It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (extra towels, coffee machine, kettle etc.) We would definitely rent again!

loved the proximity to hill and great use of small space. loft bedroom is cozy. little porch for air and very close to really great Thai restaurant.love that it has two full baths as well.
my ratings and reviews would be exceptional if it wasn’t for a few small things that are so easy to make better so it’s really unfortunate. it’s such a cute cozy loft and it would sleep 6 quite well if they would replace the sleeper sofa. it’s very old and dirty and broken and very very uncomfortable. we tried to pull it out and couldn’t get it back in, very frustrating late at night with kids and it’s such an easy thing to replace. the coffee maker is super old and cheap and actually dangerous, I read the reviews and thankfully noticed someone mentioned the same thing about the handle popping off when it’s full so we held the bottom of pot to pour our coffee so as not to get scalded??? why in the world would you not replace that???? the kitchen trash can pedal is a piece of metal sticking out and my niece almost sliced her foot trying to open it. so it’s just really silly things that cost nothing to change but make a persons stay just right. also the tub downstairs has no drain plug for baths.
I would also recommend more than 4 mugs.
like I said, I would have left an exceptional reviews but these silly things just need to be changed, especially since other ppl have already mentioned. I guess nobody cares. overall super cute loft, great proximity to hill and clean.

Great location.
Cups, plates, coffee pot handle, and cutlery were broken. It would take a quick trip to the dollar store to fix.

Lock box and info was very good. I had a bit of trouble retrieving the info from my emails, but that was probably my fault. Booking.com set a reminder email with the info today, after the trip was over. It would have been very helpful to receive it on the arrival day.
Property was roomy, very nice for two people, mother/ daughter overnight. We were able to get very nice Thai take out at the property.
I really appreciate the stair maintenance, snow clearing, at the property.
The coffee pot carafe needs to be replaced right away. The handle is not attached properly to the carafe, spilling hot coffee and this could have been very dangerous.
The loft ceiling fan makes a very loud noise when operating. For the bottom level to be warm the loft is way too hot. So the ceiling fan is pretty necessary. Unfortunately the noise makes it impossible to operate and sleep.

No info regarding hot tub what so ever. Tried calling numerous numbers as well as walking to the Reception desk. No one to help.
Black mould in the jets in the tub upstairs. Mould in the bathroom sink on the main floor. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. Overall, upkeep of the condo is very poor. I will not be back. Beds were absolutely terrible. Way too much money for the lack of care and maintenance on the property. Very disappointing.

I loved the layout of this property. It definitely had mountain views and the convenience was great. Highly recommend.
Limited garbage bags but that was pretty much it.

Great location close to ski hills and village with free shuttle close walk although no one was sure where to catch shuttle but googled a bit and found it. Very clean but could use some updating generally got replies within a day for any questions and there was a phone number if needed to contact owners It worked fairly well for our purpose. It snowed while there and staff was there early to shovel stairs which was greatly appreciated
A bit deceiving as sleeps six comfortably just no comfortable seating if your awake and we were only three not six. Steel cold stools and couch very worn. Check out time was 11 am although cleaning staff arrived before that and didn’t even knock. We’re going to just walk in on us and then stood outside door rushing us out before 11. Don’t plan to cook much there as very little pots and frying pan in bad shape. No keurig as seen in pictures

the loft, was perfect for what we needed! lots of space, clean and very inviting!! the outside property was beautiful lots of trees and nice creek that runs though the property, and the view of the mountains… was amazing!!
the room didn’t have enough face clothes and hand towels in the bathroom downstairs for two people. only one face, one hand but two towels.
