It is a nice house, good ambience and good location
We didn’t have facilities to make our stay comfortable, in this case we didn’t have any bed sheets for the sofa, very warm space and the fan didn’t work well, it was too noisy, the bed from the sofa has stains which I found unpleasant to sleep

The property is safe, secure and quiet in a good location that is close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Our room was on the ground floor at the back and we were able to have the window open for fresh air. The terrace is a good spot for afternoon drinks or a morning cuppa, with a well equipped kitchen. Good bathroom with nice rain shower and water pressure.
Part of the room advertisement says there is kitchenette and washing facilities. This is for the property, not the room. The only kitchen facilities are on the rooftop terrace, and laundry is a paid service. We paid 300 pesos for a bag of washing. Staff are only available during limited times in the day which could be an issue if you need something, however, contacting through the booking message service was always prompt so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

This was my second stay and my favourite choice when in Guadalajara. Ina quiet central neighbourhood with great restaurants, bars and cafes a short walk away. Simple self check with pin codes provided. Alejandra is around during the day and always very happy to help.
Nothing - it’s great.

Stunning property in a quiet hipster neighbourhood. great staff who always checked to see how I was and if I needed anything else. beautifully designed and many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars within a short walk, yet the property is on a quiet street. I will be back!
nothing - it was all great.

Nice and clean. What you see is what you get.
There wasn’t anyone for the check or check out. We had to call the manager on Christmas eve.

Design and details on the property were nice. location is also convenient, walking distance from many cafes and restaurants. We walked to the center from the hotel. check in and check out very convenient!
there are a few things that I wish I knew before booking this hotel: it’s so loud! Neighborhood is pretty loud, but the real problem is the fact that you can literally hear everything from one room to the other. We got woken up every night by some random noises on the hallway and very early in the morning by neighbors and the maids cleaning.
Also, they don’t clean your room, nor make your bed, nor check if you have toilet paper. We had one towel each and only one hand towel.
There isn’t air conditioning in the room which makes the room very hot and force you to open the windows. but windows don’t have mosquito net/screen so you have to choose between heat or mosquitos.

We were surprised by the beautiful interiors, very modern and stylish. The location was excellent, near great eateries, churches, etc.
A full length mirror would have been nice, as well as an easy chair for reading.
