Vacaciones Jávea

El personal excelente, sobre todo las mujeres con las que coincidíamos en el restaurante y cafetería, no llegamos a preguntar el nombre Estaba bien ubicado. El desayuno y el menú de la media pensión estaba muy rico.

La ducha, se salía mucho el agua.

Hartelijk ontvangen, lekker ontbijt en alles netjes. Receptie 24/24.

Vergis je niet in het zwembad. Op de foto's lijkt het groter en ligt voor het hotel aan de straatkant, aan de parking, wel met zicht op zee. Voor een lang verblijf is dit niet leuk lijkt mij.

Goed verblijf

Wij hadden een Deluxe kamer met zeezicht en het uitzicht is super mooi! De kamer en vooral de badkamer waren super ruim. Het ontbijt was lekker en de locatie was goed. Tip; ga uiteten bij Bar Restaurant El Campo!

Jammer dat de koelkast niet echt koud was. Er ontbrak een tafeltje bij de bank of bij het balkon. De bedden waren wel breed, maar best wel kort in de lengte.

la ubicacion es perfecta si quieres moverte por la playa. Todos los dias te dejan en la habitacion dos botellas de agua, lo cual se agradece muchisimo. Hay chuches gratuitas en el recibidor. El desayuno esta buenisimo.

No habia nunca sitio en el parking para dejar el coche.

Visit Javea is the most similar to go to paradise.

The breakfast was good with a wide range and variety of choices and above all, the views in the morning are espectacular and impossible to improve because Javea has unique beach coast and if you are lucky with warm weather, then everything is perfect.

The shor time I had, because holiday needs at least one week to enjoy and let you have the oportunity to visit some places for sure will be fantastic, next time maybe!

Not what we expected or paid for ...totally decieved by photos on booking.com

Location was great on the front of beach. Staff were friendly except manager. Clean property.

Room was very disappointing. Booked a twin room with patio view. It was a very tiny room with window overlooking a interior roof of building. No coffee or tea, bathroom sparse no shelves no shower screen water flooded everywhere when showering. Manager not understanding

Perfect location - clean friendly hotel .

Breakfast was excellent and the staff member who served us was so very kind and went above to help us . Arrived late at night and would of just loved to get a drink of any sort as we spent a long time travelling but could get nothing . Also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing .

Met our needs.

The location perfect for us to enjoy a night on the Arenal. Staff welcoming. Breakfast staff excellent. Very attentive

Within the first hour after a very stressful day some entree our room while we were resting. I realise we should have locked the door. We then had a knock from someone who appeared to be a member of staff asking if we wanted anything. Then a member of staff came to the room asking for our passport. I was very suspicious of this we had handed them in when we checked in .I had to ask my husband to to reception with the staff member. I then worried about security. When we returned from an evening out we couldn’t access the room with one of the smart keys. After lengthy attempts I went back to reception and was issued with a third key. Security therefore a worry. We know the area well . The reason for our stay being the sale of our villa on the 25th March after 21 years of living in Benitachell Security therefore a concern for me in he hotel Would also suggest breakfast starts a little earlier

Great location and good customer service

We stayed one night at the hotel and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed and they even upgraded our room with the see view. The room is very good standard and they provided a really nice breakfast. We definitely recommend this hotel.
