Hotel with a nice ambience

The general ambience

The fact that hot water cannot be turned on from the room but you need to make a request. Also the hotel is too clean for them to give guests very old towels😒

Superb

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location was safe and in a nice estate, with lots of restaurants and vendors in walking distance. The pool was clean and the facilities were pleasant. Overall, the hotel was cozy and comfortable!

The wifi faded out sometimes, but was good overall.

I booked online. but unfortunately when I got to the place. I was told they gave the room out to a work in customer. But i was lucky to get an upgraded room at the same amount.

The toilet is full of water on the floor after bathing

Proposal Stay

My fiance enjoyed the food taste and presentation was nice.

The noise at night of doors slamming constantly, also this establishment should take into consideration of safety for female travelers weather accompanied or alone with a partner nearby. Safety is everything

Great location

Your need to have payment option for online credit card easy booking room, because your site mention cash only Payment at lobby. NO CREDIT CARD online. when I get here my room was sold out. I have to book another room at lobby immediately.

The serenity of the hotel as well as the security consciousness of the staff.

Not too bad.

I didn't like the bathroom. It was too ordinary. The shower system is very wrong . No good towel,no cream or body shampoo. For that amount you should have a sachet paste and a tooth brush.

The facility are okay

Locking the entrance gate as if the hotel is not safe. Leaving in a standard room of 22k without a breakfast not good that's why I didn't spend more than a night.

Stay was good except the poor toilet facility

Atmosphere and staff conduct were good

Toilet facilities are not in good order. Heavy leakages from the shower that made bathing difficult. Hot water heating was constantly going off and you have to call the receptionist to switch it on at an unknown location
