The villa was beautifully presented with 3 lovely bedrooms, modern bathrooms with nice toiletries, excellent sitting area and kitchen and a large garage with some outside beanbags stored etc. The pool was nice, not big but fine for a dip - good amount of chairs and hammock etc. There was a lovely seating area for early evening drinks and a nice bbq area too that we didn’t use as only there for one night but looked very handy. It was a short drive to Sami waterfront where we went for dinner. We only stayed one night before catching a ferry to Ithaca but would have been very happy here for longer. Definitely need a car to get around but we had one so it was fine!
Nothing really - maybe nice if some water had been put in the fridge and there were no provisions at all but for one night it didn’t matter

Villa was outstanding, much bigger than pictures and very well equipped. Easy to find and surroundings were stunning. Pool was excellent
Beds were not particularly comfy and we lost power on one of the nights (not a power cut as outdoor lights and neighbours still had power, unsure as to cause)

A beautiful villa, in a great location. Peaceful and private. Communication with the owners was great from the beginning to end. Plenty of space both indoors and outside, overall we were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our two weeks there.
Our only suggestion is that it could have been a bit better stocked. As an example there was no cutting board or oven mitts.

The villa, gardens and pool were beautiful and very well maintained. Lovely quiet location, but only 2km from heart of Sami. Panos (I hope that name is correct) who met us at the property and cleaned the pool was wonderful. He was really helpful and gave me some good information about places to visit. He was great!
Nothing!

beautiful grounds and walking distance ti Sami
Green scum line/ algae around the pool.
Total depth of pool is only 1.2 metres so not really a swimming pool

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be somewhere peaceful, with the option to walk to restaurants nearby. Although having a car is a MUST to explore the gorgeous island. Antisamos beach is roughly 15 minutes lovely drive from the Villa, which is now one of my top beaches!
The villa itself was spacious and clean, and the team did such a great job. The gardener in particularly worked tirelessly in the heat to ensure the grounds were beautiful and spotless- Thankyou!
One of our favourite things to do whilst staying was to have an evening BBQ with items bought at the local meat market, the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking. Looking from the main bedroom balcony, I’ve also never seen stars so clear!
We were surprised that there was no parasol next to the loungers, which was very needed on hot days. This didn’t spoil our enjoyment however as we just moved the loungers onto the grass in the shade.

The location was great. The cleaner/ pool maintenance came every day. The villa was spacious and fully equipped.
NOthing really. The dishwasher didn't work properly.

We had a lovely few days stay at Penelope villas. The villa was larger than we expected from the photographs. Everything you need is supplied including pool towels which was nice. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. You definitely need a car as it is down a track from the main road but that also means that you are away from main streets and it is therefore extremely peaceful and secluded with amazing unspoilt views of the mountains from the balconies.
It’s still close enough to the beach if you want to walk. And close enough to the taverns and shops of Sami 5mins by car.

Panaiotis was in contact from the point we landed. We had some issues accessing the villa because of a fallen power line but once it was cleared we collected our keys, he showed us around and that was that. Very easy. Whenever we needed recommendations or information, he was a text message away throughout our stay.
The location of the property is pretty great. You're a 20 minute walk away from the town of Sami which has great tavernas and a good vibe. You're also in touching distance of both cave attractions on the island along with the beautiful Antisamos beach.
The property has great facilities. The pool is clean, the barbecue is great, the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding available. Overall, it's a lovely property that is spacious and I would recommend for groups of friends or families.
Having things like oil, salt and pepper would have been handy.
Don't get too excited and jump straight in the pool, it's not very deep!

The villa was spacious, well laid out and set in a beautiful garden arrangement. Nikos was on hand for any query which was excellent.
The villa is at the end of a long lane which only had two street lamps making it a bit difficult walking back from Sami at night.

Excellent location if you want a very relaxing quiet stay. Very private. About a 30 minute gentle stroll to the town which suited us fine.
Nothing at all.
