Muy buen lugar para descansar.

Estaba limpio, no había malos olores, muy buenas medidas de prevención sanitaria, la ducha tenía buena presión de agua y temperatura, el desayuno fue bueno.

No había botella de agua, el 2do día no dejaron tapete para la ducha, el segundo día desactivaron la llave de la habitación y no se notifico previamente que iban a hacer eso, no funcionaba el elevador. La habitación estaba reservada para 2 personas y sólo dejaron 1 shampoo y 1 crema. No había bolsa para ropa sucia.

Resumen de mi estancia

El cuarto muy limpio y adecuado a las necesidades de mi amiga que necesita instalaciones apropiadas a su protesis

El desayuno es fatal, muy mala la calidad de los productos (pan dulce), el Horno de microondas absolutamente Sucio. El cheff es muy mal educado, faltando 1.15 horas para que termine el horario de desayunos se negó a preparar más comida( diciendo que no contaba con los insumos), la señora que esta al frente del bufete muy mal educad, su jugo de naranja es pura agua, y al indicarse, dicen que es por el hielo que se le pone (???). Es una lastima que unas instalaciones adecuadas, y un servicio en general del hotel bueno, en el bufete todo se desploma. Ojalá se mejore por la calidad del hotel. Yo invitada a no regresar

Great hotel for staying in Querétaro.

There wasn't any fridge in the room. Although you can request in the reception that they put in the refrigerator what you need, it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is in a centric location near the downtown of Querétaro, and the personnel is kind and with good service attitude.

Nothing in particular, everything was OK AFAIK.

The staff was kind at all time, however one of them took the iPad i forgot when checking out and didn’t delivered to hotel’s security.

The reservation was for 1 night, I requested the two rooms in the same floor because one of them was for a minor of age, (<16). My request was deny, even tough there was 3 rooms with the label of "sanity room" complete paste. Really it was a soft request for security reason it was ignored.

The room was nice and the price (January) was low. The hotel is very close to a big supermarket.

The toilet chair got clogged after one use. The walls are also quite thin and because we had noisy neighbors we couldn't sleep until 1:30 am.

On the overall, I had a very good stay.

It has a convenient location, near the city downtown and next to a place I needed to go.

I occasionally heard some noises at night, so maybe the hotel staff needs to work on how to better isolate the noises from other rooms.

I am happy with the staff, this is my only reason to choose this hotel.

1) The Room Lighting very poor. It was dark in the night even all light are switch ON. Hardly to read. 2) The cleanness of the room is moderate. Especially the hygienic of room. They only use sweeping to clean the room. It should be using detergent for floor cleaning. Especially during this COVID19. 3) There is no Slipper supply during this December winter period. The floor is not carpeted and is very cold. 4) The breakfast is almost 80% same for everyday. There is no specialty on food. Especially for long stay like me, very disappointed. Coffee is should be hot (especially in Winter) but it is cold and cannot dissolve the coffeemate at all. 5) Coffee maker very dirty. Please wash it every week for hygienic.

I didn't fully reject this hotel. I only put it on my 3rd choice. The only reason this hotel remain in my list is 1) Hotel staff is Friendly, Helpful, Supportive. 2) I will choose to stay this hotel is, there is some food I like is there (Selectable)

It's a relatively new hotel, and it shows. It's very clean, very modern, and it has the basic amenities expected from an hotel of this kind. Would come back here again.

Nothing, to be honest. Very good and flexible service.
