We used this house for a family reunion. We have lots of grand kids in elementary school ages, so it was perfect. They loved all the different play areas designed just for them in the house. Be aware that the 6 bunk beds in the one area are not full length. They are fine for children up to about age 8 if the children are not too tall.

I would say the best thing about this property is the hosts! They were kind and responsive - they made it wonderful. The property was clean and well-stocked (e.g., towels, toilet paper, etc). There are a lot of activities and play spaces for young children and teens. The room with the six bunk beds is great for a large family but don't plan on any children older than 7 or 8 (they are really small). We had 15 adults and there was plenty of space. Overall, it was a nice area, home, and experience with the rental. I would recommend this house (just be mindful of the number of people).

Overall it was very nice and accommodated our 21 member family very well. In fact I had two preteen grandsons give me a hug and thank me for picking this fun house. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with dishes and gear. Also, the main floor suite with bathroom was very nice. The activities that one could do in the house were quite special. There were a few things we didn’t like. 1) we couldn’t find the sheets for the rollaway bed. 2) some of the beds were quite uncomfortable. 3) the rug in the living room had rolled edges that caused several folks to trip. 4) the upstairs railing was quite unstable. But even with these, I believe my children and grandchildren would say it was one of the most enjoyable stays that we’ve had together.

Wonder place for a large gathering. Lots of rooms and fun things to do right in the home. Wished we had more time to enjoy them.
We were very impressed with how well they worked with us with all of our needs. Even when we had a small problem, their response was immediate and friendly.
We hope to stay there again the next time we are in town.
The kitchen was perfect for feeding a large group. The fridge, freezer, and stove are awesome commercial grade appliances.
Beds were very comfortable.

Very impressed with the house. Well maintained and clean. Most importantly is the host is very responsive and helpful.

We loved this location for a family staycation! There was great communication from the host and there was an abundance of room for the entire family! The living space was smaller than we thought but with the gym right off the main living space the kids stayed busy in there and it wasn't a problem. The rock wall was a lot of fun for the kiddos and the net loft above the gym was a hit. Overall this is a great place for family reunions or get together to keep the kids busy and for the adults to hangout!

Got the whole family together (mom and dad, 6 siblings with spouses and 10 grandkids). Everyone had their own room and space. The air hockey, arcade games and gym were an absolute hit.

This is a PERFECT house for kids (and adults that still think they are kids)…especially in the winter when it’s too cold to go outside. Besides all the toys (basketball gym, rock climbing wall, hanging net, floor swing, toys, books, arcade games, etc.,) the beds were comfy, the kitchen is large (especially the refrigerator) and there is plenty of room for everyone. The furnishing are kid friendly. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay- and will be back!

It was exactly what we were looking for! Each year we have a family get together. The gym was amazing. The kids loved the rock climbing wall, the sauna was super nice and the little ones had plenty of toys to play with. We loved it!

Plenty of space for our large group. The host was extremely quick to respond to questions. The house is the most unique we’ve stayed in and had plenty to do for everyone in our group!

Love your house. All the sleeping arrangements were great. Tons of things for the kids to do. Very nice house

If you are looking for a house that will keep your children entertained this is the place! We were a 5 family group of 24 with 14 children ranging in age from 10 months to 14 yrs. We stayed for 3 days and the children were entertained the entire time.
Things we loved:
• The variety of things to do: the net (a favorite, we had to set a time limit for the kids so others could rotate in); the swing in the hall; the basketball court; the climbing wall; air hockey, arcade games and blocks and books for the little ones.
• The kitchen was large with pots and pans, cooking utensils, knives, large mixing bowls, can opener, and most everything needed to prepare a meal. The refrigerator accommodated our large group as well. Things that were mentioned in other reviews as being broken had been repaired and the home was well taken care of.
• The bedrooms were able to accommodate our group and the beds were comfortable.
• We had a great time roasting marshmallows and hot dogs over the backyard fire pit. There was wood provided. The littles also enjoyed the playset. We also enjoyed the outdoor furniture and the quiet conversation center it provided especially for the adults.
• Reeds Dairy has great ice cream and would recommend it, though its price reflects the premium quality of the ice cream. The Japanese Garden, and the IF Greenbelt trail were also beautiful and worth seeing.

So many fun things to do at this house! The kids loved it! There’s not a lot to do in Idaho Falls so having the fun house and a nearby park we’re essential for our reunion.
There wasn’t very much indoor eating space or a good place for everyone to gather altogether, so that was disappointing.
There was a good amount of bedrooms and beds, although the bunk beds were reportedly very uncomfortable and an additional room for a lot of kids would have been ideal.
The freezer wasn’t working and we almost lost food because of it. VRBO was really difficult to use to find the number to call. I think it should be posted in the house or in the check in email for easier access. By the time we heard back from the host we had found the breaker in the basement and got the freezer working again.
It was overall adequately clean. Pretty much all the towels smelled like mildew so that was gross. And some shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each shower would have been nice.

We all enjoyed our stay. Wonderful for children, plenty to keep them occupied. Clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking was a plus. Highly recommend.

Alysha was super helpful and the house was really fun for our family!

Really nice for a big group. The gym is fun and fireplace is delightful. We will definitely stay again. A few spots on the wood floor is coming up and we had people trip over it a couple times. The cabinets need to be cleaned out as there are crumbs in them. The downstairs bathroom needs the wallpaper reattached to the wall. The refrigerator had several broken shelves. Overall a fantastic experience with hard and soft beds to choose from! Plenty of kitchen space and the fridge is big enough even with the broken shelves. There is room for all!! Located close to everything so we will definitely book again if we come back for a competition!

Very clean! Great location!! Had everything we needed! The play areas were great for both kids and adults!!

Overall this was an excellent stay for a family gathering. The children were in heaven & we would chose to stay here again to have a good place for all the kids to have a great Christmas with their cousins when they can’t be outside.
Most of my review includes things that would help me to know ahead of time when choosing and preparing for a stay for multiple families. Some of the layout was awkward. Having a basic floor plan in the listing, like which rooms are on which floor and the size of the living room area, would have helped understand the home when planning for our stay. The biggest one for us was realizing the handicap accessible bathroom was in the basement which required stairs so it didn’t work to give Grandma that room and we had to shuffle families and kids around.
You’ll want to make sure to bring shampoo as there is only body wash and hand soaps in the bathrooms. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap but no actual dish soap for washing pots & pans. By time checked in and realizing those weren’t included, the stores had closed for Christmas Eve and we couldn’t do anything about it till after Christmas when stores opened again. It wasn’t specified in the listing so that is on me, but is good to know ahead of time.
The inside was clean, I marked down cleanliness due to the snow and ice outside on the sidewalk and driveway. If you will be staying in winter, Idaho Falls is cold and you may have to shovel ice and snow. We had a hard time getting the cars up the driveway with the amount of snow and ice. It would have been nice to have it shoveled and salted upon check in. We arrived a few hours before everyone else were able to get the snow and most layers of ice off the walkway before grandma got there. We weren’t able to get some of the thick ice cleared all the way to the driveway. We would have rated as 5 stars if the this was done for us at the check in time.

We had 18 of us there and the kids played the arcades and in the gym. They never lacked for something to do. Rooms are plentiful and comfortable. We had a great time.

Very nice property with many bedrooms and great entertainment for kids and teenagers. Everybody loved it!
Alysha is very helpful!

The kids were entertained all werkend long with the amenities onsite. From the basketball court to rock climbing to video games and toys - it made traveling with combined families really easy since we didn't need to bring or pack anything.

We had a total of 25 for our family get together and this house fit us perfectly. The gym area is great for kids, and adults, of all ages. Fenced backyard is great for letting the young kids run around. Lots to do in Idaho Falls. I suggest Reed's Dairy just a short distance away for great ice cream and some animals to pet.

Amazing property for all ages!
We held a family reunion at this property and chose it because of its proximity to national parks and outdoor recreation, as well as the description of all that the property offered for a range of ages. We were not at all disappointed! We had our 5 grown children, their spouses and our 10 grandchildren ranging in age from 9 mos to 6years staying here all week with us. The children loved the bunk beds (perfect size for younger elementary ages), the babies had a crib and a pack and play to use. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. With the two bedrooms on the main level, there was an area for our unmarried adult daughter and ourselves to have sleeping arrangements away from the littles.
The kitchen has a huge refrigerator and freezer as well as a great stovetop and oven/microwave and bbq grill. Our family LOVES to cook, so this was perfect for us to be able to make and enjoy family meals together. Every meal we served the kiddos outside on the patio picnic tables and most meals we joined them out there. The firepit was so cozy to gather around as the day wound down and we had great conversation (and s'mores) there. The kids enjoyed picking the strawberries that were ripening in the garden beds :) and playing in the yard together.
We visited Yellowstone and Grand Teton NP and walked along the Snake River in town and enjoyed the beach that is near the bridge with the little ones. The guys also had a golf morning and the gals had a coffee afternoon at Chapolera Coffee Shop which we highly recommend for their Columbian coffee and handmade empanadas and other treats!
Our family chose to stay here because of the many diversions for the children, which gave us adult time without having to turn on a TV (no one used a TV this entire trip!) or have them whining at us. That plan worked out PERFECTLY! The arcade games were a huge hit as well as the rock climbing wall and gym! By the end of our visit almost all of the kids were confidently climbing out onto the netting over the gym to watch the adults play basketball games.
If you need a large property that serves a variety of ages, this one is a MUST. We only wish we had booked a longer time and if we ever plan a trip to that area again, we will certainly stay here!
If we ever had questions, Alysha was very quick to respond. She was the perfect host! Alysha, we wish you well; THANK YOU for providing such a beautiful and functional space for us to reconnect as a family!!

Overall had a great time
House worked well however the bunks shown in the pics appear to be full size bunks so we planned on using those for single adults or teens and in reality they were made for tiny humans. This rendered useless. House adequately supplied with basics. The play area inside was great for keeping kids entertained. The back yard could use quite a bit of cleaning up.
Overall we had a good time!

This place was amazing. Wish we could have been there more days. The family loved it.
The kids played in the gym or out in the back yard constantly. The place is so set up for a couple of families with kids. Thanks for such a great place!!

This home was large enough to accommodate my family, my parents, my in-laws and my brother in-laws family.
When our hotel rooms were cancelled last minute, because of overbooking we had to find a place to stay quickly. We found this house, and it worked well for our family. It was clean and the owner was very responsive. Overall it was a great stay.
The few things I wish I would have known when making the reservation:
1. The 6 built in bunks are very cute, but for small children- like 9 years old and younger. Our two 12th are old kids did not fit- and our teenagers for sure did not fit.
2. The bedroom/bathroom layout was a little funky. A floor plan would have been very helpful.
3. The eating area in the kitchen was tight, and the living room space was a little tight.
4. Ther are no closets
There were also many things we loved about the home.
1. There is ample parking!
2. The back yard space is really great.
3. The basketball court and the games around the home were loved by all of the kids!
4. The kitchen is large and the fridge space was great.
5. Check-in and check- out were easy, and expectation were set from the beginning.
6. Our owner/ host was great! She responded quickly to questions, and was easy to work with.
We would rent here again if we find ourselves in that area of the country.

This is a great house for a large group. My son married last week and we stayed in this house with the new inlaws. There is enough room to spread out and have either group interaction or solitude as the house is so large. The gas stove has a built in griddle that is awsome to cook on. We had a wonderful stay with a big group and it was so noce to be together and meet the new members of our family. The giant fridge is amazing as well. Plenty to do inside when the weather is freezing . If you stay in the cold , definately plan a trip to lava hot springs. That was a great highlight to sit outside in a hot pool during a snow storm. If you have to have a son get married in a frozen part of the country , this is a great place to spend your week.

Our extended family was coming into town for a wedding and instead of staying in a cramped hotel, we decided to book a house where we could all stay together. We had the best time. The kids in our group were in Heaven with all of the play spaces and activities, and the adults enjoyed getting to visit and play games. I would warn that the built-in bunk-beds are super cute, but probably best (size-wise) for kids 10 and under. It was too cold during our stay to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but those looked amazing as well. Alysha was incredibly kind, helpful and prompt to respond with any questions we had. People in our group are still talking about what a wonderful weekend it was.

Very nice house
The house was nice and overall very comfortable. We had fun in the gym and the extra-large fridge was great. Another bonus was the large parking area for all our cars. The owner was good about answering texts, but I got tired of asking for help so I stopped texting her. I’ve never had so many reasons to text an owner. We liked the house and would rent again because now we know what to expect.
I counted the beds several times. I never could figure out how 30 people could sleep there. Fortunately, we didn’t have 30 people, but we were close. I was grateful my brother’s family couldn’t come.
The bunk room was a fun idea, but the bunks are extra small. We were planning on the teenagers sleeping in the bunks. Some of the smaller ones were able to squeeze in, but one of the older ones could not even get in the bunk space: Fortunately there was an extra single-size mattress tucked away in the corner of the bathroom that we pulled out for her. I would say the bunk beds are useful to small children under 10. Our teens were uncomfortable and got claustrophobic in the bunks.
We had to buy an air mattress for my brother. The room he stayed in had the most uncomfortable futon I’ve ever seen.
Every other vacation rental we’ve stayed in has had written instructions for the little things of the house. That would have been helpful in this case. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the exterior lights. The ground was icy and we needed to see. I finally sent a text to the owner and she told me where the timer was. I had to play with it a bit to get them on. Fortunately, I have the same timer in my house so I was successful.
There is only one closet in the house. It happened to be in the room where the family with little children were staying. Their kids were sleeping every time we needed to find extra sheets. The adults must have been in the room with their kids at those times too and didn’t realize we were looking for extra sheets. We never could find them and we ended up buying sheets ourselves. Again, a notebook with instructions would have been helpful.
We also had to buy a few extra towels because we couldn’t find the extras.
We had a child get sick and throw up on one of the beds. I thought I would be responsible and wash the bedding. The washer was inadequate for the bedding and there were not enough detergent pods. I ended up rinsing the bedding in the sink and leaving it on the floor of the laundry room.
