Good but not value for money.

Location was Nice. Breakfast was nice.

Service. Wifi wasn't stable. Room service wasn't great. The pool was okay but not temperature controlled. Surprisingly ARM wasn't working and struggled to make payment.

1. tight parking 2. They don’t accept any international cards including Mastercard and visa. The info given by booking.com is misleading to tourists and a big inconvenience

The room was spacious, and clean, and had a cute little balcony. The on-site food was delicious and the 350 rupees for breakfast were more than worth it.

It's definitely a nice place but for that price, I would have expected more. The insulation in the whole building seems to be quite bad and we could hear every word spoken in the hallway (on the third floor). In the middle of the night, a staff member banged on our door "to check electricity" (even though we had no issues and did not report anything as we were asleep) which also did not contribute to a good night's sleep. Wifi was not very stable and there were issues with the card reader when checking out.

It was a okayish stay, there’s plenty to see around Munnar, so spent very little time at property

The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained

The description of the rooms don’t specify all facilities such as A/C etc, after arrival we realised some rooms are not A/C. During peak season there’s no upgrade available. Food is average.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO HAVE A LOOK INTO THE RESORT .

The resort is located in a nice place and the hygiene is quite good and lovely. the behavior of the hotel people was quite friendly. some things can be developed but as a whole the experience was good.

some things needs to be addressed like * when in munnar people go around the whole day mostly at day time. so the swimming pool time is here from 8 am to 7 pm. so when people comes back from safari the pool is closed. it happens in other days. so if the pool timing can be increased it can be a good addition to the services. * a little varieties can be added in to the food but i must say the cooks and the services are really good.

The staff's were good and helpful. the location was ok

At reception they mentioned that they have restaurant and guests can order food from the menu of our choice. But when I contacted the restaurant to place the order they refused to take the order and forced to go with Buffett with pathetic choice. Wasted money for food of bad choices.
