Il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. S.Marino merita!

Bilocale al quarto piano con ascensore: soggiorno con angolo cucina, camera con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, bagno e piccolo balcone. Molto pulito. Cani di piccola taglia ben accetti. Buono il parcheggio. In zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti di auto da S.Marino. Due supermercati nelle vicinanze. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile.

Per il prezzo proposto la struttura meriterebbe un po' più di manutenzione: andrebbero cambiati i filtri dei rubinetti un po' incrostati di calcare e i filtri dell'impianto di riscaldamento e areazione; la tappezzeria avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata; la finestra del bagno non si apre e la dotazione di cucina è da aggiornare (ci sono solo 3 coltelli e mancano pentole e padelle di misura media e piccola).

La stanza era pulita, spaziosa, luminosa; la cucina, a scomparsa nella stessa stanza, abbastanza funzionale, il bagno spazioso ed efficiente; armadio molto capiente; struttura recente, moderna, tecnologicamente avanzata

La struttura con profili di acciaio e mobili moderni, risulta un po' fredda; mancava un forno elettrico, ce n'era solo uno a microonde; la cucina a gas, a due fornelli, non funzionava benissimo; lontana dal centro.

ideal for very quick stay

The one-bedroom was sufficiently spacious and the bathroom had a window. Large bathroom. There is parking on-site

The room is very dark, the beds and the sofa bed are really uncomfortable. Gotta pay on the side for cleaning and they won't clean the kitchen area. Lacks soundproofing.

Quiet and cozy apartments

The building is in good condition in the inside. The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious, with a balcony, comfortable beds, and a convenient kitchenette.

The shower in the bathroom is tiny. The lighting in the room is not that efficient. The location is a bit difficult to reach on foot from the bus stop (but ok if you have a car).

Very clean, well maintained apartments with kitchenette, that have all the basics you need for a short stay. The apartments are nice, the bathroom is excellent. Parking: nothing could be easier :)

The personnel communicates in italian so if you don’t speak italian, just learn a few sentences, everything will be easier. Or prepare to use Google Translate. Also, we had to be patient to be let into the apartmenthouse, but these are minor things.

Safe parking

the building was bedraggled and needs a lot of renovation. the communication with the owner was horrible. the information at the building it self was also bad. there was a sign that we have to bring out the garbage, but to where? just one example. the kitchen was more bad than good, no good or usable equipment to clean dishes or the kitchen. the doors to the balcony was broken, we couldn’t lock the door properly. the apartment is so dark, these few lights are insufficient… I would not go there again

Price, wifi and ac was good, parking is free

Receptionist was not there and we had difficulties getting in the room, place was only relatively clean, supplies in the kitchen were very limited. Location is nowhere, good for 1-night passing through.
