Great family Stay

This place was perfect for our family...we all had our own space, kitchen fully equipped, everything you need even the washing machine and tumble dryer. Great big entrance to sort yourself out with all your layers. The place is always warm and the sauna is a fabulous extra. Towels are provided and beds and pilows are super comfy. So close to most amenities and the car park is in the garage underneath which saves you scraping the car of snow everyday!! Highly reccomend

A spacious, well appointed apartment within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the sauna and the general apartment layout.

The advertised air-conditioning was not connected which was disappointing.

We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the sauna. Kata was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Convenient location to city centre, train station and all the amenities.

There was no tea/ coffee or refreshments as we landed on a snow day. No information on local places like supermarket, restaurants and things to do or leaflets to organise activities.

Comfortable

The apartment was lovely. Had everything you need ready for us including towels, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, washing powder, paper towels, bin bags and hand soap. Lovely shower and apartment was very warm. Very close to the shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Bus stops close enough too.

absolutely recommend the apartment.

everythjng. Very clean, great layout , excellent location and parking. Really well stocked for guests. We were met at the entrance with our keys , very helpful.

Apartment was too hot when we arrived, but that’s a good complaint to have.

Great choice for family or friends

I think i have never booked before a property that had this very high level a cleanliness! Congratulations!! Besides the clever arrangement of the flat and nice design, the sauna is the mega bonus of this property: The best thing to do at evenings, after a long day of excursion.

If we really have to mention something we didn't appreciate, there are the following tiny details: - Absence of strainer (for pasta) in the kitchen. - Pillows in bed too thick

Great apartment close to city centre

The apartment was aesthetically designed. Very neat and tidy and close to the city centre. Big wardrobes and a well equipped kitchen. The sauna was also great to have.

Basic cooking ingredients like salt and pepper were missing.

Clean perfect apartment

Great location, near to the Santa's village. Everything was much then perfect. Apartment was clean, very nice, sauna in bathroom, comfortable beds. Next to the supermarket. Very friendly staff.

Great central apartment.

Great little apartment within easy walking distance of town centre. Very comfortable and clean. We only had one night and ate out, but it is pretty well equipped for basic catering. It was quiet at night. Underground car parking for our car too. There is also a small outside area with table and chairs. Our contact was already there and waiting for us with the keys and was very helpful showing us around.

Nothing really. I’m not so keen on memory foam mattresses. They tend to be a bit hot & the pillows were huge, but that is just a personal choice.

Location was very good and staff was very kindly. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Air condition was missing or very weak, there was very hot in summer and thats why was difficult sleep. We open windows but from outside come lot of noise, because some one had party and local people drive with noise cars and etc. Over all night.

Brilliant stay at Apartment Loimu C75 , I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rovaniemi especially family’s with

- close walk to the city centre , play park , museum & church - use of our very own sauna - fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need - 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes - decorated modern and comfortably -outside decking area where we built a snowman

I really don’t have any complaints at all but was pleasantly surprised to find out they do have Wi-Fi as they say they don’t have internet access on here and on there own website so I was not expecting it but this is not a complaint as it was very handy to have it

The only small issue on arrival was coming across several hairs on the double bed, other than this the apartment was spotless.

We appreciated the very good location, clean, modern, well equipped apartment very much.

The location was excellent, convenient for everything. The apartment was perfectly kitted out with everything that was needed for our stay.

We thought that there were 3 separate bedrooms but in fact the third bedroom was the living room with 2 settees that made up 2 more beds. This was okay for one night but it would have been very inconvenient for any longer.

Quite near the center, so nice nice building..we really enjoyed the Sauna and kitchenette.

It feels like own home, everything was available there and location was perfect 👌

Lock system...it’s hard to use codes for main building door. Also if they can provide hand towels too it will be more better.
