Great apartment in great location. We had everything we needed and loved staying there.

Gute Wohnung auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt
Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen sollten ausgetauscht werden, Terrassenmöbel total verdreckt

Simon was a great host! Easy to contact and keen to help make our stay comfortable and stress free. Our late booking and arrival didn't seem to be a problem. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with some highlights being a dishwasher, a microwave, twin gas hob, good kitchen knives and some basic ingredients, oil, flour,s&p,etc. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer which came in very handy! The bed is comfortable and has an electric blanket on either side, that's a huge bonus in my book as dunedin can be somewhat chilly at times. Thanks again for your hospitality.
The WiFi signal was a little poor but streaming didn't seem to suffer as a result.

Handy location, pet friendly. Lots of room
The bathroom paint was peeling a little but it didn't bother us...thats being super picky!

The kids loved staying in a 2 storey apartment, generally clean and tidy with modern furniture. Access to the spa was a bonus for us, though hadn't realized it was shared between 3 apartments.
A lot of small things need maintenance, I had read other visitors had mentioned the toilet seat months ago - it's still not fixed. But for me the kicker was the fridge. A fridge with no working shelves belongs in a student flat, not an apartment you pay money for.
Fine as last minute cheap accommodation for us, but we'll go somewhere else next time.

How large the premises were. Lots of utensils.
The location was a bit too hilly for older people wanting to walk.

Lowest price in dunedin on that day
Need more cleaness and maintenance
My boys eczema got worser after one night stay.
The moment we stepped in to the house had strong smell like smoke and mould.
Not very comfortable stay cause of that smell.
We appreciated the price but next time happy to pay a bit more to stay cleaner place.

Cozy, nice to have access to hot tub
Everything was pretty solid

The bed, clean linen & towels, view from bedroom window, room layout
Although it's modern, the building needs a lot of maintenance (looks to be leaky). A view on the deck would be nice, but can't have everything. Toilet seat needs fixing

Property is looking tired, paint peeling off in places and just generally could do with a little work to tidy it up.

Top room and spa

I liked the smart tv, the view from the bedroom, nice and clean, full kitchen. Spa was there but unfortunately wasn't quite hot enough after being turned off for covid level 3 but great big spa outside in private area. Hosts were great, very welcoming of our wee dog.
The toilet seat felt like it was going to come off every time you sat on it! Owners may not be aware of this issue though.

Hot spa. Good location. Have Netflix.
Warm house. We really enjoy the stay.
The bathroom is easy to get flooding.

Nice place handy to town. Would recommend.
The gates and fence to the spa area need some flashing around the iron, as if you slip it could easily cut you.

The location is great and near to the city centre, host is friendly and nice. It’s a lovely house with everything we need, the spa is definitely a surprise.
