This 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Maui Meadows right above Wailea, and offers Mini Splits in every room and a private heated swimming pool & BBQ Everything you might need to make your stay relaxing.

September 2024, All new luxury vinyl flooring in most house bathrooms and kitchen are tile. Our guests enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a spacious home with Free WIFI. 25 minutes from Airport . We are located south of Kihei in Maui Meadows, Wailea, Maui, Hawaii. 5 minutes from the Beaches.
The living room has sliding doors to the pool and patio where you can enjoy the sunsets and BBQ and relaxing island living. Plenty of comfortable seating and table and chairs to enjoy ocean view, and the new 55” smart TV where you can watch Netflix with your own account.
3 vehicles can park up driveway on left side, there's a guest parking sign. Please Do Not park in front of garage.
We have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring gas/electric 6 gas burners top and pot filler and the oven has a steam assist and convection .microwave and Toaster oven, 1 dishwashers. Coffee Grinder and coffee maker, lots of Teas and Coffee and some snacks for you to enjoy. Set up for the first day of arrival.
Relax around the Heated pool with ample lounge and chaise seating. The heated pool is 14′ x 25′ and a comfortable 3 to 5 feet deep perfect for swimming a few morning laps, the pool has a safety fence. The poolside dining table and chairs. BBQ Grill your favorite meal on the gas 5 grills while the rest of the family enjoys the pool. Security cameras are around the property, Pool, front entrance by fish pond, driveway and laundry area.
Master Bedroom has sliding doors that open to the pool area, a King size Bed, Smart TV, and a large walk in closet. The private bathroom has 2 sinks, and a spacious walk in shower with 2 separate shower heads.
Bedroom # 2 has two extra-long twin beds can be configured as a king.
Bedroom # 3 has a king size bed.
Bedroom # 4 has a king size bed.
5 cots beds memory foam mattresses. 2 single futons for children. which you must ask for in advance.
8 adults sleep comfortably in the bedrooms and extra people can sleep on cots/ rollaway beds and futon Total of persons that can sleep 8 Adults comfortably and I have 5 rollaways for 5 more people , We have baby stuff, Highchair, Pack n Play ,sheets & blankets, Pool life jackets and arm floaties for kids to use. Please ask for them when booking.
Due to the water shortage we ask that you do only full loads in the washer and dryer.
We do not supply Laundry detergent.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL - NO LIFEGUARD
The property includes a heated swimming pool. Guests use the pool at their own risk. No diving permitted. No lifeguard or pool alarms are not provided. Pool has an extra safety fence with two gates (this fence is not to be removed, there will be a $5,000.00 fine if removed). Guests are fully responsible for supervision of children and monitoring pool activities. Do Not leave your children alone in the pool.
Please close awnings and umbrella around the pool after each use. Wind will blow it away.
All bathrooms has full size Shampoo and Conditioner and full size bath soap Bars, Towels and hair towels , Makeup magnified mirror, Blow dryer.
We start you with a few toilet paper and trash bags and paper towels and napkins and soap bars, sorry we do not provide laundry detergent, You are responsible to buy it yourself if you run out. I really don't think you will run out.
Check-in time: 4:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am.
SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STIPULATED BY MAUI COUNTY AS A CONDITION OF B&B VACATION RENTAL PERMIT/LICENSE:
1. Quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., during which noise in the rental home shall not disturb anyone on a neighboring property. County Ordinance.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the rental home is prohibited.
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street overnight.
Owner lives on property in cottage, otherwise we couldn't get a permit for short term rental.
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. Large gatherings, weddings or wedding receptions, company events are not permitted. Use of the property for these purposes will immediately cause the rental to be cancelled without a refund. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the home. any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. This is Not a loud party house, Neighbors are sensitive to noise.
5. We have a 60 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations after 60 days will not receive a refund.
6. No insurance is provided. We encourage our guests to purchase traveler and/or trip interruption insurance.
7. VRBO/Home Away may charge services fees beyond our control. The owner receives no part of these fees.
8. Our landscaping and pool services are mandatory and paid for by the owner. You will be advised of schedule upon check-in.
9. Daily or mid-stay cleaning is not included.
10. We have baby Pack-n-Play, Sheets, Baby blankets,1 Baby bath,1 High Chair, 1 Stroller Just request and we'll have it ready at No extra charge to use.

This lovely home offered everything you could want- swimming pool, billiards, games to entertain any family. Everything was immaculate, a beautiful ocean view, peaceful surroundings yet just a short drive to restaurants and the beach. We hope to stay with you again!

We had a wonderful vacation. Twelve of us including five adults and seven children from 14 to 3. Linda was wonderful. Her recommendations were welcome and became our favorites as well. Ordering Amazon in preparation was a plus as we ordered all snacks, juices, pastas, cereals, sauces, condiments, and paper products. Numerous boxes she brought in for us. Between that and Costco delivery we saved a day of shopping to enjoy the pool and extremely close beaches. In addition, this house was very well stocked!!! Hope to return some day…

Wow, what a place! A family vacation(4 adults, 3 teen siblings)was made perfect by the home Linda shared with us. Everything was as shown but there was more....beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, a true gourmet kitchen with spices, utensils, multiple top line dish and glassware sets, a pantry full of bakeware, waffle iron, panini press, crock pots...so much! Quality linens and towels, XL shower products in the bathrooms, a beautiful clean pool and lanai where we would watch sunrise and sets in a peaceful bliss and have extended family dinners with Linda's blessings. It was a quick and easy drive to several great beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I had quick responses to text message questions in the weeks before our trip and Linda was so kind to meet us when we arrived, checked in once or twice via text to make sure all was well, then gave us all hugs good bye at the end of our stay, it was like visiting a friend! Her beautiful home deserves respect and the easy rules were no problem to follow. I would highly recommend this property for a large family as there was plenty of room for all. Thanks, Linda for a great vacation!

We had a great week in Maui celebrating a 10th birthday, and this home was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed the quiet and private location just a 5-minute drive from the resort area, the private pool, and having enough room for everyone to stretch out. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Linda was a great host from beginning to end with proactive communication throughout. We are already planning our next visit!

If you are looking for a comfortable place for a vacation rental on Maui this place was awesome! There were 11 of extended family members ranging in age from 10-76! This home was perfect and Linda the owner was awesome. She had a very stocked home with everything you need! We will definitely be back!

Linda was a gracious host who responded to my requests timely and is willing to accommodate our changes. The house was beautiful and we spent quite a bit time enjoying the pool as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we had a lot of fun hanging out together. We had 7 adults and 3 kids, and we never felt cramped in the house. Laundry time was a bit restricted but we manged.

This was the best trip EVER! Communication with Linda was perfect! Anything we needed (baby rentals) she either provided or gave us an agency that delivered and set up in the house. We were there 9 days with 9 mos old, 2 year old, 14 and 20-57 year olds. The pool was amazing to have as family could stay and relax or be busy around Maui. House is a 4 minute drive to the shopping in Wailea. Very close to groceries, cocktails, restaurants, and fun shopping. The house is completely stocked. If you need something specific, Linda is very helpful. Make sure you check the kitchen and big pantry out before you go grocery shopping for supplies. Pool has a wonderful gate around to make it safe for kiddos to be outside and pool floats. I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you again Linda for the wonderful memories we created as a family!!!

We are a family of 12 and stayed 5 nights. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do without being in a tourist area. Residential neighborhood but still very private. Our host, Linda, is s gracious host. She G’s e us many recommendations for restaurants and activities. We texted her any time we had a question. Highly recommend this property if you don’t want to be in the middle of crowds but still close enough to get to activities.

We wanted to make this vacation a celebration of FAMILY as it was our 50th anniversary! And that it was!! Linda’s VRBO was great, everything we needed! Small touches like treats when we arrived to helpful hints on what to do, and setting up extra cots for teens. Nice to have laundry area available. Very clean & comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and amazing for cooking up the mahi the men caught on their fishing trip. She was very responsive and helpful from the moment we considered renting from her. Great to have our own private pool! Very nice area, close and convenient to lots to do…..beautiful sunsets! Thank you so much for an amazing week Linda!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with four adults and three kids under 5 yrs old. Linda is incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything that we needed. The view is gorgeous, especially the dinnertime sunsets, the house is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the location near beaches/shops/restaurants can't be beaten. One tip is to order Costco/Safeway delivery via InstaCart before arrival.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was in a perfect location for the beach and shops. The pool was a great size for the kids and the hostess, Linda, had plenty of pool toys! Plus there were beach chairs, snorkeling gear, sand toys and much more. The house was lovely and clean. Kitchen was fantastic and all beds were very comfortable. Large shower in master bedroom was great for the kids. The dryer takes longer then expected to dry towels and clothes.

This house and property is luxurious! The grandkids loved the pool, while we sat on the beautiful patio having drinks and chatting. The sunsets and view were amazing. It’s close to the beach and shopping yet a little bit away from the town where we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Linda is agreat host. Welcoming and attentive but also respecting privacy. I highly recommend this place!

40th Birthday celebration.
We are a family of 11 and decided on our family vacation in Maui. The family wanted a house with a pool versus on the beach. This house was perfect. Fabulous and safe pool as we have a 3 year old. Owner was very accommodating from start to finish. Close by beaches and activities. Great restaurants, Monkey Pod, Eskimo Candy, Kyotu Kitchen and Birdcage for cocktails at sunset. We will definitely consider staying here again.

A Piece of Heaven With a View
Linda, from the day we made our reservation was quick to respond to any of our inquiries. She also provided us with helpful tips on what to do in Maui. The grandkids loved the pool area. My wife and I loved the cleanliness and careful thought Linda put into the layout of her home. In conclusion... having a view of the Pacific Ocean while sipping a tropical drink while listening to the family laugh and splash in the pool is your idea of a great vacation then this house is the place to be. It was the right place for us

Perfect vacation getaway.
There were eight of us in total, and everyone had a really good time staying here. House was clean and spacious, pool well kept and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook along with a lot of seasonings and little things to make our meals complete.
Linda was able to recommend the perfect restaurants, beaches and places to go that made things easy for our family. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations with plenty of room for our entire family of 8 plus our 3 grandchildren. The home was clean, neat and tidy as well as nicely decorated with a terrific floor plan. The pool was a bonus when not at the beach. Palekana Rental was wonderful. The house was spacious and clean. Had all the amenities we were looking for as a family. The pool was great and we especially enjoyed it in the afternoon along with the views. The property is only a short drive to one of the best beaches on Maui. Linda the host was amazing. Very kind and helpful. She checked in with us at check-in and was always available for questions. She even let our kids feed her Koi fish and that was a huge treat for them. Beautiful retreat on Maui
Palekana Rental was wonderful. The house was spacious and clean. Had all the amenities we were looking for as a family. The pool was great and we especially enjoyed it in the afternoon along with the views. The property is only a short drive to one of the best beaches on Maui. Linda the host was amazing. Very kind and helpful. She checked in with us at check-in and was always available for questions. She even let our kids feed her Koi fish and that was a huge treat for them. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

A perfect sanctuary for our family holiday. The house is wonderful, serene and in a v. peaceful neighborhood. All the amenities were top notch and a well stocked kitchen. We spent most of our time outdoors lounging by the pool and loved the Maui sunsets. Linda was always available to answer any questions and v. helpful. We would not hesitate to return to stay here again!
