perfect location to see cenotes in the area. there was free parking, great restaurant on site and the staff were lovely. we went for one night and stayed for three!
There’s a cenote beside the property with incredible guides to explain the history.
loved our time there 😊

Gem of a property along our road trip!

It was 4 good blocks away from the center of town.Swimming pool looked green, unsafe.Guests were smoking in the bedrooms. Not good.
Staff were indifferent to my complaint of cigarette smoking in the bedrooms. I got charged for my morning coffee after my 2days stay.Nobody mentioned it wasnot included.Spanish is my first language so I would have understood them.

it has a beautiful yard with pool. super clean, they’re moping all day even if it’s clean :) staff are friendly and helpful. Food is very good and reasonable price. I loved my stay here and will be back soon.

The bed was big, clean, ample room. Near many cenotes.
Shower not very warm and not for medium or tall people. Internet was pretty bad and almost imposible if you had to work or see a movie.
Would have been good to have a fridge in the room. Also no plug or table on one side of bed. The hotel has a restaurant but it is ridiculously expensive.

Close enough to Merida to stop for the night before heading to Coba.

I think we were the only people staying here and the staff was wonderful and attentive. The pool was beautiful. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and inexpensive.
There was nothing really. The internet was satisfactory, not terribly fast but that is to be expected since we are in a small Mexican pueblo. They could clean the paint splotches off the floors. We saw them everywhere in the hallway and in our room.
