The location is very good. walking distance to most sightseeings. Also there are so many good restaurants surrounding in the place

The unit is in a building, but the front door is facing the outside pipe. When we stayed there, it was raining at night, the rain drop was so noise.

Best accommodation in Rome, hands down!

The location was great, right in the middle of the city in a very safe area near many municipal buildings. It was only about a 7 min walk to the Pantheon and 10 mins to Trevi falls. It’s next to a delicious gelato spot too! I can’t think of a nicer bed and breakfast that I have ever stayed in… It was so unique, pictures can’t do it justice! It’s beautiful and the air conditioning is incredible. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and we were given a breakfast box as 2 of our guests were unable to make it. We really appreciated this. Also, the staff at Hotel Nazionale were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful when our taxi arrived 2 hours late. Wish I had the name of the bellhop, but he was so kind he translated our English into Italian just to try and help us. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The host was very helpful prior to our arrival in setting up a taxi transfer from the airport. Would love to stay again and will recommend to any of our friends!

Property was at an amazing location which made getting around to the Pantheon, Colosseum and Trevi Fountain very easy. The apartment was large, secure, clean and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults

gorgeous apartment in the heart of Rome

decor was lovely

during our stay the room was never cleaned ! beds were never made , toilet paper never replaced . that was the only surprising aspect

A very good surprise! First of all the location is a perfect!! 5-10 minutes from any attraction. Near to the apartment is the best ice cream in Rome! The apartment was stunning, clean, large and spacious. Each room has its own toilet and shower. It was really great!

This accommodation was perfect for our group of six (3 couples).

Location was ideal (try the gelato place next door!), room was well decorated, smart switches and single key card were convenient, appreciated have a bathroom for each bedroom, water pressure in shower was great.

A few minor quality issues (handle wasn't securely fastened to one of the doors, bar stools were coming apart a bit), neighbors can be heard if they're being loud, could have used dish soap and a sponge.

Great location for a short stay.

Loved the decor in the apt. Spacious bedrooms and great all having their own bathrooms. Fantastic location. Useful having the hotel round the corner to collect keys and have breakfast.

Stairs from the front door to the apartment, which were a challenge when we arrived with all our suitcases and luggage. Massive ice cream parlour next to the apartment which was always busy with people standing outside eating and chatting......this was open quite late into the night too. Could sometimes hear people chatting whilst in the front bedrooms.

Very old room, not quite as advertised.

Room had a unique theme and the hotel check-in staff were very friendly and accommodating with luggage and helping.

The photos on the website doesn't do a great job in representing what the actual rental looks like. The room is much older than it looks, and the two beds we had were very old and squeaked when there was any movement. Washroom was also very small and there was not much space in the shower.

Nice stay in the middle of Rome

Perfect location; at a walking distance of all top sights. We didn´t hear any noise from other apartments (top floor loft). Tea and coffee capsules were provided. Wifi and air conditioning worked well. Inventive decoration related to the sight. A lot of closets. The staff in the nearby hotel was helpful. Worth of another stay if we return to Rome!

Nothing major. A toaster would be nice. The coffee capsule machine didn't work. Cutlery or other dishes were not abundant but there was a dish washing set. The plates were made of metal so heating food in the microwave on them was not possible. As in many places in Italy, only a few of the power sockets were grounded ones, the rest had only 2 holes into which it is difficult to insert a rounder (type F) power plug. Only one key was given (you need it both at the outside door and at the apartment door). The floor creaked so it wasn't possible to walk quietly if others were sleeping.

I think it is a problem between interface of booking and hotel but hotel didn’t know size of our family and there were no place for sleeping for our 3 year old son. but it is not a significant problem for us and I suggest better to write directly to the hotel about details of your stay without relaying on booking’s details.
