Great location great apartment great shower kitchen facilities and we’ll be back.

No fans in room especially as no air conditioning but overall a great stay and very central.

Great central location

Central, peaceful location, very friendly, helpful staff, large rooms, excellent kitchen. A bit dated, but that is fine. Large veranda. Great light-blocking screen in the bedroom.

Reception desk is closed for four hours in the middle of the day. Hairdryer in the bathroom doesn't really work, front desk loaned a second hairdryer which wasn't much better (bring your own if you have long hair!). All the channels didn't work on the TV, but that doesn't matter there are other things to do!

Unprepossessing apartment surprises.

Young receptionist spoke perfect English and was helpful, friendly and efficient. The apartment was a good size with well equipped kitchen, good bath and a very good comfortable bed.

The lift was a bit slow. No entry 'phone or any way of calling the receptionist on first arrival.

Fantastic location in the city center close to everything, very animal friendly with park nearby

Helpful reception staff, the location of the hotel is fantastic and its a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay at. Its the second time we visit -it was super practical: we could park the car safely in the basement, its animal-friendly perfect with big balcony and a nice park 2 min walk from hotel, perfect for dog walks in the morning and evening, the apartments are really nice and clean. We would love to retun.

We chose this apartment hotel because of the location, the space and facilities in the apartment.

Unfortunately when we checked in , we are told the Wifi doesn’t work. And nobody knows when the problem would be fixed. We have to ask every bar or cafe if they have Wifi then we have to order something in order to get the Wifi access. They could provide some hotspot or free data. I think we should get some compensation from the hotel because Free WIFI is a basic service.

Residence Ocean is excellent for position, rooms facilities and friendly staff.

The residence is in a strategic location in Biarritz, in walking distance of a bakery, the covered market, a supermarket, and the beaches. The small but perfectly equipped kitchenette gave us the flexibility of eating in sometimes. The bus stop is 5 min walking distance, which allows one to explore the area with an easy to use ticket system, the bus also takes one to the train station.

Our rooms, kitchen and bathroom were perfectly clean, but the bath tub had a big rust stain in the middle, the basin was cracked and lots of floor tiles were also cracked. The door frames were slightly damaged. Overall the look was a bit tired but this did not bother us.

Great size accommodation!

Location was great! Clean, friendly staff, nearby reasonable parking. Most of all, very good size apartment and comfy beds. All in all very happy!

Second bedroom was a little small and some guest were a bit noisy in the hall late on Saturday night but didn’t last too long.

There was a lot of noise from other rooms in the hotel and from the street. Noise, such as chairs scraping on the floor above us. There was no available parking despite requesting a week in advance. In the end we used the public parking places which were a bit expensive, but not so bad.

Summer holiday in Biarritz

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us maps and local attractions advice. They always said hello, In some hotels you are lucky to get a smile.

Very noisy area. It is close to the city centre, so you get traffic noise, and party people in the street at night. This is not the hotel's fault it is just Biarritz. It was August holidays, but, I get the feeling that Biarritz is always busy.
