo de suelo, paredes muy finas al igual que las puertas hace que oigas mucho a los clientes del pasillo y también los del piso de abajo. A las 23:00 horas grupos de clientes llegaron, hablando probablemente según ellos normalmente, pero se oia muchísimo, al igual que las entradas y salidas de las habitaciones. Esas molestias fueron hasta la una de la madrugada. Al no haber recepcionista en el hotel/edificio terminas tu haciendo de policia y no descansando. Tal vez, fue mala suerte, pero esa ha sido nuestra experiencia el 29/XII/23, el concepto del coliving en si es interesante pero el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones según lo respetuosos que sean los clientes hospedados pueden complicar la estancia. La habitación no tenia persiana enrollable, la cortina era muy fina y por la mañana entraba luz en la habitación.

Great accommodation in Biarritz

All the staff I encountered were very nice and Outsite is located in the centre of Biarritz with basically the whole central area being within walking distance. My room contained everything for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and plenty of storage room. It was very quiet in my room and I even had a view of the ocean. All in all, the atmosphere at Outsite was welcoming, friendly and relaxed.

Superbra!

Superbra läge! Trevlig personal. Överträffade verkligen mina förväntningar. Bodde i delat rum för kvinnor och rummet var stort med bra förvaring och kassaskåp till värdesaker. Stort och rent kök. Ska absolut boka här igen!

Det enda negativa var att det var fuktigt på toaletten och luktade lite mögel. Men inget som störde mig .

Very clean and easy to stay in. Rooms for 4 are spacious and cute, like an attic room. Good taste in interior design and sundries. The room has a small window with a nice view. The kitchen is always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable and great value for money! Highly recommended!

No elevator makes it hard to carry heavy suitcases. But a staff man carried it for me when I checked in! Thank you! When I checked out, I dropped them off on my own.

No aircon in the rooms. 35 degrees outside, 40 inside. Crazy. Avoid during summers

Facilities a plan ok. And the fact of not having air conditioning in the rooms is outrageous during summer.

Beautiful Biarritz. Take number 36 bus from the airport only 10 minutes to centre, get off at public Jardin stop then 5

Excellent location and quiet. Entry pad on the main door so safe and accessible, details emailed in good time. Light and very clean room and bedding.

It was awesome and I would highly recommend this place.

I like the fact that it was located in the heart of Biarritz and commuting around the town was very easy considering you have city maper. I didn't really use the kitchen or facilities downstairs but everything seemed very clean. The host was relatively responsive. My room was changed a day prior to my stay, I didn't get a reason as to why though, but nonetheless I was grateful. Andreas was very kind and helpful via whatsaap, thank you so much.

The walls are very thin, can literally hear even when a pin drops.
