Very easy to get keys from code box

Not having terrestrial TV. No big deal as the weather was wonderful, but could have been worse if it had been raining

Nothing very much but the flat was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Also we could not get normal television e.g. BBC ITV etc . We have always been able to access TV before when on holiday it was nice to have tea coffee etc left for us. As we went out every day it was a struggle to get up the hill each time we came home and we were not looking forward to it.

We were not aware when booking that we had to go up a very large hill and we would have had to wait an hour for a taxi so because we were not aware of the climb we pulled our cases up. Then when we arrived at the flat we had another flight then a smaller one and very steep narrow stairs to the bedroom. We are two quite elderly ladies! This problem is mentioned in the guest book when we arrived but too late then. This is the fault of booking.com Also on two occasions we could not unlock the front door and had to throw the keys out of the window for help
