Location was great . We love it
The room still on renovation, unfinish yet. And smell bad carpet that made my kids disappointed.

Great location and great set up. We will go back again!! It was a complete delight to stay there.
TV was difficult to use

Location is excellent. We would stay at property again.

Used a pre-assigned code and it works well.
One of the bedrooms even had paint tape on. There was just a matress on a bed frame. Felt it was in the middle of renovation.

Very comfortable family room and well appointed kitchen. The Murphy bed in the family room was very comfortable and unobtrusive. Easy in/out access to the ski lifts !
Had a wood burning fireplace (not gas) but was not aware we had to bring our own wood to have a fire ! Bedroom was very cool, need extra blanket available. Kitchen stocked with service for 6, but much of it mismatched.

The dishes were all dirty and needed to be rewashed before we used them. And we needed to wash them again after going through the dishwasher. The water wasn’t hot. The bbq didn’t work properly. It took over an hour to cook our dinner because it wouldn’t heat up. The fridge door wouldn’t stay closed. We could close it and stand there and see it pop open. Nothing was pushing against it either. So our food never stayed cold. The drawers for the fridge weren’t for that specific fridge so they were hard to use. The chairs and the loveseat were very uncomfortable.

The house itself is beautifully located right next to the slopes, it has such a warming vibe, a cozy fireplace, comfy living room, well equipped kitchen, nice bedroom, and overall clean place
It has one bathroom, so if you're coming as a pair or max 3 people that's fine, but wouldn't recommend for more
Otherwise, highly highly recommended

what was there not to like ? incredible view, the fireplace, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spaciousness, close proximity to the Village and ski lifts. wonderful experience !
need a scrubbing pad to clean pots, knock down the killer icicles on the deck and the parking lot out front could have been better plowed.

The location is great!
Furnitures are too outdated! And the carpet needs to be changed! Needs over all renovation of the unit itself.

the price was quite high. not when we validated it but when we pay, because of a lot of taxes and others additional bill lines

sofa bed too uncomfortable to use and some part of the room need maintenance/paint, was half done and in the middle of the work
4.0 / 5.0
The location and the quietness of the property.
Also, the rooms were tastefully furnished and cleaned.
1. The major issue was the microwave not working, the technician came to fix it but it tripped off again
2. The TV has no internet connection, was poor or the tv is not smart

It was a rainy day so most of the rust stairs were looking bad

If you want to enjoy the best location, this is the place to be! 10/10 for the location, just a few minutes walk from the main square of Blue Mountain.
3.5 / 5.0
Location was great. The bathroom and kitchen looked newly renovated, and there were plently of tools to cook with, along with a generous amount of towels and fresh sheets/pillows. Overall, for the location and size of the property, it's great value for what we paid.
Cleaning could have been a bit better since there was dirt under the couch, the place smelled a bit like smoke when we first entered, and also there were used sheets in the storage space in the living room. Also, the main bed was very uncomfortable so we ended up sleeping in the main room on the pull-down bed. None of the fitted sheets provided fit on the pull-down bed so we just used the loose sheets to cover it. Aside from the bathroom and kitchen, the rest of the furniture and rooms felt outdated.

There was no breakfast included in the location but a very nice large kitchen that we could prepare meals. Also, very close to the Blue Mountain Village with access to all the restaurants there. 5 minute walk or less to all amenities.
There could be better lighting on the porch out back as it backs onto a walkway where people are walking to the Blue Mountain Village.

close to everything
check out 10am is too early and no tv in bedroom
