Sehr enttäuschend, schwer zu finden, kein Ausblick, viele Stufen.

Wir haben EXTRA ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und auch bezahlt dafür. Am Tag der Anreise wurde das Zimmer getauscht (SMS kam erst als wir schon unterwegs waren) und wir haben ein kleines Zimmer ohne Balkon erhalten, für unseren Hund sehr schlimm.

wspaniałe miejsce! super miasteczko z bogatą historią, uroczymi zaułkami, CISZA i spokój!

Locanda Dolcevita to miejsce dla wytrawnych podróżników. Dozza to perełka doceniana przez wybrednych Włochów, na których Florencja nie robi wrażenia. Dozza w weekend jest miejscem docelowym wielu rajdów i wycieczek autokarowych. Miasteczko bardzo spokojne. Polecam spacer/objazd po okolicy! Zaraz obok apartamentu kilka trattorii, ale jeśli nie mają gości to zamykają wcześniej, więc odradzam późny przyjazd z nadzieją że zjesz kolację na miejscu. Pokój urządzony gustownie, łazienka super czysta, w pokoju 2 butelki wody, czajnik, papierowe kubeczki i kilka ekspresówek herbaty. Obok jest piekarnia, w której pani swoim uśmiechem zaraża pozytywną energią nie na cały poranek, ale od razu na cały tydzień! polecam piekarnię, choćby po to żeby chwile z nią pogadać. Cisza i spokój, nie ma żadnych dyskotek.

Apartament jest położony w średniowiecznym miasteczku. Dojazdy są dwa: pieszo z wąskiej ulicy (bez możliwości zaparkowania), albo samochodem z parkingu położonego bezpośrednio ale znacznie poniżej. Box z kluczem do pokoju jest umiejscowiony od strony parkingu. Tyle że z parkingu trzeba wejść krętymi drewniano-kamiennymi schodami a potem jeszcze przez piwnicę na parter. Trochę to skomplikowane, ale ma uzasadnienie. Widok z okna lub widok z tego miejsca gdzie jest box z kluczami wynagradza wszystkie trudy. W pokoju leżą kupony na śniadanie serwowane od 7:30 w maleńkiej kawiarni po drugiej stronie ulicy. Pani w kawiarni nie mówi po angielsku i też za bardzo nie wie co podać, nie ma ustalonego zestawu śniadaniowego, który przysługuje w ramach tego kuponu. My braliśmy crossanta/muffinkę, tost z szynką i kawę. Nie ma soków, nie ma owoców, nie ma jajecznicy.

Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che la struttura si affacciava sia sulle colline che sulla strada principale della città così da avere accesso diretto con il paese e le sue strutture

Purtroppo il condizionatore che non scaldava... mi sono comunque scaldata con la coperta pesante!

Se siete a Dozza per una passeggiata tra le stradine del paese, la posizione è ideale, siete all'interno delle mura, a due passi dalla Rocca. La stanza è comoda, spaziosa, pulita e ben illuminata. E' presente un parcheggio con posto auto assegnato a ciascuna camera. Appena fuori dal portone c'è un'ottima osteria.

un paio di cose non trascendentali: scomoda la posizione del parcheggio se si hanno valigie pesanti da portare in camera. Servirebbero istruzioni più dettagliate sulla possibilità di accedere dal lato principale in orari confacenti alla zona ZTL in essere all'interno delle mura; la seconda cosa riguarda il contatto con chi gestisce la struttura, personalmente preferisco almeno un benvenuto vis a vis.

Sehr schön nach einem holprigen Start

Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Haus und der Ort sind der absolute Hammer. Alles sehr klein und persönlich. Das Zimmer ist relativ einfach gehalten, aber auch mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Wasser etc.

Bei der Ankunft haben wir ein Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen, das nicht gereinigt worden war. Die letzten Gäste hatten ein Chaos hinterlassen und wir waren sehr genervt, da wir uns zunächst per WhatsApp beschweren mussten. ABER: Es wurde sehr schnell reagiert, wir hatten nach kurzer Zeit ein anderes Zimmer, das vollkommen in Ordnung war. Und als "Entschädigung" bekamen wir in einer netten Osteria neben dem Haus 20% Ermäßigung. Danke noch einmal für die schnelle und gute Reaktion!

Alberto molto carino in un borghetto assolutamente da non perdere !!

La posizione in pieno centro del delizioso borghettto di Dozza , il ristorante convenzionato . Ogni camera ( e sono tipo 3 o 4 ) ha il nome di un’attrice o un attore collegati con Federico Fellini . Simpatico , pulito , ottimo per io passaggio di una notte . Colazione nel bar di sotto ( anch’esso convenzionato) ok .

Forse il check - in perché la cassetta dove dovevamo ritirar le chiavi non si è aperta se non dopo molti tentativi .

A lovely modern room to explore Dozza and it’s street art

The property has a lot of steps to get to it from the car park this is not somewhere that is east to access. The entrance to the building is very dark as you enter through the basement. Lots of noise and banging from whatever is upstairs and next to the room.

Definitely stay here!

One of the nicest budget friendly stays in Italy we had over a week of traveling! Great view, easy check-in (even late at night), very good pressure for the shower, even a small fridge. Very clean and fresh feeling there. Beautiful little town to wake up in and explore 🤍

We got confused with paying, but everything turned out great, thanks to the cleaning lady(on Sunday morning) who helped us figure it out. She was very sweet!

A nice stay with a perfect location in the heart of Dozza.

Location is too. Literally within the small town.

No personnel. That made it feel a bit aseptic. There is a code for taking the keys, nobody is there to welcome you. The entrance from the parking is a bit ugly. Boiler claimed in the description, but not there in the room.

There were lots of insects in the room and toilet It was a triple room we had opted for but the bed was only for 2 people We got lost on our way to the hotel and wanted to reach out to the hotel so that they can guide us but no one was reachable and no one picked our calls. The whole system is automated but it would have been nice to have some help. I don't think it was worth how much we paid

Excellent venue - private and self contained. and right in the middle of the old village

very modern, new and clean. lovely view and small patio. fridge and kettle were very welcome. a well planned and thoughtful venue. instructions and directions for parking and obtaining keys from box were very clear.

The entry door to the apartments is very difficult to open just needs some adjustments.

very nice balcony view

The room was very clean and new decorated. It was not so big but more than enough. There was a very nice and small balcony with a wonderful nature view which you can find a small table. There was no any reception but all the instructions from the owner was perfect and clear. It was so easy to find the house and the room keys. The town Dozza is a wonderful place, you should go there before the sunset to see the nice view from the balcony. There is a very nice local Osteria just near by the house. There is a private parking slot for the house.

The room is quite small for 3 people.

Had a grand stay.

Scenery from the balcony was fab. A very interesting themed room (Federico Fellini). All the staff were helpful at check in, in the restaurant and the little cafe opposite. They couldn't do enough for us. Loved our stay and only half an hours drive from Bologna airport. Doesn't take long to mooch about the town, so not somewhere for a long visit. We travelled out of season at the end of September, but we found sufficient eating and drinking places for one day/night. A grand starting point wherever you choose to go within Emilia Romagna region.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay, with bonus of lovely bar and cafe

All the staff we came across were so friendly; in the bar, the cafe and the accommodation itself. Very clean rooms with good wifi. The bathroom was well presented with gels available.
