The swimming pool was nice and direct access to the beach
The meals didn't really appeal to us. They mostly cater for Italians so we didn't enjoy that and therefore had to cancel our booking and lost money on that.

We liked the way the bar man welcomed us to the rooms and enjoyed his ethusiatic but the reception staff need a little more training.
I didnt like the food options for the half board menu. The drinks and food wer quiet pricy for our budget too though

The location only
The owners were treating customers well as staff literally like slaves.(An Italian couple)arrogant and bad attitude.A worst stay anywhere I've ever been. They are in this business only for money.as soon as I entered the premises a staff told me to pay first then they can take our luggage inside the reception. They charge 6% extra for bank transfer. The food was rationed,if you ask for more bread then the staff would tell you its finished. Worst is the way they treat customers.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Abdullah made us feel very welcomed and the cleaning staff were amazing. Our room was always clean and tidy.
I complained about the wifi signal being very poor but I did not get a good outcome.

The location of the Hotel
The family stays in the premises so the meals are same to similar, I think they need to give the visitors space so they become priority, in dinner the staff have to serve the family and visitors. So stuff end up prioritizing the family,
You can't have a vacation with someone looking over your shoulder, separate business with pleasure.

the facility and beach accessibility was everything i have dreamt for my holidays, the staff were very helpful! big up to Eric (very helpful in everything)!
the food could have offered more option for vegetarian! but the chief accommodated my request

- Didn't like that nothing to do at night, except the bridge restaurant and bar
- Room is very small

The location is good. The food was acceptable and the staff was friendly and kind with us.
We have been charged additional 6% for credit card payment. It was not mentioned neither in the payment terms and condition nor at the offer and booking confirmation. The owner is a very bad Italian guy. He has no customer attitude and which is more over he's not a good man. He treated his employees as slaves. Our feeling was that we are not in vacation property, but rather in a jail. There are restriction for everything. You can not drink water bought outside of the villa. You can not take your coffee on the beach. You can not drink beer on your room etc. I would not recommend this place.

Great location - 10 minutes walk from the heart of Kiwengwa beach, which means you stay in a quite area with no beach boys and lmost no hotels around but the village. At kiwengwa though you will find restaurants, bars, fruits etc. Restaurant Sunrise and the next to it (both owned by Italians ) are highly recommended.
Staff was really great and Eddy (tour manager) can make you a trip of any kind for descent prices.
It is super cozy place to chill, for the food though you just need some walk )
-We had a breakfast and dinner included - really low level cuisine, it has simply covered a need with no pleasure. In the restaurant itself octopus was always not fresh - extremely strange when located just 5 metres from the ocean
-Policy forbids brining any products from outside to the territory.
-Owner leaves unpleasant feeling
