Superb location, friendly owners, great apartments

Firstly, Sonia and Sebastian are great and friendly hosts who are always happy to give advice/directions if required. Secondly, this was our 3rd time staying at Llevant as we love the area, free, safe on street parking and close proximity to harbour, bars, shops. What was a lovely surprise this time was the investment they have made to completely upgrading the whole apartment with new walk-in shower, new windows, beds and general decor. The whole place felt clean and modern and we will definitely be visiting again and again.

There is nothing to dislike about Llevant Apartments

Definitely worth staying at these excellent value apartments.

Fantastic value for money and an excellent location. The apartments are simply furnished but the management team were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, Sonia, for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay again.

Some furnishings could do with an upgrade.

Excellent perfect Hosts Perfect location.

Management team were available at all times, always friendly and gave us good information regards to a walk we were going on through the mountains.

Comfortable, relaxing enjoyable

Excellent host, clean apartment with basic but adequate equipment. Pool clean warm and relaxing with good adequate numbers of Sun beds . Quiet

the personal (Sebastian and his wife) was really super nice and flexible, nothing was problem. there were very kind and helpful

the noise of putting out glass garbage in the middle of the night by municipal services

staff, location, value for money, tidy, friendly (very family vibe), hospitality, any request we had toward the facility it was resolved to our satisfaction

ok. that is only my personal opinion... mattress was too soft to my liking and wifi connection could be funny at times (slow), but I had a feeling it was a general problem in port de pollenca...not sure...not a big deal though, it was not that bad.

Thank goodness it was only 2 nights

Planting around the adjacent buildings is lovely. Central- so easy to walk to restaurants etc. Last minute flight cancellation meant we added 2 nights to our holiday and had to find somewhere to aty, tricky in August, this was one of only a few available.

Bedding is cheap and nasty- sort of scratchy pillowcases. No aircon in bedroom! Annoying and hot and had to leave door to lounge open to get any aircon but my son slepping on sofa was freezing as below aircon unit! Too crammed in with loads of other apartments, no views except of other apartment blocks. Tiny balcony.

Perfect location for a short stay in Pollensa

Nice clean, compact apartment. located ideally for the beach, pine walk, restaurants, market and the square. Sebastian and Sonia who manage the apartments were an extremely helpful, lovely couple who go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need.

Very good

Sebastion and Sonia were (the managers) were very helpful. Clean towels every day.

Great stay!

The apartment was spacious and actually too big for one person but it was one of the cheapest I could find for my dates so it was super good value. The staff was also very friendly. Location was also good, port de pollença is very small so walkable anywhere. There was also plenty of parking.

Beds could have been more well cushioned, pillows could be more sturdy.

Great location, spotlessly clean, and our host Sebastian, was friendly, helpful and had a wonderful Glaswegi-anish accent!

Very good

It is a typical summer apartment located in a small complex. The main room was rather small with balcony doors only and a small kitchenette. The internet connection was very good.

The kitchen equipment was very basic. Some devices require replacement with new ones.

GREAT LOCATION

located very close to the beach, clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, only several minutes drive to one of the best attractions in Mallorca, gentleman in the reception very helpful, polite and speaks fluent English. 10/10

would be nice to have a soap in the bathroom
