Great Location

Secure place with big room, smart TV, free water and luggage rack.

Room got hot but not unbearable. Supplying a portable fan would be nice!

Buena ubicación

La ubicacion esta perfecta, es muy seguro y la habitacion es de buen tamaño. A pesar de que no leimos los comentarios con anticipacion, no nos encontramos con los problemas que mencionaban, la presion y temperatura del agua era buena, si solo te dan una cobija pero la calidad de esta era muy buena.

Tienen mucho que mejorar en cuanto al servicio al cliente, responden muy tarde los mensajes y de no ser por la señora de la limpieza no nos avisaban que la habitacion ya estaba lista. La tv nunca la pudimos hacer funcionar, valdria la pena que se reemplazaran por buenas smart tvs. Y para cuando te hacen esperar en el lobby no estaria mal una tv tambien ahi. Algo que si nos paso fue que la primera noche nos despertaron los ruidos de los vecinos de arriba,

Buen lugar pero PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, JAMÁS RECOMENDARÍA ESTE LUGAR!!!!

Todo iba bien con mi hospedaje, sin embargo NINGUNA de las ocasiones respondieron en tiempo mis dudas, ni si quiera las que fueron hechas dentro del "horario de atención" de 9 a 5 pm... ni se les ocurra tener un percance posterior a esa hora pues no serán atendidos.

Realmente podria haber sido un buen hospedaje si no hubieran retenido mis maletas con dinero e identificaciones dentro de su hospedaje y cambiado la contraseña SIN PREVIO AVISO, lo cual hizo que perdiera mi vuelo a CDMX y posteriormente mi conexión a Quintana Roo que es mi estado de origen. No se hicieron responsables en ningún momento ni contestaron ninguna llamada o mensaje que yo o el equipo de booking les realizó de manera posterior. Aclaro que esto fue en el servicio de resguardo de equipaje que ellos mismos me ofrecieron y que yo tome, sin embargo despues de realizar mi check out y salir a seguir conociendo la ciudad, ellos decidieron cambiar las claves de acceso sin previo aviso, cuando se llego la hora de acudir por mis maletas para irnos al aeropuerto nos encontramos sin acceso al lugar y sin nadie que nos pudiera brindar NINGÚN TIPO DE AYUDA, no fue sino hasta que llegaron otros huespedes luego de una hora que pudimos acceder y para esta hora ya no llegamos a tiempo a nuestro vuelo, sin hacerse responsables ni ofrecer si quiera una explicación o disculpa... buen lugar pero PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, como viajera constante eso es algo que valoro muchísimo y JAMÁS RECOMENDARÍA ESTE LUGAR!!!!

Hay una candado en la reja muy incómodo para estar quitando y poniendo. Las respuesta del anfitrión WhatsApp pudieran ser más amigables, parece que no le gustan que le escriban por alguna duda.

Agradable y tranquila.

Exactamente igual a la foto, todo muy limpio.

Me hubiera gustado que me ofrecieran limpiar la habitación, más papel y cambiar sábanas y toallas sin necesidad de pedirlo yo. Me quedé 10 días, creo que era necesario hacer esos cambios. Al final si lo hicieron y todo fue genial, pero me hubiera gustado que la propuesta directa fuera del alojamiento y no un pedido mío.

Poor customer service

I always come to here and enjoy my stay. However, this time was horrible.

1- Access to the room: 4 codes to remember to get to your room. Is like going into a bank. 2- The host ask for $350 pesos to clean up the room if requested in a stay shorter than 7 nights. 3- I got room #8 and the AC was not working to turn on the heater at night, there’s no external heater and surprisingly there’s no blankets on bed so I had to sleep with my winter clothes on. 4- The property manager and bookings.com staff clearly didn’t care about the freezing situation and no one did any action so I had to leave the place to find something comfortable. 5- The humidity in the room is very high and simply it’s good environment to get sick.

No me dieron una hora de llegada, siempre me le decía una hora no podían, y no me dieron información para el check-in llegue y no había nadie. Las instalaciones muy malas, viejas y sucias. Nada que ver con las fotos. Las respuestas a los mensajes no tienen nada que ver con lo que les preguntaba.

They canceled last minute

They canceled my stay in the afternoon of the day I arrived, and I had already paid for the room (since that is obligatory for this property). The only hotel available and within my budget on such short notice was in an unsafe area, and I had to pay extra to get there from the airport. Getting reembursed has been complicated so far and seems to be a longer process, since they did not cancel my stay in the booking.com system, but only via message. I am not in an economic position to pay double for hotels, extra ubers etc. and need my money back. I'm very unhappy with the situation.

If the property had better management and guest service I would give it a 10/10 and stay here again.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed.

No housekeeping service, hot water only a few times in ten days, had to constantly ask for toilet paper, towels, and clean sheets to make the bed myself. The trash was never taken out and the room was never cleaned. Communication was not good.

Habitación cómoda y acogedora

La habitación es muy acogedora y la cama muy rica para dormir. La regadera excelente, con agua caliente. El único detalle, es que se tapa un poco la coladera. Pero nada de que preocuparse. Excelente ubicación si vas al consulado. Y te permiten dejar tus cosas después del check

Cuando intente hacer la reserva por booking Tardaron en responder todas mis dudas y el teléfono rara vez lo contestan o manda a buzón. De ahí en fuera todo excelente

Bueno peero con muchos puntos a mejorar

La cama es muy cómoda, el cuarto silencioso y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar algo sencillo o refrigerar.

Baño: No tiene cortina la regadera, por lo que al momento de bañarte todo se moja. El agua caliente NO EXISTE, sale 15 segundos cuando mucho y después helada El inodoro no tiene tapa y asiento y la vdd si es bastante incómodo eso. Cuarto: Tiene muchisima humedad, bastante visible, en el techo y paredes se ven las grandes manchas de humedad. Seguridad: Este punto es súper importante porque se nos trataron de meter al cuarto como a la 1:30 am. No sabemos si fue otro huésped o alguien externo, pero si nos asustamos bastante y no hay nadie a quien recurrir.

Mostly disappointing

Location is great

The room was never cleaned nor the bins emptied, and we stayed for 4 nights. Originally our pillow cases were dirty, although changed after we complained. We only have one toilet roll for free during our whole stay. The staff was not very responsive, even on the day of arrival. No mosquito nets on the window, so we were bitten during the night for our whole stay

We liked the house itself and location. Other guests were very loud in the hallways early in the morning and later at night.

A Shared kitchen would be nice. Also other guests had trouble using the key code on the doors. BeLocal should make sure the guests know which code to enter and which keys to press EXACTLY. Guests were frantically entering codes OVER AND OVER. It was very noisy.

Great location. Good value. Locally managed home-share.

Great location. Five minutes walk to Chapultepec where you can enjoy the restaurants and social activities. The internet WiFi worked great for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. We would be glad to stay here again for a short visit.

The kitchen was very basic. We did not have a glass plate in our microwave and only had one cup. We informed the management who provided us with a second cup but no glass plat in our microwave. The hot water was a hit or miss depending on the time of the day. Other than that, it's a fair place to stay for a short time.

Good place, management should improve

The location is superb, in a nice neighborhood with many bars and restaurants and also tranquil, walkable streets. The house is beautiful and well maintained, and the room has a very nice decoration.

On my arrival I had a bad surprise, the door of my room was open, the ligth and fan turned on and the glass for water that was for my use, had water in it. I told this to the contact person via whatsapp, but she didn't say anythig about it. So I never knew who was in my room without autorization. There is nobody at the property even that on the website is written you have always someone to help you. In addition, after 10 pm the whatsapp line sends an automatic message saying that they're out of working hours, so you don't have who to get help from if needed at some hours. I think this place is more convenient for people who know the city and don't require information about local issues such as public transport, sites of interest, safety, etc. The rooms that face the street are very noisy from a bar almost in front of the house; on friday, party noise lasted until 6 am. They should install noise control windows.

Never Again!

No host. Communicate only through WhatsApp. Twice water in the shower completely shut off. Once in the kitchen. When the water began running again, it was full force, spraying everywhere, then went down to a trickle. Terrible stench from shower drain first night. No dish soap in kitchen. No shampoo in bathroom. These things were corrected the 2nd day. I was told there would be help with luggage. No! I am 72 and had to drag my luggage to the top floor. Ratty, unusable balcony furniture. Missing strings in woven chairs. No tabletop on table base. Casa Alexia’s solution? Remove entirely, NOT replace! No bottled water. Communal filtered water from sink in “lobby.” If you can overlook these things, the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Good location. I could not change hotels until the second to the last day, due to prearranged deliveries to Casa Alexia’s address while traveling through Mexico. Thankfully, I was able to leave one day early.
