Ubicación, personal amable, cama comoda buen servicio. Muchas gracias.
No avisaron que harían ruidos por limpieza de fosa septica. Y hubo mucho ruido tarde y mañana. Y como me hospedé con mi bebé no descansó bien. Pero fuera de eso tienen buen servicio. Muy agradecida. Con los servicios

The price did not match what is indicated. Bookings started tax was included but it wasn’t; plus, we still needed to provide an additional security deposit exceeding the amount by at least 400-500 pesos.

The staff were really nice
It was noisy, people were being very loud in the hallway late at night. The location is not in the center and it was really difficult getting a taxi from the street on a sunday afternoon, according to staff it was better to hail one there instead of calling one, but none stopped and I ended up walking to the center. This was especially nerve wrecking the next morning when I had to make it to the airport. Luckily the receptionist helped me hail one from the street and this time it worked out. The back of the bathroom door was covered in what were probably paint stains, but it looked dirty, as well as the trash can in the toilet. I'm normally not fussy with the bed but the pillows were terrible! Very high and hard. It's a very budget hotel, for one night it works, but I feel like I still paid more than what it was worth. At least the receptionists were really nice so I don't feel too bad about the experience.

Clean and comfortable. Drinks and snacks at desk. Bathroom had a towel, hand towel, and rug. Ceiling fan kept room nice and pleasant.
No coffee or way to make coffee.

The location was great.
The bed and pillow. Very hard. We both woke up with back pain. They also hold back 100 pesos for the remotes, not sure if that was on the booking contract. We asked for a receipt of the bill but was told was only for them. We took a picture though.

Glad that the room was clean and had both A/C and hot water in the shower. The location was ok, but originally we thought it was way closer to the ADO terminal and mall but we had to take a taxi. Definitely not in walking distance.
The bed was hard... Not comfortable. We had to pay extra to park our car because we reached before the check in time.
