We liked the location, on the bed was super comfortable! The shower had great water pressure and was a pleasure
I felt like Sarah crew up in the attic on the third floor. It was difficult to get the room to cool down. We stuck the fan in the window and ran it all night.

The parking lot is far away from the hotel and here in this site is not specific where the parking lot is and it’s 4-5 blocks away

The property is nice but rare confortable, the concept of the decorations is nice but not very comfortable
The parking lot is 4 blocks far away the hotel and this is very uncomfortable. The staff is very kind all of them. WiFi never work fine all time I have to use my own internet and I pay for the service I didn’t have. Very bad

Close to center & good water pressure
No parking! The parking they charge for is FAR! The pictures they put online ARE not what you get. They don’t tell you there is 3 flights of stairs (I had my elderly Dad!). They don’t tell you the double beds are bunk beds. I had a knee issue but it was either my elderly Dad up there or me. Also, everything is in that one space. If you look at my bathroom picture, across from the bed and to the right of the sink is the toilet and to the left is a glass enclosure for your shower. Really no privacy. Rather, uncomfortable since I was with my Dad.
You can hear everything outside. if it’s windy, the doors rattle. Between all the people talking and the rattling of our door we did not have a good night sleep.

We enjoyed the location

The design, high ceiling, and beautiful details.
- localization is awesome.
-in the shower, there is no proper barrier for the water, so all over the floor gets wet.
- Any option for breakfast or coffe

Location was very convenient, but even though we were able to park literally RIGHT outside the main door on a busily trafficked - car and pedestrian - and well lit street in what is supposedly a safe area, my car was broken into and I lost about $15,000 worth of very precious personal belongings on our last night there!
Also, a GIANT cockroach on the wall was part of our welcoming committee on our arrival - not that it wasn’t clean, but because it is a very old building with lots of cracks and passages through which the. critters can gain access. We only ever saw the one though.

Solo traveller, in Room #302. Great location in El Centro, excellent WiFi in room, spacious bedroom, lots of space, big comfortable bed, several windows, great lighting both natural & artificial, very good shower, ample towels. Staff pleasant & helpful. 2 gratis 355-ml bottles of water daily.
In the shower, there was nowhere to place toiletries. Also, it takes awhile for the shower water to heat up (kick in) which means one wastes water. if climbing stairs are an issue, best to request a room on the lowest level because there is no elevator. Not an issue for me. Additionally, not really a tour desk (well, at least not for this English-speaking tourist).

They didn't bother to notify me about them giving up my room to someone else. They at least made reservations at a much better hotel.
The reception staff seemed to be high because she didn't seem to follow what I was asking even when it was very simple questions like "why did you not call me if you knew my reservation was not going to be honored?"

Location
Very quiet place
dimly lit room and bathroom without ventilation
5.0
Very close to central.
For junior suite, the room was not presented well. Could not get out if bed because it was placed in an akvive with no room on either side to get in or out. Had to crawl in and out at foit of bed. Bathroom was very small and the sink was not functional. Advertised rooftop bar but was none. Broken fan in room.

The bed was comfortable.
My room had a creepy picture of what it looked like a demon with a fish. It was pretty bizarre. There was no AC either.
