Un apartamento que podría ser estupendo, pero en los que se tiene ocupar de cuidarle no le cuidan

La vivienda estaba muy bien. Bonita y amplia..

El olor a humedad de una de las habitaciones. Horroroso. Puse ambientador y después de 10 días de estar allí seguía oliendo. La fregona que dejaron olía a podrido. Y los que se encargan del alquiler peor imposible. Les preguntabas algo y te contestaban al día siguiente, bastante antipáticos. El día anterior a irnos les pregunté si podíamos quedarnos tres días más y me contestaron al día siguiente que ya teniamos que salir. Para decirnos que no que estaba ocupada o. Menos mal que ya habíamos buscado otro sitio. Resumiendo, un apartamento muy chulo con muchas carencias. Ni champú ni gel ni nada de nada lo básico. No puedes estar en la terraza desde la una hasta que se va el sol porque hace un calor impresionante y la sombrilla está rota bueno como todas las de allí. En fin, si quisieran lo podrían tener perfecto.

A relaxing week's stay.

Location was good about 2 miles from Denia centre, very close to a nice beach although not dog friendly. The local restaurant was closed due to a holiday so we had to drive for food and drink. There is a good local store about 5 minutes walk where you can get most things you may need and fresh bread. Overall a very good relaxing week's stay.

The outside furniture was fine but lacked some comfortable recling chairs

Great modern appartment for a family vacation. We got from this place even more than expected

the apartment is ideal for a small family: a kitchen studio with a terrace and two bedrooms on the first floor, and a master bedroom with a huge balcony on the top floor. When you need you get privacy and silence or spend time altogether in a studio. A small and tiny pool just under your balcony. A sea with a good sand beach in 100 m. The apartment has all the necessary tableware and equipment we needed for 10-days stay. You can rely on photos - reality met our expectations)

No entertainment within walking distance. At least we took our car each time. But you will reach the centre of Denia in 15 minutes. So, it is not a big issue if you have a car.

we had a lovely stay with much space

perfect location, modern, pool top, beach very close and quiet!

Kitchen could be equipped better with some more bowls, containers to keep food in the fridge, spices like salt and pepper as nr a few more tablets for the dishwasher . it’s a wast to by these things in store and throw half of everything away.

Amazing first time in Denia!!

Everything was really excellent. The apt. big, spacious, modern... very comfortable. Direct access to beach front from the property, shower at the entrance as well. The host was very hospitable and attentive to our needs. Everything ran very smoothly.

Enjoyed our stay, lovely property close to the beach and a short drive to lovely Denia, needed some attention in places.

Good location next to the lovely quiet beach. Peaceful area. private car park. Clean, spacious, well equipped flat. Nice pool area but would have been better if cleaned. Denia nearby- 15 minutes by car. good air conditioning which provided welcome escape from the heat. Juan was lovely and attentive - I had no kettle which was rectified quickly.

Not enough shade. Upper terrace had no shade at all. lower balcony had a broken umbrella so we couldn’t enjoy/eat outside at all as it was too hot. no bath mats, tea towels. Missing cushion on seats on terrace. Pool was dirty- dead cockroaches at the bottom. not cleaned for the 5 days we were there. sheets and pillows not good quality- bobbly and not well fitting to bed. would have been nice to have some info on local facilities eg where to eat. had to ask for this.

Passable

Apartment was bright and spacious.

Not that quiet place. Unfortunately, they had wedding guests staying there, a large crowd of people having party till early morning wasn't what we expected. Poor internet connection. Also, the beach was a real disappointment as it was filled with algae and dogs wandering around. Not the cleanest place.
