The jacuzzi bath was refreshing, appliances were upgraded

There were no extra floor towels, there were quite a no of cobwebs, the entrance was not clean, there should be a complementary water, tea and coffee. Toilet had some issues, water was almost overflowing.

The whole room was filled with a strong and unpleasant smell. We had to purchase a large bottle of air freshener to spay the whole room. We had to leave all doors and windows open for an extensive time hoping the air would be gone. Unfortunately, the smell is too strong. Secondly, we were woken up 4 times during the night from a LOUD machine sound. (11pm,1am,3am,5am). I am extremely FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY with my stay. RELAXING

very spacious, apartment had everything needed to enjoy our travel, it was very close to the village. Enjoyed jacouzzi bath, 2 bathrooms, kitchen was clean and had all appliances needed to cook

Best memories spent at THE Blue in North Creek Resorts

Location, condo was convienient, decks separate was awesome, great size for 4 people, pool nice

Couch too small, mattress upstairs too hard, need indoor dining space, or umbrella outside, fees and extra charges way too much- bathroom and changeroom needed at pool, expecially for little ones

It was in the mountain area, close to family and the water

The unit 904 was very dirty. I reported to Vacasa the night I arrived with photos and did not hear from any local Vacasa rep to fix the problem. The local Cleaning lady Lead Larissa helped me immensely. I was never contacted by Kim at all who is the Vacassa rep? The next day I was moved to Unit 909 and was locked out of my unit and again no local Vacasa rep to help. A Maintenace worker Jessie came to help me with what could have turned to an emergency for my 90 year old mother. Not impressed with Vacasa at all. A Local Rep should be available at all times when problems arise, as well as to do unit inspections. Lost alot of valuable vacation time trying to fix the problem. I felt exhausted when I left.

N/A location was good. Room was clean. Internet was working. Mgmt was helpful, thanks to Marc.

TV was not able to change the channels. Couldn't fix on arrival. Next day maintenance discovered that chair that I didn't touch was obstructing next box. Facility doesn't have DVD as described. Missing chopping board, chopping knife, scissors, frying pan. Normally, it should be included. Fridge was leaking water to the floor, had to clean all the time. Heater kick in was very noisy, waking us up during the night. Response from customer service in the US was slow and inefficient. It didn't work until I accidentally ran into Marc from management who got maintenance to resolve my TV issue.

Location is amazing, so close to ski slope and made it easy to hit the mountain asap.

Our stay was good, but I'm not sure if it actually not worth the money. I had to pay 250 more for the service and we knew the check out was at 10AM however the service came at 9:30AM by surprised. We were still not dressed, I did not appreciate that.

- TV doesn’t work - couldn’t get any channels - condo had a lot of drafts and the heater automatically turns the heat down 69 after 12am making the room quite cold by 4/5am. - fireplace fan ratels and make so much noise it’s unbearable and there’s no heat from it. - kitchen and bathroom floors are freezing no matter what temperature the room is at. - shower floor is moldy. - furniture is old and worn.

We had a good sleep

The beds were the most comfortable bed ever! That was the highlight

Very disappointed that our FP was broken since skiing FP and hot chocolate go together Owner needs to spend a little $ - no shower curtain just a liner and was torn and not even hanging on rings No cookie sheet for oven that fit - someone from Vasca went out in snowstorm to buy us a proper cookie sheet as well as a new microwave. Just little things like a soap dish for bathroom counter instead soap floating all over the counter, measuring cups would have been helpful and sharper knives
