fantástica habitación con vistas en la Playa de Port Vieux

La ubicación inmejorable y las instalaciones nuevas y de calidad. Buen gusto en la decoración de las habitaciones.

No tiene parking y tienes que aparcar en alguno cercano de la ciudad.

Nice hotel for discovering Biarritz

The location could not be better! The room was nicely decorated and we appreciated existence of balcony, even if tiny. The bed was comfortable, but the quilt (artificial fiber) could have been more breathable. The rooftop terrace is lovely at any time of the day!

The shower and washbasin area, even if looking cute were a bite impractical.

Very nice hotel Designed beautifully to the very little details Very nice and helpful staff Excellent location, near the beach and near the centrum

No parking place If you come with a car, as we did, you need to park at a public parking place 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel ( costs 19 euros for 24 hours)

Exceptional

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. Location and rooftop bar are great. The decor is also fantastic, will definitely be back.

Only minor complaint is that you don't get any hair conditioner in your room!

Exceeded expectations, loved every second and would highly highly recommend

The hotel was amazing, we were all very impressed when we turned up. The price was so reasonable we did wonder what we might walk in to! Everything was perfect, the staff were wonderful (and all very beautiful!) and very helpful. The rooms were great and very quiet, overlooking the sea/beach. Provided beautiful beach bags, which we bought, and towels for the mad ones who wanted to swim in the sea. Our rooms overlooked the beach which was about 30seconds walk from the hotel. We had lunch on the roof terrace, great food and service, provided blankets as it was very windy. Cant speak highly enough of the hotel and staff. Thank you

Brilliant

We loved everything about it. It was laid back without compromising on its service. The views from the rooms overlooking the beach is stunning. The beach was just across the road, so perfect for a safe swim. It was in the town, so everything is on your doorstep, but the best thing was the helpfulness of the staff. our flight had been cancelled & they bent over backwards to print off boarding passes etc. They made what could have been a bit traumatic into what may have been the best two days of the holiday. We couldn’t praise them enough

hotel de la plage is a beautiful boutique hotel in a beautiful french besch town that was an absolute joy to visit - do

well designed, very comfortable, friendly staff and very close to the beach

not much to dislike, but we stayed right at the end of their tourist season, so the amenities may have been less available

They should warn you about the loud music on the rooftop. That was an unpleasant surprise, especially when you have a flight at 5am the next morning.

nice decor, great top roof space with good views and very comfortable furniture

staff attitude, location (really noisy and not private), no parking (despite being told I could pull up to leave overnight bag, that was not possible, and it took me 45 to queue for public parking), a new hotel still using small plastic bottles for shampoo, etc (environmental impact!)

Beautiful hotel

There was nothing to not like, the building is of an exceptional quality - I am a construction professional - and the little details are a joy to behold. The staff were lovely, we are not French speakers - typically English - but the staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The location right next the La Petit Plage couldn’t be better and cocktails on the roof terrace was a dream.

Stunning hotel in fab location

Stunning room - we had a superior room with balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful decor. Immaculately clean. Had everything you could wish for. The staff were also fabulous. Amazing rooftop cocktail bar/lounge. Breakfast extra, but very tasty and reasonable value ( we ate breakfast out one day in a café and it was poor and a similar cost )

Exceptional

Exceptional location overlooking a small beach and equidistant from the two main beaches in the city. Beautiful rooftop terrace available to relax on. The rooms were extremely comfortable and staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend Hotel de La Plage Nouvel Etablissement as a base for exploring Biarritz.

A minor point but the ironing board requested from reception was small.

Almost perfect!

First impressions - so much light and fabulous decor! Comfy good-sized bed, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast spread and fantastic location right on the "vieux port" beach and a short walk to the other big beaches and the town centre. Apéro on the roof was a real treat.

I did love the decor but wish a little more thought had gone in to practical aspects. There was v little space for clothes, for instance, and while the bathroom was beautiful and light i felt a little too exposed to the outside world and it wasn't ideally equipped for rinsing or hanging up salty swimwear.

A hidden germ

Incredible location directly on the Beach with a balcony overlooking the sea. Brand new establishment with all confort in French fashion design.

Everything was perfect except the coffee and tea at breakfast coming out of a machine you find in cheap restaurants on the highway.
