Rooms seemed just a little small

Great location, free parking, well equipped room.
Big chair in already small room, felt unnecessary.

loved the ocean side location with really great snorkeling right off the beach.
No restaurants within reasonable walking distance and no on-site alcohol sales.

The ability to walk right out to the beach, the locked pool, towel service, the store and equipment rental area, our room was perfect with wonderful amenities, and that the staff was SO friendly!! The kitty was a bonus, as were the chickens. :)
The lack of parking for bigger vehicles. I ended up renting a vehicle and they gave me a Chevy traverse. Parking that in the smaller spots was a challenge. But I managed! Also, lobby seating would be nice, and maybe that'll be available once the freshing up is done!

Loved the on-site store

There was no breakfast offered.
We felt rushed to get out of the unit being called to see if we were still in the room 10 min before checkout.

The location was great. Having the pool and beach right out the lobby was perfect.
It wasn’t as clean as I was expecting.

The beach location was great. Staff was friendly.
No room service until I asked for it after 5 days, they told me every 3 days. restaurant was closed, no bar and bed was old and too soft and sunken down on one side, pillows went flat when you laid down on them. Had a small room but internet showed a different and better rooms but would have had to pay an extra $300 a night to get one. Had to make an appointment to use exercise room and BBQ. BBQ had no utensils to cook with but staff found something to help with once I asked.

Room had a bad odor to it. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Property just wasn’t quite what I had read.

property is right on a beach… however, the beach is super choppy and dirty compared to others even 5 min away
they didn’t clean our room the whole stay. the comforter had a blood stain on it. nothing special. very dirty with sand all over our shower.

The location is excellent.
The room was slightly bigger than the bed. Absolutely no extra room. Barely space for luggage. The restaurant shut down months ago so no food or drinks available. No staff present after 5pm.

I have stayed on this property for 40 years...I love the location and enjoy the property and staff.
That the deli and restaurant was gone...however that is a good thing considering MonkeyPod is coming!!!!!!!

The room was absolutely disgusting. The headboard and mattress were falling apart. The fabric on the headboard had giant scratches and rips in it. The bed was so trashy it looked like you could put quarters in it and it would begin to vibrate. The floors were disgusting as well. Appliances were rusting also. A few pictures attached. The room was $350 a night. What a colossal ripoff.

The low price
The staff was not welcoming at all the 2 different days I spoke with them, I felt like I was checking into a cheap motel.
Exposed wires below the television, doors slam very hard and you can’t turn the handle to prevent loud noise.
Promoted as an ocean view, true I could see the ocean, but who wants their curtains open to view when it exposes your entire room to the outdoor walking path for everyone walking to their rooms like a motel? Every morning and evening we could hear every noise from surrounding visitors, car alarms, and even watched people fixing their cars in the parking lot or staff outside smoking.
The front desk closes down at 5 (or sooner) during the middle of the week.
No fresh towels or any service offered at all!

We got upgraded because of a smoking smell incident- so it all worked out. Property manager was fantastic.
Wish there was a hot tub.

Location is great, with good snorkeling right in front of the hotel and a really nice long beach right in front of the hotel. Location is the main reason to stay here as long as you get an affordable rate from them. Fair price is probably around $150/night for the small rooms that are not the full condos.
Our bed was terrible - mattress on one side was totally sinking to the point that we switched who slept on that side each night just so we could each get an equal amount of decent sleep. My wife had a really sore neck after sleeping on the bad side of that mattress.
Room was also really tiny.
All the non-condo rooms have a window that when you draw the shade is an open view into your bedroom from a common walkway.
