This property is an hidden gem
First class
We liked everything staff where amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble
We loved the open coal fires and fluffy soft robes x
The only thing we didn’t like was there was no lights on the walk up on side path at night.

The location was wonderful as it was a haven hidden away from any busy areas. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Scott was more than helpful with information about the area and shared valuable and interesting information about the various distilleries in the area. The breakfast went beyond our expectations. My husband isn't a traveler, but wants to return to Craigellachie in the future. An added plus was the ample parking space.
The only thing that would have been better was if we could have stayed longer. We were only there for one night so we were not able to enjoy it longer.

Immaculate property. Friendly hosts.

Hard working staff who were very helpful.
The menu was enterprising and the food was good
I was a bit surprised that it was relatively modest and so did not meet my expectaions for the price

I don't normally bother with reviews but this place was worth it. Beautiful boutique hotel in an old manor house. The room was updated but maintained its historical charm. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was fantastic. Finished the night with a few drams in the well-stocked bar (great selection of local distillers) where the owner was very knowledgable and happy to make recommendations. Would happily return.

It was an ideal setting for having a relaxing break with plenty of parking and easy access to main roads and local village . Great location for touring Speyside also has a relaxing bar with great selection of malt whiskies and evening meals available .

Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff, loved it

Breakfast was OK, so was dinner. Nice to have a (small) restaurant in the lodge. The room is spacious and clean.
There is a small bar with 140 whiskies (they say - I didn't count them)
The village itself has nothing, apart from the distillery and a few lodges/pubs. Speyside is ideal when you love whiskies.

Very nice place in a quiet location. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Both the dinner and the breakfast was excellent.

Small hotel that provides excellence size of room, high ceiling, large bathroom (we booked family room), adequate furnitures in the room. They have a small kitchen, which makes pretty good dinner and breakfast. I am a frequently traveler, and not staying small hotel or Airbnb room, I booked this room based on the pictures showed on the web, and price. I didn’t expect the facility was really nice, like a good hotel (not a motel!) room. Highly recommend.
Need a power plug in the bathroom so that people can use hair blower in the bathroom.

A lovely family run lodge which was as welcoming as it was comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Lewis in the Kitchen prepared a delicious fresh breakfast that was a great start to the day.

We loved everything about this place! Service was a fantastic Wow! The lodge itself is very cozy and comforting. The food and drinks were delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable and « homy ». Scott, Sam and everyone else went out of there way to take care of us and accommodate our needs. Definitely recommend for anyone going through that part of Scotland.

The food was generous and really tasty, both breakie and the pizza. Scott and the team were really great, even giving me a free lift over to Macallan. I'd recommend to all.

3.5
The area was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The offerings in thier restaurant and bar area were very good.
I expected the interior to match the stately exterior but found the interior to be a little to modern for our liking. Although the bed was comfortable the rest of the furnature was not comfortable. Also thought it was on the expensive side for the area.
