Great condo in an elevator building.Best location on the grand strand,located minutes from the two on site golf courses and Broadway at the beach, shopping, restaurants, Ripken experience, waves water park and of course the beach, relax on your patio with your favorite beverage with the sound of the water fountain in the background. Minutes from the airport, condo can sleep 8 people and has a fully stocked kitchen including bakeware. New carpet, furniture, beds, mattress, paint, TVs, (65’ in the living rm and 32” in the bedrooms) updated door hardware and beautiful paintings, it truly is your home away from home, perfect for a family beach vacation or golfers looking to play a couple of the 100 courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. My family and I stayed at this condo for a wedding we attended, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The condo suited us perfectly and was very clean. Our stay couldn't have been better, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Came in town just for the weekend on a Girls getaway! We absolutely loved Herbert’s condo it was very spacious, clean, well stocked and in a prime location with a beautiful,serine view of a lake with a fountain wish we could have stayed longer. Great closet space and big bathrooms. Only suggestion I would make is for housekeeping to clean up the spiderwebs on the patio other than that this place was pristine! Chefs kiss!

Myself and 4 other women stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. It was spacious and enough room for everyone. Upon arrival check-in was easy utilizing the lockbox. Place looked like it was professionally cleaned, I was very impressed. This place is in a great location, everywhere we intended to go was literally like 10-20 minutes away. Will definitely stay again or try any of his other properties.

This is probably the best rental I have ever had in the Myrtle Beach area! My son did a baseball camp at Coast Carolina and it was super convenient to the college and to the beach! The condo was SO clean, which is a huge deal for me! Herbert is a fantastic host and answered my questions immediately! He even checked in to make sure our stay was going well! We will definitely be booking this one in the future!

This was the perfect condo for our weekend stay! We arrived to a clean fully supplied condo. The beach is just a mile down the road. Shopping is close by. The best part was hanging out around the condo and on the patio for some R&R.

We stayed for a week at Mr Herbert’s condo, very spacious and comfortable. Was very clean when we arrived and easy check in process. Great view from balcony looking over the pond and fountain. Would stay again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our ladies weekend at Women of Joy conference. It was very clean and tidy. It was centrally located to our venue and the beach. It was very quiet at night. The renting process was easy. I would highly recommend this property.

We were in town for a short soccer tournament. The condo is convenient to all fields, shopping, and beaches. The pictures don't do it justice! It was so wonderful in person. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space. Way better than the hotels we usually have to stay at. We will definitely book this property again for any other trips to Myrtle Beach! The owner was wonderful, gave quick responses, and checked in on us via text during our stay.

Villa was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion would be to add a keypad for the lock. Was only left 1 key and lock box was not easy to work with

Everything from start to finish was great. The only issue we had was having to use an actual key out of a lock box instead of keyless entry. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was perfect. I Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

We came together for a cheer comp with two other moms and kids. This was great house and more spacious then we even expected. The house was super clean upon arrival. The house gives you all the necessities you need especially for a couple day trip. All stuff for kitchen and cooking and even a little laundry if you need I found the house actually super cozy and comfortable. The owner was super responsive and and answered my questions promptly. I highly recommend to stay if you need a place in Myrtle beach

The location of condo is close to everything. Very clean, Herbert will email to make sure you have everything you need. He's basically a text away and will respond in a timely manner. Condo very spacious, area nice and quiet. Everyone we meet was friendly. I would recommend this condo if you don't want to stay on beach. It's maybe 3 to 5 mins away from beach.

The condo was very beautiful. The property was as described. Exactly what you see in the pictures. Even though we had a short stay we enjoyed this condo. Entry to the unit was fast and easy. Condo is very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The beds are pillows were extremely comfortable! Location is perfect. Just a short ride to all the attractions and the beach. My family enjoyed the pool. Herbert was very nice and friendly. Communication was great. He sent emails to make sure everything was okay. When we arrived home we realized something was left that had sentimental value to my daughter. I contacted Herbert and he made sure it was found and had it mailed back to us. Thank you so much Herbert. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, well equipped- the kitchen had great pots and pans that looked brand new! Every kitchen utensil you needed was there. Everything was well maintained. When there was a small issue with noise above us, the owner handled it within minutes. Even the local owners hanging at the pool were hospitable and helpful. A great location for our week at the Ripken Experience.

My family and I have stayed at many condos at this location for several years but this condo was the best one that we have stayed in thus far. It was just like being home. The condo was very clean and was well stocked for all of your needs. It was like home away from home. The owner was very nice and supplied you all the information that you may need. The grounds were well kept and neighbors in the community were very nice as well. A very nice Condo!
