Great location, cool cabin, hot tub was great after a day on the hill

We were in town to celebrate a friends wedding. The cabin was walking distance to the rehearsal dinner, gorgeous views, a small market, restaurant and hiking. It was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. Adorable cabin!

Great location but definitely not the most comfortable place we've stayed. Furniture is all very uncomfortable including the small chairs on the front porch. Kitchen also needs better equipment - pans were terrible and no wine corkscrew.

Beautiful cabin, neat , well kept and well equipped. We had a really good stay at the cabin.
It would have been great if there was more privacy , especially at the back patio.

Vacay Properties is one of the most responsive organizations I have experienced in many years of travel. This property was honestly represented, although there were a few hiccups (mostly typical rental property issues), I am confident this property will continue to represent well in the near future.

What we liked: super easy check in, dishes, towels, shampoo and body wash provided, smart tv, private hot tub with access from the bedroom, very clean! Was super close to chair 3- just a 100ft walk to the hill and less than 50 yard ski to the lift. Also very short walk to buy lift tickets, beirstube bar etc. Was plenty big for 2 adults and maybe a couple kids but would not to share with anymore adults.
What we didn't like: The cabin was difficult to keep warm when it was below 0. There was a very cold draft coming from the floor in front of the sink. When it warmed up outside the last two days this wasn't so bad. There was construction of a new property like 5 feet away from the cabin. (Construction sounds weren't too bad as they didn't start until 8 and we're done by 5ish). The couch is awful! I read other reviews that it was uncomfortable but that is an understatement. It felt like it was going to fall apart everytime we sat down and had no cushion.
Overall we did enjoy the property and our stay!

Pictured well!
Perfect location for ski chalet, right next to lift!
Property managers were patient with me after not locating my checkin details in my email— responded quickly, even at late hour. And responded well to fireplace lighting problem, leaving us with cozy fireplace.
Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Overall happy with the property and our stay. Hot tub didn't work if we had the cover all the way off, sounds like management was aware. New building going up behind is very close and will leave no privacy in future. Would stay there again

Loved the cabin. Perfect location. Enjoyed the snow and soaking in the hot tube on cold winter nights.

Great stay in Whitefish, loved being on the mountain for quick access to the lifts for biking, incredible trails and terrain. A few easy items would have made this a '5' rating. Coffee carafe and maker are different brands and do not fit together resulting in massive mess/clean up of spilled coffee on day 1. Another attempt, another clean up and then we realized the carafe issue. Would be great to just replace the whole unit and you might want to warn future guests not to use it until this is addressed. Hot tub water was foamy and not sure why but it didn't look very clean so we elected to not use it, disappointing since this was one of the main reasons we booked here versus other 2 bedroom options on the hill. Also there is a large wasp nest under the eaves under the peak on the back of the roof.

The cabin is beautiful, quiet, and convenient. Aside from the exceptionally short barstools, it was a VERY comfortable stay.
With that said, at that price point, I should not be taking out my trash and stripping the beds. This alone would stop me from stating there again.

The stay was great, although there were a couple of things that were issues.
There is no privacy for hot tub area.
We used the hot tub one morning, went inside to use the bathroom and someone came onto the property and replaced the cover on the deck while we were there without consent.
The couch is horribly uncomfortable.
There were no additional blankets.
After the resort fee, the additional price was not worth the stay. we will not be coming back.

Beautiful Views
While it may seem out of the way to stay at the ski resort during the summer months, you would miss out on the spectacular views from this height advantage and the short drive to town is rewarded with some of the most amazing views! Chalet was cute, well furnished, and perfect for our girls trip.

This is our 2nd time staying at one of these cabins. We love the location and ease of getting to the chair lift. What we didn't care for is the couch. After a long day skiing it would've been nice to have a comfortable couch and chair to sit on. Both pieces are garbage. We were also disappointed with the amenities or lack there of in the kitchen. There isn't much silverware and the coffee pot and toaster are junk. No scissors and the shower curtain rod is junk as well. It's a nice cabin but this time it didn't feel like much care was put into the inside.

Cute cabin. Would recommend staying here!

Wonderful, cozy cabin with great access to ski slope.
We loved our stay in the cabin. Warm fireplace, private enough hot tub, and just the right size for three adults. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat all of our meals at home.Super easy to walk across small parking area to ski to the lift. The staff at the rental agency were always available and helpful with travel advice.

Cozy cabin
Had a fantastic time hitting the slopes and then relaxing in the cabin each night. What a great location and we are already talking about maybe next year, which says a lot as we drove 10 hrs to Whitefish!

Great Anniversary
We loved this cozy cabin! We werent here for skiing, but its a great spot for those who come to do that. Our adventures were in Glacier Park. Still close enough to venture out for the day and come back to relax in a nicely decorated cabin, turn the fireplace on, and enjoy the cozy feel. I highly recommend.

The place was fantastic. The perfect place to wind down from a day full of hiking at Glacier National Park!

We loved the location. Walk across the street to ski down to chair 3. Ticket office is a very short walk. The cabin has kitchen, its own hot tub, washer/dryer, and smart TV. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4.

Cute Cabin with a 5 Star location.
This was our first visit to Whitefish so it took us a couple days to figure out the location of slopes/chairs etc. Once we figured out how to access the slopes from across the cabin, logistics were easier.
The Cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs with tv and separate bathroom. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the house and we all enjoyed the private hot tub!
The only thing that could improve is the noisiness of the upstairs twin beds. They weren't real sturdy. My kids toss and turn at night and every movement they made was a squeak of the bed that echoed into the bedroom on main level. Overall, we loved our visit and the cabin.

Cozy cabin for a ski trip getaway!
We stayed at the cabin with our two young boys and absolutely loved our time spent there! The location was amazing, decor so hip and cool, the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us and overall really comfortable! Loved having a fireplace and washer/dryer. We skied everyday and appreciated how easy it was to get on the mountain from our front doorstep. Such a dream trip for us and now we’re in love with Whitefish!

Ski weekend
Great location. Cozy, well kept cabin with the slopes visible from the windows. The kids love coming and going right off the ski hill.

Great location. Kids could ski on chair 3 and I was able to see them from the porch.
Really nice spot. Private hottub was well enjoyed!

Really Amazing Place
We saw this place being built a year ago and looked for it online and found it. It was available. We had such a fun time with our family. We love the black painted logs and of course the hot tub too :) These cabins are so unique and so close to the lift. We skied hard and slept well. The snow was great, the cabin was clean, the food was good and SkyRun was awesome. Ed and Mully's was our favorite. We've already booked for next year!

It is ski season!
What a gem! This log cabin is everything I dreamed Montana skiing would be. The cabin is so unique, warm and cozy. My kids loved the loft. To get to the lift all you do is walk across the street and you are at lift #3. The skiing was fantastic and we loved the free ski pass. The hot tub was fun and the fireplace was the best. SkyRun is a great management company too. They answered all our questions during our stay. I'd stay again.

Cozy & Close to Lift
We booked the cabin for our family of 4 for a few nights last minute. Money well spent! Our kids are young so walking just a few steps out of our doorstep and being on the slopes was wonderful. It was also really convenient for a midday warm up and snacks. We really enjoyed the intimacy of the space. It's cute, cozy and unique. We'll be back.

Great place, but the picture needs updated. There are neighbors everywhere.
Good place, but should update description and pictures to be more accurate.

My happy place
Wow! This place is so cool. We had our friends rent the cabin next door and we had the best time. I let the boys go ski one day and I slept in and just laid around on the couch with the fireplace going and it snowing outside. I was in heaven! I think I've found my new happy place. My boys slept well upstairs and they also played with our friends next door on the big pile of snow. I love Montana!

Ski in - Ski Out
These are truly ski in - ski out. They're a couple steps from one of the chairs on the mountain. You also can see into Glacier (?) from the window. We had a blast with our small family. My kids just loved it. My wife thought the design was pretty amazing. We went into town one day and had fun there too. We loved Casey's. Highly recommend this place.

THE VERY BEST!
We saw these cabins going up. They are amazing and just a couple steps from the chair. They're very cozy and we were able to enjoy the hot tub on the back deck. They even had a board and ski holder on the front deck. We will definitely be back!

First time to Whitefish
This was our very first trip to Whitefish. What an amazing place. The town was so cute and the skiing was awesome. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfy. It reminded me of Joanna Gaines! The hot tub was really fun and the kitchen was perfect for cooking a small meal. We dream of coming back some day. Also the ski hill is right next to the cabins. Erin with SkyRun was very helpful. Thank you.
