Very disappointing. Tired property that needs an overhaul in all the areas listed.

Please be aware that you have to collect the keys and then drop them off in a completely different part of Plymouth. Certainly not convenient or easy. Flat was cold and heating only just enough. Hot water for shower in morning was luke warm at best - again set to bare minimum. Floor in bathroom was broken and stuck down with masking tape. Had been there for a while Toilet flush broken Minimum items in terms of kitchen utensils Bed was broken and mattress on a slant so felt you were going to roll off. Welcome Instructions were poor. Focus seemed to be on how the deposit worked rather than much else. Do wonder if the deposit will come back.

Great property

Lovely property, very spacious and clean. Good location for Royal William Yard visit.

No cleaning products. Limited kitchen equipment - bring your own if you're planning to cook..

A well appointed property in an excellent location

The close proximity to the docks area was nice and the rooms were spacious and well appointed

The hot water boiler kept tripping out and we couldn’t work out how to turn off the heated towel rails in the bathrooms do they both became very hot

unacceptable

location ok.

tv in second room broken. toilet roll holder in bathroom broken. staff dismissive. deducted £13 from deposit without explanation but by contacting them I found out that it was because there was a chocolate stain on a towel. avoid if you can.

had a wonderful time there and it felt like home

amazing place to stay. so clean and comfortable will go back again very spacious and the comfiest bed I have slept on

This had to be the worst stay in Plymouth for many years .

The property was described as an apartment when it was just a poorly converted old house with obvious faults that were reported on arrival but not dealt with for 2 days . Very over priced for the condition and location of the property and really spoiled our stay .

Great location for beach and tourism.

A map of the area and instructions on where to find the nearest shop would be useful. A key safe at the property would be more convenient than going to collect keys from another place.

Enjoyable say, very clean and spacious, would return

Large spacious property, very clean and modern, looked recently refurbished. Located in a quiet area which was close to local amenities.

That we had to pick the keys up from the main reception which was located a mile away from the property and had to be there before 8pm. Also having to wait around and contact the receptionist to leave us into the main reception as the desk wasn’t constantly monitored. Would of been easier if the flat had a key safe and the customer was emailed the key safe code to access the property.

Just what we needed

From the outside it looked a bit poor but the inside was lovely

The duvets were a bit thin. The bathroom taps need attention as they spin unless you hold the base. Water was very slow for the bath. But overall fantastic

Good value, lovely clean apartment. We had a great stay.

The flat is in a great location, a few minutes walk from historic Royal William Yard which has plenty of restaurants, things to see and great views. Advise booking restaurants as the area is very popular. Lots of outside seating at the restaurants which will be great in the summer. The flat is on a corner so has windows on 3 sides and was much more light and spacious than we expected. Very clean, well decorated, beds comfortable, 1 bathroom and 1 en suite. It is upstairs so probably no good for those who can’t manage stairs. The flat had plenty of cups and plates, towels etc. also some very welcome basic tea/coffee and biscuits supplied. We only stayed for 1 night as it was a quick visit to Plymouth but we could have happily stayed longer. We parked in The Strand free car park, a couple of mins only from the flat and found a space easily when we went at about 4.30. The on street parking is permit only but you can buy one of these at check-in for a fee. Check in and key pick up was at the office in Plymouth centre; very quick, friendly staff. you have to leave a deposit in case of damage but this is refundable. We had to take the keys back after our stay too which was fine with us as we had business in the centre the next day.

It was all good.

Nice accommodation and good location but felt a bit stingey on the basics.

Good location, clean, nice fresh decor.

Inconvenient having to pick up the keys from central Plymouth. Missing plug for kitchen sink, missing washing-up bowl and we were only left 1 dishwasher tablet for 2 days. One bulb missing from a lamp and one bed sloped down at one side. No parking permits available to park near the flat. These are small things which can be irritating and overshadow a good stay.

water pressure’s too low in the bathroom, under the toilet is leaking.

spacious lounge and great bath! huge tv- fantastic location.

the details before we arrived didn’t tell us the door to our apartment was round the side so we opened the door to someone else’s apartment. one bed was too hard and not comfortable at all. there were no batteries in the remote- and the carpet was torn and stained in places. none of these were huge issues
