This a cozy, well decorated condo overlooking the ClarkFork River. We were there for a college tour. The University, shopping and great restaurants were all walkable. Great place to stay.

Staying above the Wilma was the perfect location in downtown Missoula. The condo was gorgeously decorated and every detail was perfect. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, including Grizzly Stadium. We had a birds eye view of the farmers market and river right outside the windows. We would love to stay there again; highly recommend it!

Love old building, had a great stay being so close to town. Will say while it states there is a/c it is a small unit that in a heat wave doesmt feel like there is ac. Suggest adding a mini split or window unit or not list ac. We made swamp coolers and bought fans to try and keep cooler but only an issues in July/August. Sure be great when not 100 out and feeling 80 plus. Very clean and great older building. Would stay at again wjen cooler weather!

It is a wonderful riverfront condo with walking access to all of downtown and a great path along the river. The condo has an old time charm and a is fun part of Missoula history. It is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Look forward to staying again 😊

The location of this apartment was great! The decor was bohemian. Parking was tricky. My two complaints were the bed was uncomfortable and needs to be updated. The biggest complaint was the heat! Even with the portable AC unit on full blast, the cooling air was in the living room and not the bedroom. It was miserable even though we followed the instructions to keep the shades doe.

Beautifully renovated condo in the heart of downtown Missoula at the historic Wilma building. We stayed there overnight after attending a concert at Kettlehouse Amphitheater. Perfect location as it is right around the corner from the shuttle bus location at the Top Hat, where we had dinner before heading out. So nice to be able to walk a short distance to the condo when returning late at night after the concert. Really appreciated the attention to detail by the host from the checking in and out instructions to all of the little things that the condo was appointed with. We really felt at home and look forward to staying there again when we attend another concert!

This was such a comfortable place to stay. Very nicely decorated, includes everything you would need, quiet, and a great view of Camas Park and the river. And the sectional leather couch is probably the most comfortable thing we've ever sat on. The water has to run awhile before it gets hot (boiler is probably in the basement five stories below), but then it is very warm with great water pressure. There were also some great books there, including a cocktail/bar one that was fun to read. We are sure to stay here again.

We stayed here two nights in June and enjoyed it tremendously. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and has an amazing view of the river and surrounding area! Great shopping and numerous restaurants/bars/coffee shops within easy walking distance. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to return some day.

We stayed for our anniversary - we were able to enjoy all the things going on downtown, watch movies and play games in the unit and enjoy the views. Will book again!

I loved historical places to stay versus a hotel room. This did not disappoint! The VIEW was amazing! I loved to sit on the comfy couch and just look at the mountains and the river outside. The room had everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was small but had what you would need for a shorter trip, the living area was cozy too.
I have been to Missoula many times since I have multiple family member there. I wanted to try something new so my niece suggested The Wilma. Beautiful, cool place. So nice to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The carousel is right there and the park where a bunch of acitivies are centered around.
The only drawback was Friday and Saturday night they had a very loud dj who had 2 people there and he blared his music until 1 the first night and after 12 the next.
Friday The Wilma had a band that was so loud that all the cabinets were shaking and vibrating. I am very lenient with music but when it went until 1 that was a bit much.
The only other downfall was the tall step getting into the bathroom. Not for older people :)
Still recommend this place! The host is so sweet and responds to any question very promptly!
I would give it a 4.75!!!

Our stay was fabulous. We were coming back to Missoula from our daughter’s wedding in Seeley Lake. It was a great getaway 😁. We definitely recommend the River View at the Wilma. Also had a great experience at the bar plata! Thank you!

This is a fantastic property in a superb location. The condo is large, nicely furnished and as a corner unit, has amazing views of beautiful Missoula in multiple directions. It is walking distance to everything (downtown, the University of Montana, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails etc). Communication with the owner was easy with prompt responses.
All in all, this is a must-stay.

Fabulous views! Location, location, location! Great host - comfortable bed - clean - lovely condo!

Only complaint was the number of steps/codes required to access the place. Lockboxes, keypads, elevator codes, etc all with separate codes. Just one key in a lockbox that is your ONLY way into the building after 7pm. Almost got locked out for the night.

Staying at this condo in the heart of Missoula was perfect for our girls trip and put us right next to the action of the marathon. Watching the surfers from the window is amazing and there are so many amazing restaurants and shops in walking distance. This was my second time staying in the Condo and I will absolutely book it again! Its clean and the bed is so comfortable! This Condo is the perfect retreat in a great city!

Loved the view and wonderful furnishings! The big step up into the bathroom was a little frightening and the elevator buttons gave a little fuss, but it was an otherwise incredible stay.

Everything was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for our short getaway to Missoula. Right in the thick of things, we didn’t even need to move the car! We would 100% recommend this unit and hope to come back!

In Missoula for business in the downtown area. This was a great place to stay. I’d do it again!

All issues addressed promptly, easy owner to work with, I’ll definitely stay here again!

This is a great space, and is truly right in the middle of everything in the downtown. People should know there are concerts in the building, and plenty of events in the park. We enjoyed being in the midst of all the activity, but mighty not be for everyone.
