The open floor plan at the front door entrance is filled with distinctive touches provided by great architectural design and thoughtful planning. A warm and welcoming interior greets you with hardwood floors, stone fireplace, and stunning views from the private deck.
The custom and spacious kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a small breakfast bar and is adjacent to the dining and living room. Your family or small group will enjoy the extended living area outside on the deck complete with gas grill and outdoor seating. You will be amazed with the views of the ski runs at Winter Park Resort, the surrounding 13,000 foot peaks and the Fraser Valley, especially gorgeous at sunrise and sunset!
For those that need to check their emails, the entire cabin offers Wi-Fi access and the flat screen TV in the main living room is perfect for catching up on any games or watching a movie. Families just love that this home also has a washer/dryer, just a nice touch for parents with kids. Three levels of home with the central living and kitchen on the main level, a main level bedroom for those that have issues with stairs. Lots of opportunities to find a quiet place or to gather together.
In two of bedrooms there are flat screen TVs with DVD player. Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and offers configuration for all party members.
Additional amenities include a full size washer and dryer, gas BBQ grill and access to the free town shuttle. No air conditioning.
Pets will be considered - please inquiry. All pets must be housebroken and well trained. Additional pet fees will apply.
You will find that you can easily access trails for hiking, snowshoeing and biking right in the neighborhood directly from this vacation rental. The developers of Rendezvous used an existing trail system and enhanced it with signage for vacationers and full-time residents of the neighborhood. Winter Park Resort plus the towns of Fraser and Winter Park, Colorado are just minutes from your lodging location, a great convenience for someone on the go. Downtown Winter Park is easily accessible on foot (or on snowshoes) for a quaint walk into town for breakfast, dinner or happy hour.
