The house was great. Enough space for 11 of us with plenty of room to spare. Location was perfect and the areaand views were amazing. Lots of stuff for our pre-teens and teenagers to do. We had the absolute best time and would stay here again. I would suggest this place a 100 times over to people.

Stunning views from inside and out. Well stocked kitchen for those who will cook in. Spacious with lots of seats. We had any traps and ants indoors upon arrival and used the killer under the sink. The deck is a very rough finish and cannot easily be walked on barefoot. The yard is quite overgrown so don't count on much outdoor space aside from the deck.
We enjoyed the games downstairs and the hot tub is nice and was enjoyed by a few of us.

We stayed at this property just to get away and have some family downtime. The house was clean, well-equipped, and full of fun things to do. We played a few games of pool and pingpong, soaked in the hot tub, watched movies, played games. The host was excellent at communication, very responsive and helpful. The Only thing that we were disappointed with was the outdoor space. We would have liked to enjoy the different decks, but there was no furniture on them for us to sit on. Also. with the decks being made of metal, (most likely due to the snow that accumulates for a good portion of the year), it was uncomfortable to stand out there without shoes on. We didn't wear shoes inside the house and it would have meant going to the effort of putting on and taking off shoes to be on the decks. It was a minor inconvenience, except that we really enjoy the outdoors and the views were amazing and would have been even more enjoyable from outside on the decks.

We had a family reunion at Winter Park and choose Eagle Wind Lodge because of the size, beautiful accommodations and price. There was plenty of room for our large group. Having two dishwashers and two washers and dryers was a plus for our large group. The teens in the group loved the downstairs, watching movies in the cozy den and playing ping pong and pool. The hot tub was perfect with no issues at all! Beds were also very comfortable. We even had a moose sighting right outside the house. There is a pickle ball court and park very close by and the house was just a few miles from shopping and hiking. Our favorite thing to do was riding up the gondola and hiking the amazing trail at the top. Would stay again! House was very clean !

We loved the many windows to take in the views, the spacious and well-appointed kitchen and the pool and ping pong, as well as the hot tub. The living areas were plenty big for our eight adults and 7 children under eight. The home was very clean and we appreciated that the owners personal items were out of view — or possibly not there at all. We have never stayed in such a palatial home before. It was a special treat for us, our children and our grandkids. We did have occasion to call the property manager with questions and found them to be very responsive and helpful.

The house was great and a huge plus for the heater floors! The view from the master bathroom and from the kitchen were breathtaking. We loved the house and the rental company was very responsive. We had a few packages shipped during our stay and they promptly brought them to the house. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, spacious place for our ski trip! 14 adults fit well without feeling crowded. The common areas mixed with the kitchen is perfect. You can't beat the views, sunrises and sunsets. Extremely close proximity to the bus stop. We appreciated check ins from property management and if needed anything there was a quick response. Definitely hope to be back next trip!

We did our first family vacation since the pandemic and the house was beautiful! The location was perfect and easy to commute to activities on the resort. The only downside was when bathing the water would not get hot. Besides that it was great! Easy check in and out it came with a fully loaded kitchen of utensils and cookware.

We had 9 adults, a toddler and an infant. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and lots of things to do together. We loved the kitchen, dining room and great room. I would highly recommend this property. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a little more convenient, safe and comfortable entry to the hot tub, just a small concrete slab with steps more secure, but we still enjoyed the hot tub immensely as well as being located very close to plenty of activities. Our group enjoyed some local shopping, hiking and an ATV guided tour. All were fun! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Great House for a Family Ski Trip!!
Our extended family of 16 had a wonderful Winter Park ski trip staying at Eagle Wind Lodge. Everyone comfortably fit, with a few kids sleeping on couches. The house is very spacious, has a great kitchen and a large dining table that fits 12. It was fun playing pool and ping pong. Great large screen TVs on main level and downstairs. Overall, a great place for a large family or group of friends to stay and enjoy the Winter Park experience!

Lovely Large Home
I stayed at Eagle Wind Lodge for a company retreat in early December and it was perfect for everything we needed. The house is quite large, bigger than it looks in the photos and the views are stunning! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (and more) and there are five big bedrooms with really comfy beds & bedding. We loved the Aveda products in the bathrooms and that the house came with tea and coffee. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the garage is huge with tons of room for two cars and gear storage. #1 recommendation - take a bath in the Primary bathtub with views of the Resort, so relaxing! Winter Park Lodging Company was easy to work with and we loved the remote check in options since we got in really late.

Eagle Wind Lodge Review
We had a great stay at this place. The views were amazing and the living spaces were perfect for our family. My family loved the pool table and the ping pong table. The dining space and accommodations were excellent for our family of 12. The only drawbacks were that only one bathroom was connected to one bedroom and the rest were not. Also the balconies had grated floors which required you to wear shoes on them and could not go barefooted. We stayed here during the summer. The kitchen was excellent and loved having views while fixing the meals. We would highly recommend this property.

Great place for a family reunion in Winter Park
This house is great for a large group. It has plenty of space and beds so people can spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped and had a large dining room table, 2 dishwashers and 2 garbage cans, which turned out to be a godsend for a large family eating many meals in. The hot tub, ping pong table and pool table gave us plenty of entertainment options during down time.
Additionally, I can't say enough about the management company for this house. They were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. They checked in several times and were diligent in fixing a few maintenance issues that came up. I was very impressed with the service they provided.
If renting, one should be aware of a few small intricacies of the house. The bunk room does not have a door separating it from the game room. Also, the deck is made of slotted metal and is not particularly enjoyable to spend time on...such a shame considering the beautiful view. Finally, while this looks to be in very close proximity to main street on the map, it is on a large hill with winding streets, so we typically drove down to restaurants. This made for a quieter neighborhood feel, which was nice in many ways, just less accessible for biking/walking places.

Eagle Wind Lodge stay
Our entire family was able to get away to a cooler destination and enjoy some Colorado hospitality. The accommodations were perfect and the Winter Park Lodging staff checked in with us often to make sure everything was going good. Would definitely recommend a stay with these folks.

Great house for skiing & exploring the Winter Park area
We spent a month at Eagle Wind Lodge with family. The house has great common spaces and the kitchen is fully stocked. The games cabinet, pool table, ping pong, and hot tub all added to our enjoyment. We skied a lot at Winter Park - the bus stop is right outside the house and it was an easy trip to Mary Jane even just to ski a few hours in the afternoon. Winter Park Lodging was always incredibly responsive to any request, big or small. We would definitely recommend to future renters.

TONS OF SPACE
Great House with close proximity to Winter Park DT and Resort. Our family group had (12) adults and we felt there was ample space at this house. We came across one minor issue with the hot tub, but it was corrected quickly once we notified management. We enjoyed using both the ping pong and pool table in the evenings. The two car garage is MASSIVE and having two refrigerators and two dishwashers was a huge bonus for our large group. Beds/Pillows were also very comfortable. Lastly, we had a few beautiful sunrises in the early mornings that were breathtaking. Great place for a large group

Great Place
This place was great to stay at for our ski trip to winter park/ Mary Jane. It was conveniently located about 50 feet from a bus stop, which made getting to and from the mountain easy and gave our group flexibility (bus ride is about 20-30 mins). It was very accommodating for our large group and the amenities such as the pack and play, pool table, large garage (fit two full size SUV’s), and two dishwashers were helpful. The management company was easy to work with as well, and we communicated via text.

Unbelievable property, amazing Service, Great price!
We could not have been happier with our experience with WP Lodging Company as well as the Eagle Wind Lodge. Every accommodation was met and a personal touch was added at every turn. I stay in the mountains frequently and this was by far the best value I have ever experienced. Cant wait to come back!

We had my husband's 60th birthday party here and all the kids and grandkids came to this FABULOUS home. I told the staff what the occasion was for and the gave him a gift bag with neat stuff and champagne. What an awesome time. Wonderful Summer Vacation
The Eagle Wind Lodge is a great house with plenty of room. I loved the well stocked kitchen!! We had fun biking and hiking and sight seeing. Definitely recommend this house. For great views take the new gondola at Winter Park resort. Can't say enough about Winter Park Lodging Company. They came quickly when we found hairs on the living room rug and have a baby crawling all over. Will definitely rent from them again.
Manager Comment: Thanks for your kind words. Apologies that we missed that spot on the rug. Glad we could get it cleaned up for the little guy to crawl around and enjoy the home too.
